Naprosto fantastické místo. Jen par kroku od vody. Krásně vybaveny dum. Ticho, klid, dum se nachází v lese primo u vody. Z pokojů vyhled na vodu. Vecer jsme travili u krbu. Byli jsme opravdu spokojeni a určitě se vrátime .

Ubytování skutečně jako doma. Příjezd a ubytování podle instrukcí a úplně bez problémů. Díky za fajn ubytování, asi se ještě někdy vrátíme.

Beautiful cottage in nordic style in lush forest with no visibility over other neighbouring houses around. We came here for our babymoon to enjoy the last days just in two (plus our pupp) and it was exactly what we needed. We read books, napped, cooked nice food and relaxed. The fireplace gave it all the right atmosphere and we felt super cosy and comfortable. This place is very quite and great for relaxing. I think we will be coming back. :-)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit über Silvester in der Hütte. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten die Zeit sehr gut genießen.

I had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place in Slapy, Czech Republic! The house was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Stefan was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely recommend his place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. Thank you, Stefan, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great summer house for the chilled time with small company of 4 max or for a family. Pet friendly. As for cold times there is no heating so you need to actively put the wood in the fireplace which can be fun during the day, but at night bothering as you need to wake up to add some wood. Still this is fun considering this is a wood house in the forest. Also you need to save the water as it is limited amount available in the system for the kitchen and shower. The toilet itself doesn’t have a dedicated water supply. No neighbors close to the place. The territory of the garden is amazing on the hill. Recommended to stay at this charming authentic forest house!

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

Fabulous location, we were visited by foxes, deers, wild cats, and the garden, which is actually a forest with tall old trees, makes Tom place a gem. Cottage itself is very spacious and cozy, and full of old books, games, we even found Tom grandmother diary. It feels like coming back in time. My personal favourite is a blue bedroom, orange one is bigger, but that blue feels like cozy nest, especially in winter. Even though we visited in February, cottage with fireplace was very warm and we felt really comfortable. Tomas even preheated fireplace so it was warm on arrival. Bathroom is not heated, but you can use electrical heater. Close enough are some amazing shops with farmers organic food, cheese etc. Prague is short drive away. Also extra price for electricity was very reasonable, and plenty of wood to make great barbecue outside. The only trouble was that we forgot our valuable items there - but we hope to get them back soon. I truly recommend Tom place for all nature lovers.

Spacious and quite stay, perfect for taking rest. Gym is very good as well. Host is amazing, very responsive and helpful.

Für uns genau das richtige. Für Familien die einfach nur Zeit miteinander verbringen möchten, ist das perfekt. Durch die Selbstversorgung waren wir flexibel und konnten unsere Zeit gut planen. Durch die Netze an den Fenster war sogar meine spinnenphobie unter kontrolle ☺️

Also die Fotos werden dem Haus nicht gerecht, ist viel geräumiger und schöner. Es war sehr ruhig, der Pool und die Sauna waren großartig, die Kinder hatten extrem viel Spaß. Die Küche war sauber, das Wohnzimmer war ein super gemeinschaftsraum. Der Grillplatz und der Lagerfeuer Platz waren ebenfalls mehr als wir erhofft hatten. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt für den Preis mehr als großartig und unsere Erwartungen wurden allseits übertroffen! ACHTUNG! Lasst den Müll nicht draußen über Nacht. Wir haben den Fehler gemacht und konnten in der Früh erst mal eine böse Überraschung erleben 😁aber darüber konnten wir auch nur schmunzeln

Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unserem Hund dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft und das ganze Grundstück waren sehr schön - die Sauna war mega und es gab auch Bademäntel! Wir würden nochmal kommen 😊

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bezproblémově. Stejně tak jako bezkontaktní přístup do ubytování a následný odjezd. Krásné okolí pro procházky. Ocenili jsme i možnost vzít s sebou psa za malý příplatek. Děkujeme za ubytování, moc jsme si to užili.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. W domku było wszystko, co potrzeba - od sztućców kuchennych przez sól, pieprz, herbatę (nawet bezkofeinową!) aż po żel do prania i szampon. Okolica bardzo spokojna, obok znajduje się gospodarstwo prowadzone przez Bethany - z owcami, gęsiami, kotami. Bethany jest bardzo miłą osobą, która jest dostępna prawie w każdej chwili. Gdyby pojawił się jakiś problem - można na nią liczyć. Szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, jest komunikatywna. biegle mówi po angielsku (pochodzi z Kanady), a jej mąż jest Czechem, więc nie ma problemu, aby się dogadać zarówno z Czechami, jak i zagranicznymi gośćmi. Serdecznie polecam nocleg u Bethany - dla rodzin, dla par, dla kilku par czy dla grupy znajomych. Są trzy sypialnie oraz możliwość nocowania w salonie, poza tym są dwie łazienki i dwie toalety. Uważam to za duży atut Być może kiedyś tu wrócę. Serdecznie dziękuję za ten czas!

Very nice and clean apartment with quiet garden.

Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 1 Hund) eine Woche im malerischen Varvazov verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war sehr komfortabel und die Zimmer sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch war alles da und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Schwimmteich war perfekt zum Abkühlen und die Kinder konnten auch im kleinen Fluß direkt nebenan planschen. Sehr schöne Landschaft um das Haus und ganz freundliche Nachbarn. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisek und Czesky Krumlov unternommen. Es war ein entspannter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Danke Martina für alles! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

Très beau logement pour une famille. Très spacieux et très calme. Accès rapide aux routes desservant toute la Bohême du Sud et Prague.

Ein tolles Häuschen mit allem was man braucht im Urlaub. Michal wohnt gleich im Nebengebäude was uns aber nicht gestört hat da wir trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre hatten. Pool war toll und auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt, Tennis, Tischtennis und Billiard. Städte wie Tabor sind in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Grillen am Abend war auch Top Jederzeit gerne wieder
