Very clean and convenient location

My second visit. I felt right at home, everything was as the last time I stayed, Eryka addressed some improvements I suggested after last stay, shows she is on top of things. As I noted before, she is highly motivated to care for her guests. There is a great fireplace outside at covered area, very comfortable, something very desirable in this mild climate.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Valentina. The home was great and the 4 of us had a wonderful time relaxing with the coastal breeze, a blanket and a fireplace as we played games and started a good book to ring in the new year! Easy walking conditions to get to the main area of downtown pismo. We look forward to a future stay!

This Airbnb has a great location! We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach itself. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

The condo had beautiful furnishings, quality sliding doors, great lighting, very quiet, wonderful mattresses/pillows/bedding, and excellent appliances. The building it is in was very quiet at all times and accessibility to walk to coffee, restaurants and the beach was awesome. Will definitely be coming back with the entire family next time!

This was our first time staying, we will definitely be coming back! Easily slept our family of 6, fully loaded with all amenities you need, steps to the beach and local eateries. Highly recommend this gem in Avila Beach!

Fantastic place and great location! Super clean, well decorated and comfortable. Big patio with everything you need- furniture, fire and the smell of sea air. Towels were well stocked in the bathrooms plus beach towels in the laundry room were available. Coffee pods and creamer were left by the host which was very thoughtful. We had a great time and everyone raved how nice of a place this was; clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was super clean. The bed was super comfy. Gina is a wonderful host and a warm-hearted person. I felt right at home. Once I come back to Santa Maria I will definately stay at her house.

This place was perfect for our family of six and a dog! It’s quiet and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, which we took full advantage of. People mention not being able to park their SUVs in the garage, but we had no issue with that and have quite a large one. My only complaint is that I wish there were a king bed in the master, but we made do with the queen and would certainly stay there again!

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding nearby. It was perfect! Beautiful surroundings, well equipped and comfortable for four couples. The hot tub was great and the backyard view stunning! We only wished we could have spent more time enjoying the house. Thanks for sharing your home for our special day!

Perfect stay! Super private and close to restaurants. Great commutation with the host, Tons of space for guests, and a beautiful kitchen. The host gave clear instructions, which made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

This place was convenient close to the main roads, shopping and restaurants. Clean and the price was fair. Host replied to questions within minutes. Will recommend to others.
