Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Ella fue muy amable en contestar todas mis inquietudes prontamente, fue muy servicial al recomendarnos hermosos lugares y buenisimos restaurantes a tan solo 5 min. Gracias nuevamente Rosa. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y muy cómoda. Tiene un patio gigante de recreación con piscina, lo que ves en las fotos es lo que recibes… ya quiero volver con toda mi familia, por qué la propiedad tiene 4 mini apartamentos individuales equipados es como si te quedarás en un mini hotel ..afortunadamente para nuestra estadía nadie más reservó. Eso quiere decir que tuvimos privacidad.

You are literally and figuratively, treated like family. Close enough to attractions, yet the place is in a quiet area and get this, a stream running in the back of the property. Perfect chill spot. Uber serves the area fairly consistently.

The unit was just as described. It had two couches that doubled as beds that were way better than your normal sofa bed. Bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. The view was awesome and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Has a very large pool although we stayed at the beach most of the time. We only had one issue which was with the internet while we were there and Luis was on it within minutes and had it resolved. He gave us some good recommendations on food. Panderri which was a quick walk from the unit was our favorite. The condo complex has secured entry and all of the folks there were all friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

5 stars We absolutely loved our stay in Fajardo! The property was even more beautiful than expected—the pool was stunning and offered an incredible view overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. A perfect start to our trip—highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice as it is even more spacious in person. Also the hosts were incredible. Very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely return and recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was so peaceful and relaxing with the beautiful surroundings and the sounds of the rain forest. The owner met us in town and escorted us to the property, which made finding it very easy, and he was flexible with our arrival time. Even though it was in a forested area, it was only a 20 minute drive away from everything we wanted to see - beautiful beaches, the kiosks, Fajardo, and Luquillo.

Great location, close to lots of activities for families with children. Uncluttered and with enough space for us to spread out a bit at the end of each day. The TVs in each room (with cable!) helped. :) The washer and dryer were life-saving after each beach day with three kids. Antonio was a wonderful host. We appreciated his list of local recommendations and kept referring back to his email to decide what to do and check things off the list. All in all, an absolutely wonderful vacation spot.

Jennifer was very responsive and provided clear instructions on location of the residence as well as entry into the home. The residence was beautiful, clean, well maintained and prepared for our stay. Due to the residence being on a very steep hill it will be difficult to get into the gated residence if you are not a skilled driver. Jennifer did leave instructions on how to open the gate and maneuvering your vehicle to make entry into the driveway.

Reiki, meditation and sound baths with crystal sound bowls by the infinity pool with the amazing views were exhilarating and relaxing at the same time as we watched both the sunrise and then the sunset! Master Suewoo loves you!

El Lugar es lindo comodo y Privado y lo mejor de todo es que cuenta con placas solares excelente para estos apagones.. Lo recomiendo, me volveria a quedar nueva mente.

El espacio es perfecto para relajarse y desconectarse además de ser bastante privado. Siento que el espacio es más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio y organizado. Cydmary fue muy atenta siempre a nuestras dudas y respondía super rápido. Lo recomiendo 100%. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y esperamos volver en un futuro.

Great little house for our family vacation! Comfortable, clean and well appointed, lots of extras and a beautiful artistic vibe. Enjoyed the beautiful beaches and el Yunque rainforest. Good food options nearby and David’s recommendations were spot-on.

omar, i just wanted to say thank you for providing a beautiful peaceful place while i visited PR! The apartment was perfect and cleaned spotless when i arrived . The beach is a 2 min walk away from the place. The apartment was free of noise, no loud kids, i didnt even hear one police siren while i was there. There is a mini market right outside and Laundromat. Straight up relaxation and bliss . I would rent one if these apartments if i could! Thank you again omar

My stay was fantastic! Upon my arrival there was an island-wide blackout and Hector was very quick to inform me about power to the building. He quickly put my nerves at ease and provided supplies for my stay. Thankfully the power came back in less than 12 hours, and everything was in working order. I have to say, the view is pretty incredible. Almost feels like you’re on the balcony of a cruise ship! The bedroom air conditioning was great. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plates, and even had coffee, creamer, and sugar for the perfect cup of coffee. Now I will say, the walk up the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby was a little confusing at first, but once I found my way, it was pretty easy. Also had really great WiFi with a tv that streams anything you want from your phone. And one of the best touches was that there were beach supplies to use! And a cooler too! By far an awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the island.

We were so happy that we found the Blue Pearl in Luquillo. The location is exactly as pictured - we already miss listening to the waves all day. The building is totally gated and felt very secure - with a pool that we had access to all the time and we we always happened to have it to ourself. The surrounding neighborhood has so much to explore. We ordered pizza out. My wife and I loved having drinks at the super neat outdoor dining area one minute away, and Boardriders had one the best meals of the trip for us. The apartment itself is very clean and roomy. The room air conditioners keep it very cool. The closet was well equipped with beach gear, cleaning supplies as needed, washer/dryer, and so much more. We had everything we needed. Every room had a smart tv hooked up to the internet. The balcony. Wow. The balcony with a hammock and seating area was a major highlight! Damaris was very communicative and available quickly. She anticipated needs, and was just so pleasant and helpful!

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s condo. Everything was as pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Harry was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts are amazing, very responsive and helpful. We experienced a blackout but it was not an issue. The hosts did their best to answer our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.
