Stupenda magione immersa nell'appennino toscano, nei pressi del bel borgo di Sarteano. Tenuta ampia e accogliente, arredata con gusto. Speriamo di ritornarci al più presto!

unser aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! angefangen mit dem check-in, bei dem alles reibungslos geklappt hat, haben wir ursula und ihrem vater kennengelernt, die beiden sind wirklich super lieb. sie haben uns alles gut erklärt und wir haben uns direkt wohl und zuhause gefühlt. das haus liegt sehr versteckt, umgeben von einem riesigen haselnussfeld, feigen und andern bäumen. wir haben die ruhe sehr genossen, viel zeit am rießigem pool, oder auf der terrasse, mit grill und sogar pizzaofen verbracht. es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. auch die ausstattung im haus war top gepflegt und blitzsauber. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🇮🇹

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza nell'appartamento di Uberto. È molto accogliente ed in posizione strategica per spostarsi anche senza l'ausilio della macchina. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato per giri in bicicletta (splendido il giro dell'Argentario) e momenti di relax o corsa sulla spiaggia (che è veramente a due minuti a piedi). Inoltre il giardino è grande e ben isolato dalla strada, quindi permetteva di leggere e studiare in tutta tranquillità. Speriamo di poterci tornare.

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Consigliamo assolutamente a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità e desiderano visitare i più bei borghi e città dell'Umbria e Toscana.

La casa si trova nelle vicinanze di Saturnia e altre località della maremma...un posto strategico per visitare questi posti in un contesto tranquillo con un giardino recintato dove abbiamo potuto lasciare libero il nostro cane e rilassarci a leggere un libro al fresco Massimo e sua moglie super precisi nell'accoglienza il posteggio è nel giardino di casa comodissimo

Die Tage sind so schnell vergangen an so einem herrlichen Ort. Wir waren mit unseren vier Teenager Mädels dort und haben es so genossen. Es hat uns sehr gut getan, von Marcello und seiner Familie so herzlich aufgenommen und betreut worden zu sein.  Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem unvergesslichen Blick auf den Ort und die Toskana. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und jedes hat einen kleinen Balkon. Auch die Badezimmer sind gross und sehr schön gestaltet. Der kleine Whirlpool hat für die richtige Abkühlung gesorgt und hat uns völlig ausgereicht. Auch die tägliche Partie an der Tischtennisplatte hat uns den Urlaub versüßt. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Io e mio marito, insieme ai nostri due cani, aspiravamo ad un breve soggiorno immersi nella tranquillità della campagna toscana e non potevamo fare scelta migliore di questa! OSPITALITA' TOP: Volevamo visitare una cantina ed il Sig. Luciano, che ci ha accolti, anziche limitarsi a segnalarcene una, non solo ci ha fissato l'appuntamento ma ci ha persino accompagnati fin li! L'ALLOGGIO è esattamente come descritto nelle foto, pulito e ordinato; la piscina è splendida! Unica accortezza: una bella scorta di un efficace repellente visti gli insetti che tra l'acqua della piscina e i fiori e le piante del bellissimo giardino sono numerosi. In poche parole, un'oasi di pace nella wuale torneremo sicuramente appena possibile. Grazie ad Alberto ma, soprattutto, grszie al Sig. Luciano! Alla prossima!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Giovannis wunderschönes Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen traumhaften Urlaub in Umbrien. Durch die intelligente Bauweise bleiben die Schlafräume, auch ohne Klimaanlage und selbst bei großer Hitze, stets angenehm kühl. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und dennoch optimal für spannende Tagesausflüge in der Gegend. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es ist liebevoll und sehr stilvoll in einem bezaubernden Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernen Stilelementen eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, völlig uneinsichtig und garantiert erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Sowohl Giovanni selbst als auch Paola, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, und Stefano, der sich um den Pool kümmert, sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, sympathisch und proaktiv und haben uns mit zahlreichen wertvollen Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants versorgt. Das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber - zusammengefasst, ein einfach perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank!❤️

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We had an incredible 4 night stay! The villa is also in walking distance to the local town which has lovely coffee. The views are amazing and house is a rustic, authentic Italian style house. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and so helpful!! We booked a private chef through Chiara for one of the nights which was SO nice, an absolute must if you’re staying! Thank you so much!

The house is lovely and very comfortable, it stays cool in the day if you close the shutter so even in 34° heat, the house was a refuge for coolness and comfort. The garden is well-cared for a features a clean pool with stunning views over Tuscany! We all really enjoyed staying at this house and Nicolette was extremely helpful and kind. It’s a great place for small kids too; they can run around safely and the pool is gated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The pictures actually don’t do justice to this beautiful property. We had two weeks here, as two families and we had absolutely everything we needed for a restful happy holiday. The views are out of this world. The peace is incredible. The farmhouse has a gracious rustic charm and the pool is so inviting. Pier kept in touch with us so well and is very responsive -if you get a chance tour the winery and eat at the restaurant it’s fantastic. Its located down a long bumpy track so go slowly but its worth the travel!!! 5 stars in every way!!!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Loved our stay at the farmhouse, the walk up to the village is well worth it, car needed to explore Tuscany but parking is no issue and the house itself is beautiful with private pool and gorgeous settings

Our family absolutely loved staying at Simona’s villa! The house had everything we needed and the outdoor space was perfect for the kids to run around, along with a great pool. The house was also located in an amazing area with a small town nearby and many others within a short drive. Would definitely recommend staying here for a family vacation in Tuscany!

La casa di Emmanuel è incantevole e inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo dove ci si può rilassare. E' dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per vivere sia gli spazi interni che quelli esterni e si trova a poca distanza dalla piscina. Grazie all'accoglienza di Emmanuel, che ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli e dato le indicazioni sulla casa e sulla zona, abbiamo potuto goderci al massimo la vacanza! Un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Olivastra. Everything was perfect. The hosts we're always available before and during our stay and helped us with very nice recommendations. The house is amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents the amazing views. We'd love to come again.
