The Villa was in a private and peaceful location with great local Tavernas (a short drive away). It was clean and tidy and with a great pool area. The Welcome Pack we received was greatly appreciated and equally a parting gift too. Local mini mart (not the one by the local Taverna) had everything you would need. We would recommend the Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday. A car is a must to explore.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything you needed and really spacious accommodation. Local transport was easy to use. Lots of places for food and drinks in the local town, just a short bus ride away. Would recommend.

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι, ειχε τα παντα, μεχρι και τραπεζι πινγκ πονγκ πληρως εξοπλισμενο Υπεροχη πισινα Εξαιρετικα ησυχη γειτονια με πολυ ωραιο περιβαλλοντα χωρο και πολυ κοντα σε παραλιες μινι μαρκετ και ταβέρνες Παραλληλα ειναι ιδανικο σημειο για να γνωρισει καποιος ολες τις ομορφιες του ρεθυμνου προς ολες τις κατευθυνσεις Πραγματικα θα ηθελα καθε χρονο να κανω διακοπες σε αντίστοιχα σπιτια και τοσο ομορφες περιοχες

We loved our 1 week stay at Sunset Villa! The location is perfect. Private with amazing views, but still close enough to restaurants and shops. Rethymno is a short drive away. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is particularly special with a large pool, nice seating areas, and great views from the roof terrace. Ibrahim and Karima were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Ibrahim was in regular contact with us after booking and waited up late for our arrival at the villa. He even provided eggs, milk, butter, bread, and fruit for us which was such a nice surprise! We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Crete.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Monica. Sie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzliche begrüßt und hat uns rundum versorgt. Die Villa ist ein wahres Träumchen. Bei der Ankunft kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Die Villa ist herrlich gelegen. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Alles ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und Pitsidia ist einfach ein Ort für die Seele. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtige schöne Zeit in Monicas wunderschönen Villa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)

Wonderfully well equipped Villa. Beautiful location surrounded by mountains, amazing views to wake up to every morning. Perfect for large groups of people with plenty of comfortable living space. Great location for peaceful relaxation, or to be used as a central location to explore Crete from. A hire car is a necessity, be prepared for narrow village roads and winding mountain passes. Meronas has a few small cafés/ restaurants with good food, all locals were very friendly! Check in is completely painless, the hosts were incredibly useful with very fast response time to any issues. Strongly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this surpassed others by a long distance. Excellent outside space with copious shade, gorgeous salt water pool ( no horrid chemical smell) and all amenities covered with extras; coffee machine + sound system were great inclusions. However, it is the attention to detail we truly appreciated. The abundance of fresh towels, fully equipped kitchen with a tasteful + cosy interior that made our stay great. Heike was incredible host, friendly and very responsive her restaurant recommendations were excellent and some lovely surprises in there too. The villa is clearly signposted, (another great detail) and there is a local tavern within walking distance. It’s 5 mins drive to nearby town and 10 to the beach. Locals are warm and laid back. The villa owners are just lovey too. A real gem, and would recommend to our friends and others. We hope to be back.

Einzigartig schön ! Kaum in Worte zu fassen. SUV oder Jeep wäre von Vorteil gewesen, ist aber auch so machbar. Jederzeit wieder

Die Anfahrt zur Villa vom Flughafen ist zwar recht lang, aber wer etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht, gepaart mit luxuriöser Großzügigkeit ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Service war tadellos. In kurzer Entfernung sind mit dem Auto ruhige Strände zu erreichen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit der ganzen Familie erlebt!

Fantastische villa met prachtig zwembad en uitzicht. Beneden bij de zee kun je mooi snorkelen en vissen bekijken dankzij het super heldere water. Wij en onze kinderen hebben er van genoten. Eerste dorp is 30 minuten rijden dus zorg voor voldoende boodschappen.

The place is amazing. Everything is well equipped including the kitchen. There are so so many beautiful beaches in the area, great restaurants and very helpful hosts. Would highly recommend in the warmer season

Vi var en stor familie på 15 personer, og stedet var perfekt for oss. God plass, og nydelige omgivelser! Vår lokale vert Marina var svært vennlig og imøtekommende og bidro til et perfekt opphold for oss. Tusen takk!

We had a great relaxing stay at Silke's place. The villa was fantastic, with great amenities. We especially liked cooking on the outside grill and lounging on the terrace. The main street of Prines is walkable, and all 3 tavernas are worth visiting, especially Giannikos where the owner Giannis was extra welcoming. Rethymno is a short drive or top tip is to get the direct bus from Prines (15 - 20 mins).

Pure luxury! amazing villa all exactly as per photos. Only little criticism would be only one proper shower and we went as a group of 2 family’s and found it a bit of an inconvenience when getting ready to go out, but apart from that we could not of enjoyed it more, the outside bbq kitchen area was perfect!

Très bon séjour que nous recommandons pour 4 personnes dans un petit village typique crétois magnifique maison où il ne manque rien une maison qui a un vécu. Super jardin avec une cuisine d’été une deuxième douche ,un vrais barbecue en dur. La. piscine est un plaisir bien orienté très bien entretenu avec une eau non agressive. Un mobilier extérieur répondant à tout les besoin pour l’ombre ou le soleil Literie très confortable chambres spacieuses et rangements plus que suffisant. Place de parking devant la maison. Que du positif pour un séjour paisible sans soucis

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Theodoros ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber ist immer sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns nach unserer Ankunft gleich einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Unser Check-in und Check-out war flexibel und konnte nach Absprache an unsere Flugzeiten angepasst werden. Alles in allem haben wir uns von Tag 1 sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Die Villa von Theodoros kann ich jedem der einen schönen Urlaub auf Kreta machen will bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

We had a lovely experience at Villa Elia and Georgio was friendly, helpful and always at hand if need be. Such kind little things such as a few home made Cretan delicacies that made us feel very much at home. The villa is really lovely and so clean and well kept. The town itself doesn't have a lot to offer but having the car we were able to go to the beaches as well as Rethymno nearby and visited Chania only an hour away. The villa and pool is so lovely, tucked away with it's private driveway and a couple of other villas, and was quiet peaceful the majority of the time. We thoroughly recommend both the villa and Georgios.

Lovely vila in a quiet area. We had a wonderfull week at the vila in October and enjoyed the vila and pool as a familly. The vila is new and very nice with a good view. Host is so friendly and responsive with any queetions or problems. We would go back:-)

Superbe accueil, George est un hôte très réactif et serviable. Il a gentiment ajouté 2 berceaux et 2 chaises bébé à notre demande. La villa est très spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Il y a des gels douche, shampoing, lessive mis à disposition en grande quantité. Le ménage a été fais plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Des linges de bains ainsi que des linges pour la piscine étaient disponible en quantité suffisante. La piscine était nettoyée tous les jours. Emplacement à proximité de Rethymnon. Je recommande pour les familles nombreuses, nous avons passé un superbe séjour !
