We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

Just as described and perfectly located for what we needed and wanted to do while in town for a funeral. We will definitely look to rent here again next time we come for a visit. The place was spotless, just as pictured, comfortable and we settled in easily. Comfortable beds and linens. Megan was quick to respond and was proactive throughout the whole booking process, made sure to check in in case we had any concerns or needs and had just a simple checkout process. Although our trip was needed due to a death she made this part so easy on us. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here and have a nice place to stay while connecting with family and friends in the area.

This house was exactly what our family needed for a few days visiting family in Greenville. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. The house was incredibly clean, and the check-in/check-out instructions were very simple and easy. If what you need is just a standard and conveniently located 3-bedroom house with no fuss, this is a good spot for you. Would rent again.

Shynar is the absolute best host! The home is awesome. Everything you would need. We prefer to eat in and had everything at the home to prepare meals. Even had a new grill for cooking. Gas appliances were an upgrade to what we have at our home. Beds very comfy and a nice covered back porch to hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be staying there in the future. Jo on was an excellent communicator! He is a well liked and trustworthy individual by all the personal notes and accolades throughout the home! We loved all the purple and gold accents throughout the home.

We were in Greenville for a family wedding. Our Greenville family lives on a street backing up to ECU, so our #1 priority upon booking was proximity to ECU. As described, the location was perfect and a quick walk to ECU. In addition, we cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN this home is!! The entire home: floors, carpets, bed linens, towels, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture etc are absolutely PRISTINE!! So you can be assured that this home is spotless if cleanliness is your #1 priority in a rental! Additionally, there is plenty of shopping and grocery stores within a mile or two of this house…so don’t worry if you forget anything from home. The lock/access system was simple and easy to use as well. There were written instructions in a binder so we never needed to contact host during our stay with any questions (including wifi password info, tv remote instructions etc). All in all, Tony’s home exceeded our expectations and we would 100% stay here again for our next visit to Greenville.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
