Domenico è un Host fantastico! Le condizioni perfette e pulite in cui ho trovato la casa dicono molto sul responsabile. Sempre disponibile, attento, non gli sfugge alcun dettaglio. Persona seria e soprattutto affidabile, colto e simpatico. La casa è situata in una delle migliori zone della città, si può vedere il mondo intero. Grazie Domenico! 👏🏻👌🏼

Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

Több napos nyári városnézésre foglaltuk a szállást. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom, szép a környék, rusztikus hangulatú, szép és nyugodt a ház és a kert. Könnyen elérhetők innen a környező városok. A házigazda házaspár nagyon kedves és készséges, vendégszerető, köszönjük nekik a finom kávét!

La banlieue de Bologne permet un accès facile à la ville et aux villes principales du secteur lorsqu’on a un véhicule! Le logement est génial, très propre et très spacieux! Laura est extrêmement serviable et gentille.

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

Fiera Villa je zaista udobna! Kuća ima sve što vam treba i prekrasan vrt. Premda je malo izolirano, u naselju se osjećate sigurno. Besplatan parking je takodjer siguran. Kvart je miran i bez buke, autobusna stanica za centar grada je pred kućom. Prednost je i to što se kuća nalazi blizu obilaznice pa ne morate u gradsku gužvu. Topla preporuka!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'alloggio di Simone in 3 adulti, un neonato ed una cagnolina per 3 giorni. Tanti i motivi per cui ci siamo trovati bene e per cui consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare qui: spazi interni dell'alloggio, ampiezza e cura del giardino recintato ad uso esclusivo di chi è ospite (la presenza del recinto tra l'altro è fondamentale per chi come noi si porta dietro il proprio cane), contesto di piena natura dei dintorni, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone come host e ultimo, ma non meno importante, è stato l'alloggio più fornito in assoluto in cui c'è capitato di soggiornare tra Italia ed estero. Insomma lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia staccare la spina dai ritmi cittadini quotidiani e sicuramente noi lo rifaremo!

This was our second visit to the villa, and we were as impressed as the first time. We work in Bologna all week and look forward to escaping to this peaceful setting at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable, villa is spotless, kitchen is equipped with all we need. The location is especially nice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a larger van this year and didn't try to fit through the gate but found easy parking just in front or around the corner in a public lot. Safe, serene, pristine. We will be back again.

Un luogo meraviglioso, dove stare in totale tranquillità ma a meno di mezz’ora da Bologna centro. Comunicazione super efficiente seppure un po’ fredda, casa bellissima e davvero gigantesca sia negli spazi esterni che interni. Qualche punto di miglioramento però c’è… Alcune ragnatela di troppo, il pavimento in cotto antico che non è possibile pulire davvero bene, comunicazioni precise e veloci ma fredde e con zero apertura verso revisione orari (anche se poi nella realtà ci siamo concessi un check-out meno affrettato). Ultima cosa: per un maltese (che non perde pelo!) di 4Kg … pagare 10€ in più, avendone dati 560 per una notte… Lo trovo poco appropriato …

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

Eivind è sempre disponibile e amichevole, oltre che estremamente flessibile! La casa è grande e in 10/12 siamo stati comodi ed ognuno aveva la sua privacy, il proiettore in salotto è un valore aggiunto, le cucina (sono due) ideali anche per grandi cene! Grazie! Abbiamo passato un capodanno stupendo!

This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Wonderful, welcoming and accommodating host and her family. Beautiful house with great ambiance of Italian country living. Great location for day trips in Emilia Romana region. Dies war eine der besten Airbnb-Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail, die in die Gestaltung und Pflege dieser Unterkunft geflossen sind. Die Küche war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt – in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen, die ideal für Erholung und Entspannung ist. Die Anlage selbst war wunderschön gepflegt und bot alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin Roberta, die diesen Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat. Sie war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und immer bereit, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Insgesamt war dies ein herausragender Aufenthalt, den ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Heerlijk, authentiek huis. Het uitzicht op de Apennijnen is adembenemend, ook vanuit het fijne zwembad. Het huis bestaat uit 3 verdiepingen en je leeft op de middelste. Daarom had iedereen privacy, en een eigen badkamer. Het was heerlijk toeven op de twee loggia’s. Omdat je hoog zit, is er vaak een heerlijk briesje. Wat ook fijn was, is dat er geen geruisloze ‘kunst’ aan de muur hangt, maar mooie authentieke dingen die bij het huis passen. Alles is echt mooi. We hebben genoten en wilden nooit meer weg:)

Absolutely fantastic host, very friendly and professional. Baricella was stunning, very peaceful and most importantly we felt extremely safe. I cannot recommend Ylena and her beautiful home highly enough. Her home felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, with all creature comforts that one would expect from a five star Airbnb stay. I will be back again for sure. Thx Ylena.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

Prenotazione effettuata all'ultimo istante. Un bellissimo casale totalmente ristrutturato con piscina privata, ampio spazio esterno e comodo parcheggio; al suo interno abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità possibili come da descrizione. Vista impareggiabile sulle colline bolognesi a pochi km da Bologna. Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo relax, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Ottimo anche per famiglie con bimbi.

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

We spent a summer-week in Aspero's house with four – more or less grown up – children and the wife of the oldest of them. It was absolutely great! The house has a lot of character and is beautifully situated and designed, the pool is cool in the heat of the day, and there is lots of space for everybody. You do have to be cool with driving on narrow roads to get there, but it's certainly worth it.

Ottima location, riservata e ben curata con tutti i comfort del caso! Ottima ospitalità e accoglienza.
