Basically this studio is good for couple. Very clean, modern kitchen and furniture. But location is too noisy. Right along a busy traffic road and school. And it's basement actually. Little overpriced. Everything is good and truly described. But location is very bad. But close to good supermarkets.

Francesca was the best host we’ve ever had. She answered every query promptly and was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us the restaurant recommendations as it was off-season not too many were open, so that was very kind. The room was well stocked with water, coffee and milk much to my surprise and enjoyment. She even restocked the coffee. Do you arrange the taxi for us to the station. I would give Francesca five star rating as an excellent host always responsive and cheerful and helpful. Thank you again.

Casa da poco ristrutturata, ottimamente accessoriata. Tante le attenzioni, dal trovare in casa vari generi alimentari, prodotti per la cura della persona e per l'uso della cucina, alla disponibilità quotidiana della proprietaria Federica nel soddisfare ogni necessità. La casa è di fronte ad un mare trasparente, in spiaggia si riesce ad avere buoni spazi anche in agosto, il parcheggio in strada è facile da trovare.

Beautiful place and a very helpful host. We arrived to Pizzo early in the morning with heavy backpacks and Bruno told us where we can drop them. The check-in was 8 hours later, we made 15km between morning and then so it was an invaluable help! Also when we finally arrived, the backpacks were already inside the apartment, along with our jackets. The place is clean and furnished with antiques, you can also see the Tyrrhenian Sea from the window. Absolute gem of a find, highly recommended!

We spent a month at Gabriella’s. The house is amazing- perfect for the 2-3 of us over the course of the trip. Two of us worked remotely (Zoom calls and all)- without issue. Gabriella and Federico made us feel at home- always responsive and super helpful- above and beyond. (Everything from helping us get pizza reservations, looking into hotels at the airport, and morale support during a Mediterranean-hurricane). It is the cleanest house I’ve ever been in - not just an Airbnb (the cleaner is also sweet, amazing!) The view is even better in person, and you have everything you could need. Book this house (or I will!)!! The best Airbnb you can find!

Die Wegbeschreibung von Anna war sehr gut, trotzdem mussten wir ein bisschen suchen, um das richtige Haus zu finden - das lag aber nicht an der Gastgeberin, sondern an uns und an der etwas verwirrenden Benennung der Straßen in diesem Teil von Pizzo. Die Wohnung ist groß, war sehr sauber und genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Und die Aussicht aufs Meer von den beiden Terrassen ist schlicht priceless. Wer einmal gesehen hat, wie sich der Stromboli vor der untergehenden Abendsonne abzeichnet und dabei kleine Rauchwölkchen ausstößt, der vergisst das nicht mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war schnell, zuverlässig und professionell. Wir hatten zwei wirklich tolle Wochen in Annas Wohnung in Pizzo. Und vielleicht wären diese zwei Wochen noch ein bisschen toller gewesen, wenn es für die große Terrasse ein oder zwei Sonnenliegen gegeben hätte - aber das ist auch der einzige, wirklich winzige Kritikpunkt. Deswegen: Vielen Dank, Anna. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. :)

Die Wohnung ist perfekt organisiert, mit allen Details für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zudem war alles super sauber. Danke, Cheryl und Sviatlana!

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement! L'hôte était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours prête à donner des conseils et à s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement était non seulement impeccable, mais il était aussi décoré avec soin, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

Alberto e Gabriella sono due padroni di casa precisi, disponibili e attenti. L’accoglienza che offrono è davvero professionale. Il contesto in cui si trova la struttura e’ ben tenuto e immerso nel verde. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno . Un bell’appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso nel verde, richieste accontentate per quanto riguarda la presa in prestito di utensili da cucina che l’host ci ha gentilmente dato, comodità della posizione per raggiungere Tropea e dintorni (ovviamente con la macchina, dato che la casa affaccia sulla statale). Host gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile. Vivamente consigliato

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Posto molto comodo e tranquillo. Ampio spazio fuori con giardinetto perfetto anche per la sera. Collocazione perfetta tra Tropea e Capo Vaticano. Speriamo di tornarci presto

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

La quiete di nome e di fatto! A due passi dal mare, spiaggia bellissima e non troppo affollata. Appartamento pulitissimo e Gilberto e famiglia sono stati eccellenti nell’ospitalità

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩
