Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great place near Jenkinson Lake! Warm, mountain cabin feel with all the amenities! Easy instructions and very reachable host (I was a little confused on how to operate the fireplace... which worked perfectly). Circular stairs up to the second floor was tight but never inconvenient.Beds are super soft with memory. foam, not our thing, but if you're into it, you'll find no better. Huge deck with hot tub in the back is very private at night, and the sunrise flooded the house with light in the morning. Ryan's recommendation to walk to Jenkinson was a perfect way to end the trip-- only saw one hiker all the way to the lake. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy and cute cabin that was great for our family of four.

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful homey cabin. Really liked the remote that controls the lighting, thermostat and A/V once we figured it out. Hot tub was excellent and we were provided all the amenities we needed. Would book here again on a return trip!

Having stayed in dozens of Airbnb's over the years, I can easily say Megan was one of the best hosts. Super responsive, proactive with clear instructions/messaging and a pleasure to connect with. We stayed for a short last minute ski trip and the place was super comfy and stylish. Great location also!

Had a great stay at this house. Communication was excellent and all the provided instructions were clear and reasonable. The cabin is an easy walk to the town and Lake, which is important to me, and the drive to Olympic Village is quick.

We got snowed into Tahoe, but were lucky enough to have booked Taylor’s place! Walked to Safeway to grab food to cook, walked to grab a bagel sandwich and coffee down the road, it was awesome.

We (plus our dog) had a perfect long weekend at Carmelita Cabana. The space was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and we were able to cook easy meals for two. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space but also liked that there was a vacuum to clean up any dirt we might have brought in. The living area and bedroom stayed a very comfortable temperature and we had no issues with being too cold/too warm. Our dog can be sensitive to noises in a new place, but she had no issues whatsoever. The view was unbeatable, and our only problem was that our trip wasn’t long enough!

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

My extended family of 8 stayed at Sarah's place for 3 nights. It was exactly as listed, really great location and the house itself was perfect for 4 couples. Our dog really enjoyed the quiet street, backyard and short walk to snowy trails. We took advantage of the hot tub which was a plus! I would stay here again.

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!

Great location and a cute little cabin! Very close to palisades (where we skied) and local restaurants and a little market. Safeway not too far away either. We brought our dog, so the near by trails were great. Annalisa was very responsive to all our texts, and flexible when we got snowed in! Would recommend for a cozy winter get-away!

This was our second stay at Peggy’s wonderful place, and this time we came with another couple. Once again, everything was perfect! The location is peaceful and picturesque, the house is spotless, and the outdoor fire pit and jacuzzi add to the amazing atmosphere. Peggy is such a warm and thoughtful host, always making sure everything is just right. Her kindness and hospitality truly make this place feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back again and again!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a little peace and quiet away from the chaos of stateline and what not. We came during the snow and there was a lot of good sledding within walking distance

Gerald’s place was so comfortable and cozy. They made us feel right at home and were extremely easy to work and communicate with. The cabin is close to great food and things to do, but it was also so relaxing to light a fire and watch the snow fall. We would absolutely love to visit again.

Nice house in forest setting close to hwy 50 and El Dorado National Forest. Private but a little too close to the highway. You can hear traffic if sitting outside but not from inside and you can't really see the cars because of all the beautiful trees surrounding the house.

We had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place with our son over midwinter break. The house was cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and also appreciated Kelly’s recommendations for some good local restaurants! We had a lot of fun sledding at the nearby park, and the house’s location made it easy to get to our favorite snow tubing spot at Palisades Tahoe. Kelly was kind and very responsive. Really enjoyed our visit and hope to come again!

My partner and I stayed here, and the first thing we noticed and appreciated was the cleansing crystals at each corner of the cabin. The kitchen has everything you need, with the exception of a microwave which we didn’t mind. Everything was clean, the energy here was airy and light. We could see stars through the skylight in the living room, and the earthy minimalist style made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Definitely would recommend!

Denise sent very clear check in and check out instructions. The place had everything we needed and was very cozy. Good setup in the kitchen to cook. Close to northstar, the lake, grocery store, and local restaurants and cafés.
