Spent Christmas at the house was as described and questions were promptly answered. very comfortable, spa was in excellent working order.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Jennifer's place was perfect for our family. There was lots of room, the beds were comfy, and the living room / dining / kitchen area was very cozy and inviting. The wood burning stove in the living room made it a really nice atmosphere. Our kids also felt right at home. We liked the privacy of the back patio and yard. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking which made it easy. We only had to buy the main ingredients but didn't have to worry about bringing our own oil and spices. I definitely prefer that vs the places with all empty cabinets. The location was also great, really close to the grocery store, the lake, and a short drive to the ski hills. Jennifer was a very responsive host and quickly addressed any questions we had. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the North Tahoe area.

Kristina is an amazing host! she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She sent us some recommendations and activities to do with the kids. She also checked road conditions since some of us were concerned about road closures and safety driving with kids in the car. The house is clean and the location is great, close to North Star and grocery stores. We had a great experience and loved the house, having a great host who was so caring made all the difference. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The home is lovely and the private beach is amazing. It’s 15 minutes from Tahoe City so it’s not far from shops and restaurants.

Patty's place felt like staying at family's cabin. The kitchen had all the amenities and then some. The bunks are a little high without a ladder, so we pulled one to the ground, but probably wouldn't work unless you're agile giants. I'm 6'1" and it would have been a struggle to get in and out. We loved that it stayed warm without using the fireplace and that there's a gate at the stairs; both making it very safe for little guests.

We enjoyed the stay and the house is pretty spacious. We came in Summer time but i can imagine will be a great house for ski trip especially for groups.

Allie is such a kind and welcoming host. From the carefully decorated interiors to the comfy quarters everything was perfect. We had a lovely time and enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by a picturesque winter wonderland. And the neighbors walking their dogs were just as kind and lovely. Thank you for being an amazing host! Hope many more people will be able to enjoy and experience your place that feels like a sweet home away from home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The house was even better than the pictures—so much space for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook holiday meals, and the playroom kept the kids busy for hours. The backyard was a total hit! The kids (and adults) loved sledding and having snowball fights right outside. It felt like the perfect winter getaway. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and set up perfectly for a family holiday. Vincent was an awesome host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had such a great time and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Excellent 5 stars House was described perfectly. Spacious bedrooms, with tons of extra floor space for dog beds or air mattresses. Beds and pillows are super comfortable- good quality linens. Surrounded by beautiful trees and forest critters down a quiet court. Just so darn relaxing we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful large home in Tahoe at the end of a quiet street. We went during the winter and got fresh snow and a lovely view. Lovely fireplace in the home. Great for a family trip due to the size of the house and plenty of bedrooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Peter's Northstar Chalet was perfect for our family's annual ski-trip to Tahoe! The host, Peter was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. The chalet was tucked in a private Northstar neighborhood, but was in close proximity to restaurants, ski-resorts, and local grocers for home-cooked meals. It was the perfect home for our 3 families with children. We'll definitely be back!

Super nice location, quiet and peaceful. The tiny house was beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and more. The paddle boat and kayak were fun to use and easily accessible. Really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend.

Great location, and wonderful spot for our family of five to enjoy the winter holiday. Margie was super responsive, and her cabin was exactly as described. Straightforward drive to go ski and easy access into Tahoe city for meals and supplies. Thank you look forward to coming back !
