We just spent a wonderful few days in Tahoe at this gorgeous apartment! It was clean, well-organized and the closest you can get to the action - restaurants, lifts, shops. Check-in was easy and super clear (included pictures which I appreciated). Fluffy towels, hairdryer, fireplace, hot tub and sauna access one floor down. Underground parking in the same building with trolleys for luggage. The host was super responsive with questions regarding ski lessons and the crazy storm that was rolling in as we were supposed to be driving up! Full kitchen was key. Our 4 year old slept well on the pull out in the living room and there is a door to the bedroom which allowed us to avoid tip toeing around after 8pm! The fact that they have a carbon monoxide detector totally won me over. But what we kept coming back to was the exceptional use of hooks. Hooks in the entry, bathroom, shower, bedroom - whoever installed those is brilliant. It's the little things...

Great little place to stay, 12 min drive from Northstar and 3-5 min from shops and restaurants in Kings Beach. Stairs leading to the loft area could use a handrail, but they did specify that they're not suitable for children or the elderly, which is accurate! But the bed upstairs is super comfortable once you get up there. The sofa on the main level is not the same as pictured, but still comes out into a bed, although it's really only good for one person because the back center cushion doesn't come out and there's no actual mattress. But all in all this was a good place for a short stay, and the projector was awesome!

Great place to stay if you are looking to ski in /out at Northstar. We enjoyed our time at the place and appreciated the little details (i.e. liquid IV and bone broth) they provided. Directions on how to get to location and self check-in were clear and very well communicated. Overall, had a great stay at Northstar Village studio!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

We had a great stay at Cindy’s place for a spring ski trip. The house is very well maintained and had everything we could want. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The views of the lake from the hot tub and balcony are amazing. One small downside: the house is located right on the road to access this subdivision. It didn’t bother us, but other properties might be more secluded.

We got to Tahoe multiple times a year and this was by far our favorite place to stay! Marko couldn’t be nicer or more responsive - truly a phenomenal host. There was plenty of space for two families to spread out, cook, hang out and relax. Location is A++ for skiing at Northstar. We had a fabulous time and hope to stay here for all future visits!

We had a great stay at the place. Loretta was an amazing host who was very responsive and friendly. The place is very clean and convenient, and provides a homey feel. The kitchen was nicely stocked with an assortment of kitchen utilities. The house is roomy and we, a group of four, could comfortably live in the space. The office room is a nice plus that can be used to do work or even as a bedroom! The oranges in the front yard are also very tasty and sweet.

Very responsive host. We were traveling with an infant and had set up a local company to provide a crib, high chair, and baby gate. They company was allowed access to have everything ready for us. The host was accommodating to our early check in and departure times due to our travel schedule. High end everything (including sharp knives!!!) if you plan on cooking! The views were beautiful, I highly recommend staying at the Blue View.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it is the only place our family of 6 and the family dog will stay. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and reply in a timely fashion. I appreciate the flexibility of check in and check out. They have been wonderful hosts!

We spent a week at Lisa’s place in Carnelian Bay and loved it! Spent a couple days skiing at Northstar and otherwise explored Lake Tahoe. The cabin is large and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and several bedrooms. Lisa was very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend!

This house was a great escape from the day-to-day grind. It's tucked back in the hills will no close neighbors and a 360* view of nature. There's even a creek that runs behind the house. Using the hot tub and sauna at night was a little scary, considering we were females alone in what felt like the forest. Other than that, comfortable beds and a big, beautiful kitchen. No TV in the living room, but a small room with a floor pad and a smart projector. Lots of reminders of the house rules, so if you're a rowdy group, this probably isn't the house for you. For a small group that's looking to relax and get away, it's a solid choice. We found it was about 15 minutes to both downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. I recommend the hike along Deer Creek Tribute Trail- kid friendly and a large suspension bridge.

We had a beautiful stay. My son found the sofa bed super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and a nice blender. We accidentally forgot a jacket hanging in the coat closet, and the staff was super responsive, located the jacket and mailed it to us. This condo is in a great location, super close to the gondola, gym, the skating rink, and all the restaurants.

This was the perfect location for ski in/ski out …the run is right next to the condo. It is also next to the village so you can enjoy the village amenities without hearing all of the noise when you are in the condo. The place is just as described in the picture and description. One thing to note is the bed slopes in the middle. But this would not stop us from wanting to stay here again. Beth was great in communicating with us and accommodating a request. Highly recommend this place, especially for the ski season!

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids had a great stay at this cozy spot! The location cannot be beat if you ski at Northstar. You can literally see the end of Village Run from the window! My kids enjoyed the bunk bed, and they had everything we needed for a short weekend ski weekend. The host was very friendly and proactive. I recommend staying here and hope we might have a chance to visit another year!

This is a pristine, well maintained, well stocked northstar village condo. It was a perfect weekend for my family of four. Underground parking with luggage carts and elevator made for super easy access. Chef kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and immaculate bathrooms. Short walk to the gondola. Ski locker on the first floor. We will stay again.

Great place in the village, overlooking Highlands Gondola, spacious condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, cozy apt, better than photos. Erin was friendly, accommodating, and clearly conveyed through the attitude of her messages that she really wanted to make it a great stay for us - and even sought feedback to make it even better. The location is prime - patio is larger than it looked in the photo, and overlooking one of the streets in the Village - right across from the grocery store. Also - EV chargers right outside the garage. Slow chargers but worked out perfect since you do have to leave the garage at checkout - we snagged a charger on the morning, and left it to charge for 8 hrs while we skied. The condo had lot of little touches that show Erin was trying to make it a great stay - coffee available so I didn't have to worry about it the morning after a late arrival... glove and boot dryers... wireless headphones for the TVs which we didn't get to use but brilliant for people with kids... humidifiers. All in all a great stay!

Amazing place to stay for a family or group! The home is a beautiful mountain getaway with everything for an amazing stay. We appreciated the pack and play being set-up when we arrived. Parking was so convenient and the ski lockers were a huge plus. We loved the games and books. Annie was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return again soon!
