Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme. La piscine est un réel plus et la terrasse est belle et spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique de Roland. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Boulangerie, rôtisserie et pizzeria à proximité.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer nos hôtes mais leurs messages étaient très prévenants et précis. si vous cherchez un petit havre de paix pour un week-end en amoureux, c'est ici ! Logement lumineux et agréable, avec une belle terrasse pour contempler la mer un peu plus bas. Ce petit cocon s'inscrit de surcroît dans une région magnifique où la nature couleur ocre et brique est particulièrement remarquable sous les changements incessants des éclats du soleil ! Mille mercis à Brigitte et Franco pour ces moments incroyables !

Appartement conforme à la description, près de la mer et disposant d’une très grande piscine dans la résidence qui était très peu fréquentée en cette deuxième quinzaine du mois d’août. Très propre et acceuil parfait avec Heidi et Jeroen. Rien à redire

Didier’s place was perfect for 4 people! The space was very clean, he was prompt and helpful with check-in, and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, train, and surrounding restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

Miejsce blisko wybrzeża, pełnego rozmaitych atrakcji i pięknych widoków. Gospodarz przesympatyczny komunikatywny i wyrozumiały 😊. Bardzo dziękujemy że zrozumiałaś Nasz opóźniony przyjazd i przepraszamy za to 🌺. Przy planowaniu kolejnych wakacji w tej okolicy, na pewno będziemy chcieli ponownie zamieszkać u Sofii.

Alloggio comodo in una posizione strategica, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci occorreva per una permanenza tranquilla e comoda. Il parcheggio privato ha un valore enorme sopratutto perché non è sempre facile trovarlo in zona e moltissimi posti magici sono raggiungibili con brevi passeggiate. Grande valore hanno i due terrazzi e il tavolo per mangiare fuori. Perfetto per coppie ma noi siamo stati con due bambini piccoli e non è stato per niente scomodo. Un pied a terre perfetto per la zona! Marc ha molto ben organizzato il servizio di self check in. Lui è una persona molto gentile che vi darà tutti consigli per vivervi la zona al meglio. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Wir durften 1 Woche Gast sein bei Francoise. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,die Aufteilung der Wohnung war klasse. Super für Kinder war auch der Pool der mit in der Anlage war. Die Entfernung zu den nächst größeren Städten wie Saint Tropez und Cannes war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.vielen dank ,es war eine schöne Zeit

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

Wir waren zu viert für zwei Wochen bei Lionel & Anne-Sophie zu Gast. Das Haus war für uns sehr geräumig und mit zwei Badezimmern gut ausgestattet. Das Bad für das Elternschlafzimmer ist modernisiert und sieht toll aus. Die Küche war modern, funktional und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (vier Kochstellen mit Gas, moderner Backofen, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion und Nespresso-Maschine). Man sollte wissen, dass es im Wohnzimmer keinen Fernseher gibt. Das Internet / Wifi im Haus bietet jedoch die Möglichkeit eigene Devices hierfür zu nutzen. Das Haus besitzt eine Klimaanlage, die sich leicht steuern lässt. Der Pool und die Anlage drum herum lädt zum Sonnen ein. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Stühle sowie eine Lounge-Ecke vorhanden. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war zu unserem Zeitpunkt 19 Grad warm 😉, kann gegen einen täglichen Aufpreis aber auf 26 Grad beheizt werden. Insgesamt habe wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hideaway in Antibes. We were welcome by Nicolas and he explained the whole place to us. 3 comfy bedrooms, as we traveled with our two daughters. Good equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms. We also used the washing machine and dryer. As our stay was in winter, we also used the heaters in every room to have the place warm and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and extremely quiet. Some steps from the house your are at Port Gallice or the beach in Juan Les Pins. We did several walks around the Cap and to Antibes - for both a perfect place to start a walk. Nicolas was very friendly and helpful with several Tipps for Restaurants. We will love to come back.

From the moment I arrived, Jean-Mark was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, reflecting a perfect blend of comfort and style. Jean-Marc went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing helpful local tips and recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless; he was always quick to respond and eager to assist with any questions I had. It was evident that he truly cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and Jean-Marc’s hospitality played a huge role in that. Logement trés fonctionnel, propre et facile d'accès à 5 minutes à pieds du Palais des festivals. La balcon est agréable par beau temps.

Alloggio pulito, ordinato e ben rifornito. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Il patio esterno un piccolo gioiello!!! Si sentivano le onde del mare! L'alloggio è vicino ad un supermercato rifornito di tutto e a due minuti a piedi dal mare con accesso a spiaggia attrezzata o libera. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno della residenza e non abbiamo più avuto la necessità di usarla fino alla partenza. Paca è stato davvero gentilissimo, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza. Sicuramente torneremo!!!!

Teresa was a perfect host. She met us as we checked in to make it easier. The place was spotless and a perfect pied-à-terre in Beaulieu-sur-mer. It couldn't be more central and convenient to restaurants, food shopping, and public transportation. It was extremely quiet given that it was in the center of town. Teresa was very accommodating to my needed to get in early on our arrival, and possibly needing to stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there on our next visit to Beaulieu. Thank you Teresa!
