Location is convenient. Close to restaurants. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us. The king sized bed was comfy. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have the necessities. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay here! Derek was responsive and friendly, check-in was smooth with easy instructions, and the space was comfortable and clean. The location is also peaceful, yet minutes from downtown. Definitely recommend!

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Booked for my son’s basketball tournament. So much better than a hotel. Clean, spacious, accommodating, everything our family needed, and exactly like the pictures and description. VERY responsive host and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

This was an excellent property! Brenda is very responsive and nice. Parking can be tight as the apartment complex has limited spaces, but that does not impact my 5-star rating. I absolutely would stay here again.

Josh was the best host, he is extremely responsive and addresses questions quickly. We ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to 9 nights and Josh gave us a great rate for remainder of our stay. We appreciated it very much. The home was comfortable, clean, and cozy, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back to rent in the future, if not the same home, other Airbnb properties that Josh hosts because he is a prime example of how a Superhost should be and will purposely look for Josh’s properties.

Beautiful space for our family to gather while in town for a family wedding! The kitchen was well equipped for a brunch we made on Saturday morning. It's location was convenient to coffee shops, restaurants & the event venue for the wedding reception. Thanks Jeff!

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

This was our second stay at this fantastic AirBnB. After a long drive, we were grateful for the snacks and drinks and breakfast items. The neighborhood is quiet and a short 5 minute drive to DePauw’s campus. The bedrooms all have amazing lighting and easy device charging stations. And the living room and kitchen are comfortable spaces to hang out. The hosts spoil their guests!

We were looking for a quiet place to just hang out with friends kid-free for a weekend getaway, and this house was perfect! Quiet neighboorhood, but still close to the places we chose to visit. Rideshare to and from downtown on a Friday night made it quick and easy to enjoy our planned outings. And multiple seating options made it easy for us to relax and play games when we returned. The kitchen had most basic small appliances and a decent selection of utensils/plates/cups, making it easy to prep and cook meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely book here again if the opportunity would arise to be in the area.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

This place is an absolute gem! We were in late and out early, but it was evident that the neighborhood was great, with lots to do nearby. The property was super cute, super clean, and perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay. Katie was super helpful with local recommendations and a flexible check in. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and host. We came for the women's big10 basketball tournament and were incredibly comfortable during our stay. Ginger had a sign welcoming the Hawkeyes, checked in once to make sure everything was seamless and gave us clear instructions for getting in. The apartment was spotless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Look no further for your stay in Indy! Christy’s place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Also, the area is great. There is a local breakfast spot right downstairs and a coffee shop across the way, and the whole street is walkable with plenty of options for food. She was so helpful with recommendations and her communication was excellent! Christy really went above and beyond and if we ever come back to Indy this condo will be our first choice!
