Luba was absolutely amazing and always made herself available to answer questions quickly when asked. It was a much needed break from the stress and demands of work and life in general. The house was great and had a ton of awesome amenities like the hot tub, ping pong, fire pit, and a serene babbling Brooke. it made such a huge difference knowing that we could bring our four-legged fur child to enjoy it was us. Tha k you so so much!

This place is a 10/10. It had so much fun stuff to do in the house that we didn’t even need to leave! I definitely want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the hammock and the fire pit, unfortunately it was raining and snowed. But it was still a blast! I loved it!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Absolutely enchanted with this exquisite cottage. It was beyond our expectations and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Charming, peaceful, comfortable, serene, well appointed, tasteful decor, and Heidi was a thoughtful and lovely host. Would highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. I will be back !

Our stay at this property was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance and attention to detail throughout the home. Every room was comfortable, well-appointed, and loved by everyone in our group. The property was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Check in was easy, Jennifer house was perfect for my family it was spacious and very roomy, my family even said how beautiful the place was!

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

The house was as advertised with plenty of space for our weekend men's retreat group of 7. We made use of the fire pit out back and the grill. Patricia was very helpful to provide us with several nearby hiking trail options. A good value for the money spent.

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Mary’s home was exactly how she described it. It was a nice, cozy home for my husband and my son and his girlfriend to stay over Christmas. Location was convenient to everything and we were only 5 minutes from our new granddaughter. The home was extremely well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The beds were also quite comfortable. I grew up in Point Pleasant, so I was very at home. Thank you for your hospitality Mary.

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

Robert’s place was incredible! Beautiful interior with stunning art and decor… plus super clean and updated. Everything from the comfortable beds to the bikes and beach chairs made our stay perfect. Robert was super responsive to all of our questions, even when we accidentally forgot the bike lock code and had to reach out for a quick reply! The location is so perfect - conveniently close to everything in Asbury park. Hope to come back and stay here again!

Had a great time during my stay! Enough room for my family of 5 to sleep comfortably. The yard was a great spot to sit back and relax after a long day of walking around. And it is right down the road from the beach. Looking forward to staying again if in the area!

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

Excellent location. An easy inexpensive ride into Penn Station via LLRR. A suggestion: I recommend those luggage racks one finds in hotels for your suitcase in each bedroom. That, or foot of bed benches. There is no closet for the small bedroom, so a place for your suitcase would be great. A chair in the small bedroom would also help.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.
