This is a very spacious studio aprt in the heart of the old town and marina/promenade. The apartment is very clean. You are in walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping, and beaches are a few min walk. This place is a winner!

Une vue magnifique sur la mer et une partie de la vieille ville, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette appartement très bien situé dans La Canée.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di ottobre e non posso che fare una recensione super positiva di questo posto. Casa molto bella e accogliente, con una vista mare meravigliosa, non puoi non svegliarti bene! Posizione ottima per raggiungere varie mete in macchina, oltre che ad essere a soli 20 minuti di macchina da Chania. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bontà e dalla gentilezza dell’host, mamma di Gorgios, una persona davvero di cuore e molto disponibile. Ci tengo a dare un consiglio a chi andrà in futuro in uno di questi appartamenti : di avere cura dei gattini che girano lì, sono dolcissimi e una carezza in più fa per loro la differenza ♥️ Noi tutte le sere gli davamo da mangiare delle scatolette di carne. Non potendoli salvare tutti, nel nostro piccolo si puo’ fare la cosa più giusta per loro!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Jurgas Unterkunft ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir konnten flexibel einchecken und wurden herzlich begrüßt und immer gut beraten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Zu Fuß sind Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants erreichbar. Wir waren in der Nebensaison für eine Woche da, alles war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wir konnten uns super erholen.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful view, a thoughtful and responsive host and they even prepared a special welcome as it was my birthday. Definitely recommend for a long weekend break in Chania!

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Appartement von Zoi. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat immer auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Als wir spät abends ankamen, hatte Sie uns Pizzen und Eis in das Gefrierfach gestellt. Für unser Frühstück war auch alles da was wir gebraucht haben! Die Wohnung hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und die Altstadt von Rethymno ist zu Fuß in 20/25 Minuten erreichbar. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer 🥰 immer wieder gern!!

Wonderful little flat directly at the beach. Golden view onto the cove, terrace to sit and relax (sunbeds would have been excellent there). Despoina was super helpful and made our stay unforgetable.

Wir haben einige Nächte im Apartment verbracht. Es war perfekt, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und man konnte tatsächlich kochen (habe das bisher noch nie so gut erlebt), die Strandlage super, der Kontakt mit Zabia äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Es gab süße Katzen, die uns auf der großen Dachterrasse besucht haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

it is just as it's described. three verandas facing different directions so you can enjoy the sun or not. beautiful views of the sunset, sea and mountains. will definitely return 👍👍

Great stay at the apartment just a few steps from the coast, nice little bar restaurant even closer. Minutes to the harbour. Interiors were very well done with loads of character. Exactly what we needed - thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

The Airbnb was everything we imagined and more! the view with the little private enterance to the sea Is Amazing, and one of the best spots to snorkel that we found in the area. Everything was clean, with plenty of towels and sheets as well as extras for summer vacation such as beach towels and snorkeling masks. the kitchen Is well equipt and comfortable for cooking, with wine and fruits gifted at our arrival. Olga and her father were very kind and helpful with everything, we absolutely loved our vacation and hope to come back.

We spent a week at Nikos place and really liked it. For us (Family with daughter turning 4) it was perfect and exactly what we have hoped for. It's clean, uncomplicated, charming and you have a big terrace and the beach right in front of you. The Place is located in a calmer and less touristic part on the coast but everything we needed was within reach: Small shops and restaurants are in walking distance, or available by bus. If you want to have more selection or make a day-trip, you can take the bus to Chania or a taxi (or longer walk) to Agios Marina. It's even possible to rent boats on the harbour for an hour or half a day, which our daughter really liked. We can fully recommend this place and hope to return sometimes again!

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

Toppbetyg! En väldigt fin och praktisk lägenhet. Fotis & Amalia såg från första början till att vi kände oss som hemma. Tydliga tips och rekommendationer utan att ens behöva be om det. När vi väl kom fram till lägenheten överraskades vi av vin samt en korg med massa smått och gott, ett tecken på deras otroliga gästfrihet! Fotis är väldigt hjälpsam om det skulle vara några funderingar. Såg till att vår resa till Chania blev helt underbar!

Amazing host, a small apartment in the perfect quiet location just next to a small beach. Love it a lot as it was not touristic. And there is free parking next to it which is even better. Highly recommended!!!! Definitely will come back to Crete <3

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation
