for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Ramon was extremely thoughtful and accommodating! He stocked the fridge with waters, had beach towels and beach chairs for my son and I to use — the list goes on. I even had the pleasure of meeting him and he’s extremely pleasant. I’d stay again!

Anna is quick in responding requests and very accommodating to my needs. My family enjoyed a pleasant stay in the beautiful March weather.

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

It was a picture perfect unit as described in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, plus there's easy freeway access less than a mile away. I enjoyed staying here and Richard was an amazing host.

Hidden gem alert! This place is in a privileged place. Main attractions are just few minutes away. My family and I enjoyed Dali museum, Ybor city, Columbia restaurant, Segunda Bakery and El Reloj factoy. Thank you Olivia for an amazing stay! We enjoyed morning breakfast at your patio.

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

The home was beautiful and plenty of space for a family of 5. We enjoy the pool and neighborhood was very nice. Lots of restaurants to go to. I will definitely recommend.

Staying in Dana's home was amazing. Her home felt like my family's home. The description and photos of her house matched perfectly in person. We were close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and gas stations. We were an hour away from the beach but it was worth it! She was very responsive when responding back to any questions i've had. I would recommend you, your family or even your friends to stay in her home!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway with great location, amazing backyard and responsive hosts. We had several people arriving from the airport at different times and we were able to drop luggage off before checking in. The hosts were accommodating, understanding and effectively communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Very cute and clean condo close enough to beach. Bed was extremely comfortable views from front/back were great. Had everything we needed for a sisters weekend. Loved all the beach equipment that was there to use.
