We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean when we arrived, and Roy was incredibly accommodating—he even let us check in early and drop off our bike rentals ahead of time. He was very responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect, in a great location with easy access to everything, and we absolutely loved the Cabana Club. This rental has everything you need for a fantastic time in KCB. We definitely plan on coming back!

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

We had a great time. Pool and spa was great. Caught fish of the dock great spot for the boat and easy access to the ocean!

Beautiful home that comfortably held our 6 person family of adults. Absolutely loved the pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Really nice kitchen and bathrooms. We used Marathon as home base and drove to Key Largo, Key West, etc. Always nice to return to the house and pool to relax!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved spending time at the pool and on the pickleball courts. Definitely a great place for families!

Great spot in the resort property . Courtyard outback was tranquil… One young buck who was cleaning his boat on Sat had his music waaaay to loud but once he finished it was quiet again. Bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We stayed 2 days on our way down to Key West to enjoy Marathon and Turtle hospital. It was nice also that she allowed less than 3 day rentals :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My grandmother is disabled and we did not have a large enough ramp to get her upstairs and they helped bring her up and even rearrange the room to accommodate her. They were very quick to respond to all our questions. The outside is beautiful and very well equipped to find something to do. The house could use a little updating on the inside but was clean and had a lot of windows. The view was great from the house as the windows led to the ocean.

We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

Highly recommend this location and townhome. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our children really enjoyed the huge pool and the area attractions. Our favorite spots to send time were Sombrero Beach and Sandspur Beach at Bahia Honda State Park. We rented a boat for a few days and went out to the Sombrero Reef and the sandbar. So much fun! We are definitely coming back to stay at this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay with Key Lime sailing club! We especially appreciated the easy access to water activities and created life long memories kayaking in the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are kind, helpful and made our stay more memorable!

We had a great time, and the place was perfect for what we were looking for. The dock had room for my 25' center console and my two sons-in-laws smaller inshore boat and flats boat. Plus being able to keep the trailers on property was huge for us. As far as the house, it was very nice inside and the layout worked out nice for the 8 of us. The pool was perfect and was positioned in such a way which allowed direct sunlight through the whole day for most of the pool and had some shade on one side for those who wanted to get out of the sun for a while (at least during this time of year). It had two paddle boards and two kayaks which we used every day. The kitchen had everything we need.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation prior to the crazy Holiday season. we only had 6 people but it would easily accommodate more. Monica was responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was perfect. Easy access to sombrero Beach and Marathon amenities: bars, restaurants, and activities. we were able to experience a turtle release on Sombrero Beach from The Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend renting from Monica again and on Marathon Beach.

We came for our second stay at Judy’s lovely house. It’s very clean and very comfortable and in a great location. The tiki hut has very comfortable chairs and is a great place to unwind with a drink in the evening. Highly recommended!!

A very affordable, adorable RV right near shopping in Key Largo. I rented for my son and his fiance and 4 month old baby to escape the aftermath of Hurricane Milton up in Sarasota county. They enjoyed the privacy and the Publix nearby. They also kept busy doing the various puzzles that were available for use, being that it was an unplanned vacation with little money to enjoy The Keys. I will rent again when other family and friends come down.

Our family of 5 loved our time in Islamorada. The community was beautiful and quiet. It was definitely mostly retired couples but everyone was friendly with our young kids. The condo was bigger than the pictures made it seem- we had more than enough space. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

It makes such a difference when it's someone's own vacation home. Everything from kitchen to furniture to systems worked great and we were able to feel at home from the moment of arrival. Comms with Camille was easy both by email and text and she provided a detailed set of instructions for everything. Bed configurations were as described. Sofa beds were better than expected and plenty of bed clothes were provided. Dive shops, restaurants, supermarkets all within short drive. There is a beautiful pier on site for watching the sun rise or set. A little pricey compared to other properties but I would go back because of the quality of the property and ease of staying there.

Andrew’s place was very clean, and he is a very hospitable host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be reaching out to him when we come back to the Keys again! I lived in Marathon FL for a long time, and know the keys well. It is rare to find a host as good as Andrew down there! I HIGHLY recommend staying at his place if you’re considering visiting. Great, private Yacht club with a boat ramp/marina, hidden right off the main drag of Key largo.

This house was a perfect spot for my partner and I and Cooper our pup. swam in the pool, sat in jacuzzi, paddle boarded ,kayaked, road the bikes, ect. we brought our boat down but unfortunately had a few issues with it so wasn't able to go out fishing as much as we'd liked. but there was plenty to do at and around this beautiful place. would definitely come back in the future:))

My friend and I stayed at this lovely house in a well maintained community. The house is clean and very nice. The owner was very responsive. We had no issues during our week stay. The community pool was fantastic. We grilled a few nights and took advantage of the great restaurants within 10 minutes away. Highly recommend unit and location.

We had a fantastic stay here during our week in Islamorada. The house was incredibly clean, uncluttered, and had a nice feel. The road noise was pretty much constant, which we were prepared for ahead of time based on other reviews. But noise makers were provided and helped a bit. There were full sized soaps in the kitchen/bathrooms. There were plenty of cleaning supplies in the kitchen including garbage bags, Clorox wipes, and dishwasher detergent. Beach/pool towels were also provided. All of these amenities make it easier when traveling by air. The property had paddle boards and kayaks for use on a first come first serve basis. All 5 of us, my hubby, our three girls ages 13, 19, and 21 had a fantastic time paddling around nearby. Watching the sunset was particularly lovely on the water. There were some fantastic restaurants nearby that were walkable and within a 5-10 minute drive. If we were to come back to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!!

Rolando was an excellent host! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at his place. The location was exactly what we were looking for as it was central in the keys and close to everything. We did run into a problem while there, but Rolando was extremely responsive and helpful and had the issue solved literally the very next day. All in all, it was an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful place, exactly as pictured, for our family of six. We LOVED the pool and spa! The porch space was well used with lovely furniture overlooking the pool. Great location for restaurants and activities. The landscaping and grounds are beautifully maintained. Very peaceful and private during our stay.
