A brilliant stay in a beautiful apartment. The views were outstanding out over the ocean. Apartment immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location for visiting Chania, Lake Kournas etc..Two observations for future visitors - highly recommend having a car whilst staying, we did and wouldn’t have wanted to be there without (it’s on a very steep hill!). Also, we visited in April. The pool is not heated and was too cold us to swim which was a shame and not something I clocked when booking. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Great breakfast was included at a nearby cafe. Wifi was a bit unreliable.

אולגה הייתה זמינה עבורינו לכל מהרגע הראשון של ההגעה (ולפני!) מסבירת פנים, ומקצועית. היינו עם הילדים וקיבלנו מענה לכל עניין בצורה הטובה והמותאמת ביותר , בין אם המלצות למה לעשות באזור, עניינים טכניים ומה לא.. הדירה נקייה ומאובזרת, עם צוות מתחזקות מקסימות. המיקום נהדר ושקט (על אף שממוקם בלב העיירה) קרוב לסופר, מסעדות וחוף הים הכל במרחק הליכה של דקות, נעים, נוח ובטוח. אחרי שהמשכנו למקום אחר החלטנו לחזור אליה, כי הכל היה כל כך נעים וקל בתקשורת מולה. חוויה שאפשרה לנו לגמרי להינות מהטיול עם ערך מוסף. אישה מקסימה שניכר ששירות אצלה הוא ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, איכותי ונעים. הכי ממליצים להגיע אליה! חוויה של הנאה ודאית מובטחת! שמחים על ההזדמנות להגיד שוב תודה רבה לאולגה והצוות שלה על הכל, בהחלט לקחת חלק משמעותי בחווית הטיול הנפלאה שלנו🙏🏼💫

A compact and comfortable apartment, right at the heart of the village, yet surprisingly quiet. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Everything was as described and shown in photos. Communication with the hosts was good and they were helpful.

Huset var fantastisk fint, fresht og smakfullt. Møblene og utstyret i huset var også meget moderne, og alt fungerte som det skulle. Vertskapet bor i 2. etasje av huset, og vi hadde hele 1. etasje med hagen og bassenget. Til tross for at de bodde i samme hus, var de veldig diskré, og det ble ikke noe problem for oss. Alt var pent, rent og av god kvalitet. Ved ankomst fikk vi en gresk salat og en flaske olivenolje, som var både overraskende og veldig hyggelig. Huset ser like fresht og pent ut som det gjør på bildene, men beliggenheten er ikke den beste hvis man ikke har bil. Vi hadde bil, så for oss ble det ikke noe problem, men vær oppmerksom på at det ligger ganske langt unna utesteder, shopping og sentrum. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og en deilig ferie, og vi er meget fornøyde med valget av feriehuset vårt! :-)

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super, wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und alles wurde uns ausführlich gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht und trotzdem sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein grandioser Aufenthalt, wir wären gerne länger dort geblieben. Wenn wir noch mal in der Ecke sind, können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier noch einmal zu buchen. Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Toll!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ sind zu wenig Auszudrücken wie einmalig der Aufenthalt ist. Die Gastfreundschaft ist phänomenal, so nette Menschen, die wir kennenlernen durften. Wir waren jeden Tag in der Taverna (auch Frühstück) und haben jedes Essen genossen. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. 2 min zum Strand .Wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s and Judy’s. The place was spacious both inside and out. What really made this villa so exceptional was the outdoor area… patio,pool and lovely garden with the most gorgeous views over Souda bay. I recommend bringing binoculars to enjoy it to its fullest!

This is an incredibly lovely home from which to explore Rethymno. We are a family of 5 and felt very comfortable here, with plenty of space for us all. We were especially grateful for the air-conditioning across all floors! Thank you Lena and Mr Paraskevas for your exceptional hospitality.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

We were a party of five, my wife and I and 3 30 year olds, our two twins and a son-in-law. We all couldn't say enough good things about this home: the view has to be one of the best on the whole island, relaxing, extremely private and immediately felt right at home. Starting and ending each day with that view, I didn't need anything else, but there is as much to do as you want. For example, just 6 minutes down the hill, you have the great little town of Platka with a few delicious local restaurants, market and a nice sports bar if you want a cocktail...like me. Another 10 minutes down the hill you come to Alymrida, the small coastal city that has nearly a dozen varied restaurants right on the water. 40 minutes away is the charming city of Chania, the jewel of Crete. This home is centrally located, 20+ minutes from the highway to go anywhere you wish to go...but keep in mind your leaving this view behind. I hope you enjoy it half as much as we did.

Ioanna’s place felt like home during our stay. We found everything we needed and the house was spacious. The pool was a very nice addition, the water temperature was always welcoming and warm enough to swim anytime. You would need a car to stay there, but it’s worth the peacefulness and the calm. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again soon.

This characterful house in the old town was perfect. Location was ideal. Katerina our host could not have been more helpful. Her house is beautifully fitted out with all home comforts. Strongly recommend this to others visiting Rethymno

We had a great stay at Villa Senna, the views across to the sea were stunning, the villa had everything we needed to feel comfortable and on holiday. I would highly recommend a stay at Karolina's villa if you wanted to explore the Hania region of Crete.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette magnifique villa. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait : nichée au cœur des oliviers, à seulement 7 minutes d'une magnifique plage, avec de nombreux restaurants, tous à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. La villa offre une superbe piscine privée et une vue imprenable sur la mer, ce qui ajoute encore plus de charme à cet endroit déjà idyllique. Les hôtes ont été exceptionnels, toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Leur hospitalité, leurs précieux conseils sur la région et leur grande gentillesse ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

A beautiful stay in an authentic village close to everything! We loved our stay at a veritable castle - it blended medieval details (like shining armor in the living room) with beautiful views from 2 terraces and the loveliest pool. The village is small and has everything you need within a 5 min walk (including several places to eat, a bakery, and a grocery store). Having Rethymno and great beaches within a 15-20 min drive was very convenient, and several great day trip destinations (like Knossos and Archanes) are about an hour’s drive away. Lina was a great host - always responsive and accommodating. Loved our stay!

Posto accogliente e tranquillo, nel centro di Creta, a mezz'ora di strada (larga e in ottimo stato quella verso Retymno) dalle coste nord e sud. Molto piacevole il paesino di Meronas. Un'esperienza autentica dopo tante spiagge.

The stay we had was great. Apartament was exactly as described , very clean and tidy. The host was easy to communicate with, very polite and friendly. Location is close to the beach at only a few minutes' walk and very close to supermarkets and restaurants. A very small downside is that it is located near a main road so it can get a bit noisy sometimes but we were not really affected. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will most likely be back

Amazing place to stay, it was immaculate and very modern. The location to the pool and local amenities was fantastic. The studio was regularly cleaned and staff were on hand to contact should we need them. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Mary and Christos’ place. Out of all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at, this was the most carefully thought out, with every room in the house being well equipped for your needs. It’s new, immaculately clean, and is centrally located, with an amazing view. As hosts, Mary and Christos had many great local recommendations and were very responsive and proactive with communication. Thank you Mary and Christos, you both exude and exemplify the essence of Greek hospitality.

Το σπίτι ήταν μια χαρά σε καλή τοποθεσία Το παράπονο που έχω ήταν ότι ήμασταν από 3,5 ώρες δρόμο, θέλαμε να φτάσουμε να κάνουμε ένα μπανάκι, δεν είχε ένα αφρολουτρο ή σαμπουάν κ το σούπερ μάρκετ στο ισόγειο ήταν κλειστό οπότε έπρεπε να ψάχνουμε Κατά τα άλλα μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι. Ευχαριστούμε

Perfect place in the right location. A little too much clutter and outdated but that’s just the family’s style. Perfect for a few days. Free parking, wonderful host!

Danke Anna für diesen tollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell. Anna hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns ein Paar schöne Tipps gegeben für unseren Aufenthalt! Das Appartements hat unsere erwartungen übertroffen: sehr sauber, tolles Atmosphäre, alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Einrichtung genau nach unserem Geschmack (100% wie auf den Fotos). Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die tolle Terrasse. Mit so einer Aussicht zu Frühstücken ist wirklich ein Traum. (Nachts gab es ein kleines Gewitter und ich glaube wir hatten den besten Blick auf das Natur Feuerwerk) Auch der Weg zum Strand, in die Stadt oder zum einkaufen waren sehr unkompliziert. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist es auch nicht weit bis zur Autobahn die die ganze Insel verbindet und man so zu allen Spots kommt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir geben 6 Sterne..
