Estuvimos 6 días un grupo de jóvenes de 20 años y no tenemos ninguna queja. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron todo tipo de opciones, además de ser muy comprensivos desde el inicio con nosotros. Destacaría la ubicación del lugar, ya que estaba situado en una urbanización tranquila en la que podías llegar a prácticamente cualquier punto de interés en muy poco tiempo en coche. El sitio era acogedor y moderno además de facilitar muchos servicios que nos ayudaron mucho en la estancia. Dormimos muy bien todos los del grupo y teníamos nuestro espacio dentro del apartamento.

L'endroit est magnifique, agréable et calme. L'emplacement est parfait avec des commerces à proximités, plages et de jolis sentiers de randonnées. La communication avec David est facile. Je recommande vivement.

We have just come back from what was an incredible stay at Ramon's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, private, clean and tidy and extremely spacious! We had the best time. Ramon was always available to answer questions, before and during the stay. He was very flexible and tried to accommodate us with any requests we had. The location is perfect for buses to Mahon and a short walk to the beach in Punta Prima and just across the road is a waterpark! The pool at the apartment was fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time. There is acess to a BBQ and the apartment also had brilliant cooking facilities in the modern kitchen! The dishwasher was a welcome edition! We will be returning again next year! Thank you Ramon!

We had a great time there. The beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, and a super market are all within walking distance. The beach is so nice, peaceful, and family friendly. Our kids loved to play there. There is a hiking trail next to the apartment which I took for morning jogging. Luis was very nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5 with kids. We love to go back there!

Das Ambiente von Peres Haus ist toll und die Außenanlage macht den Besuch besonders. Drinnen sind die Möbel teilweise etwas älter und es könnte an einigen Stellen etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden, aber damit kann man bei dem Preis gut leben. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Una casa increíble donde nos sentimos como en casa! Comunicación muy fluida y poder hacer un late checkout nos permitió disfrutar mucho más de la estancia! Recomiendo 100%

Appartement conforme à la description cependant la terrasse est un peu petite pour 4 personnes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four ou de quoi faire des grillades (barbecue, plancha) et un parasol. Quartier très calme.

Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits dans ce logement : la maison est très propre, bien aménagée, avec de jolies touches deco. On s’y sent bien !! Deux belles terrasses, une a l’avant pour les repas et l’autre a l’arrière pour apéritif ou repos :-) La piscine est un vrai plus quand nous partions découvrir la région à la journée - se baigner en rentrant était juste parfait. A deux pas de la promenade très agréable menant à Cala Rajada et son animation. Une adresse à retenir. Merci ! 5 min a pied de la plage de Son Moll.

Sis sur une magnifique propriété immergée dans la campagne minorquine, nous avons apprécié ce logement atypique et authentique qui se démarque de l’offre habituelle du bord de mer, impersonnelle et formatée pour les touristes. L’ emplacement très pratique permet de rayonner facilement aux quatre coins de l’île et la ville la plus proche Es Mercadal, possède quelques très bons restaurants. Je me permets d’ajouter qu’un investissement supplémentaire dans l’équipement et le mobilier permettrait de potentialiser cet hébergement, d’en améliorer le confort, qui reste un peu sommaire et d’établir un meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Sinon la quiétude des lieux, la beauté du paysage et le charme incomparable de l’endroit nous ont ravis!

nous avons passé une super semaine en famille chez Maria. Laria qui habite a cote nous a accueilli. la maison est vraiment très grandes parfait pour 8, hyper propre. la piscine est très agréable en taille, agencement, exposition, calme. la route est étroite pour venir lais cela va avec le charme de cette ferme de Minorque. la position de la maison était parfaite pour nous qui avons parcouru toute l'ile. il y a des restaurants dans la ville a cote accessible en 5 mins de voiture, jouable en velo mais pas a pied. calme avec vue sur la campagne, beaucoup de charme. on entend un oeu la route qui passe a 200 mètre mais c'est ok. un bemol, la qualité du wifi pas top y compris le réseau et la qualité des lits etait ok mais peut mieux faire. on reviendra

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Mateu‘s Haus am Hafen von Cala Ratjada ist einfach wundervoll! Großartige Raumaufteilung, liebevoll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Kunstwerke von Mateu geben den Räumen ein ganz besonderes Flair. Der großzügige Patio war unser Lebensmittelpunkt, aber auch der morgendliche Kaffee auf dem Balkon, der direkt vom Haupt-Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist, war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist sensationell, direkt am Hafen gelegen und einen Katzensprung vom Meer und der pittoresken Cala Gat entfernt. Wir haben die sonnigen Herbsttage hier sehr genossen und uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mateu war unkompliziert und unglaublich freundlich, Check-in und Check-out waren sehr flexibel und einfach. Diese Unterkunft ist etwas sehr Besonderes, wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Nous avons sejourné chez Jesus durant la première semaine d’avril pour des vacances avec nos enfants de 2 ans. La maison est pratique et tournée vers l’extérieur. Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour y passer un séjour confortable. Les lits sont de bonnes qualités et les salles de bain fonctionnelles et lumineuses. L’aspect pratique pour nous était le jardin qui est le principal espace de vie et qui permettait aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. Juan Jesus est un hôte très accueillant et réactif, il met tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Beautiful home with thoughtful touches. Magda is an excellent host and her home has everything you need for a wonderfully comfortable stay. Excellent views and lots of space to enjoy the beautiful space. We will definitely stay here again!

We really loved our stay here! The villa was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. The location was also brilliant, a short walk to the beach, and close to both the old and new towns of Binibeca. Laura was really responsive and friendly, even letting us extend our check out time as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend!

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

Wunderschöne Finka in ruhiger Anhöhe 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst zuverlässig und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool immer top sauber, durch spezielle Filteranlage. Hier kann man sich richtig gut erholen. Der Ort ist etwas ruhig, aber mit dem Auto waren wir jeden Abend in 5 Min. im wunderschönen Cala Ratjada, wo man unzählige Lokale direkt in Küsten- u. Hafennähe findet. Der Strand Font de sa Cala ist dafür ideal, nicht riesig aber wunderschön. Selbst das große Hotel dort ist optisch vertretbar. Die Strandbar kulinarisch nicht ganz so prickelnd, aber für Pommes (ohne Wurst o. Hotdog - die gehn gar nicht!!!!) & Eistee o. Eiskaffee hat's gereicht. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finka. ❣️🌞❣️

Grande maison très bien située avec piscine et accès privé a une petite crique. Elle est bien aménagée et confortable. Il y aussi une grande terrasse abritée ainsi qu un espace couvert pour faire un barbecue. Juan est un hôte particulièrement attentionné et disponible.
