Nos ha encantado estar en el apartamento de María. Hemos estado una pareja con una niña pequeña y las estancia ha sido inmejorable. El apartamento está muy cuidado, baño con una ducha enorme, salón amplio y con una tele grande, cocina cuadrada de tamaño razonable, una terraza interior anexa con lavadora y lavavajillas y dos dormitorios muy cómodos. Espectacular la terraza exterior, muy amplia y con vistas al mar, aunque no es frontal, está en una calle perpendicular al paseo. El edificio está junto a la playa, primera línea, la ubicación es espectacular. También está muy bien poder usar la piscina. María ha estado estupenda como anfitriona, la comunicación con ella fue comodísima en todo momento, resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos y estuvo pendiente de que encontrásemos la casa con facilidad y de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Seguro que intentaremos volver al apartamento cuando regresemos a Gandía.

Great location on edge of the historic quarter. All attractions within easy walking distance. Denia also has lots of lovely restaurants in the Old Town. Also well placed for visits to other lovely coastal towns such as Javier, Calpe and Altea, though car rental is advisable to access these. Out I’d season, free parking is plentiful. The region also 3 National Parks providing numerous walking/biking trails.

Compleet huis! Heerlijk buiten & rustige plek. Met de auto snel bij alle voorzieningen. Roxana reageert zeer snel en is erg vriendelijk.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser außergewöhnlich anderen Unterkunft und ganz in der Nähe vom Strand verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab, während des Aufenthaltes und bei der Abreise war hervorragend und herzlich. Mónica und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte und nette Gastgeber. Alles in der Unterkunft, die früher ein Fischerhaus/Bootshaus war und zu einer Wohnung umgestaltet worden ist, war wie im Inserat beschrieben und nahezu perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Es sind nur wenige Meter Fußweg zum Strand. Die Stadt Villajoyosa ist sehr schön, ruhig, morgens kann man bei klarem Himmel den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Da sie mehrere Betten, Duschen, und Toiletten hat, können auch gleich mehrere Leute untergebracht werden. Great host and home. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Comfortable beds. Everything you need is there. Located in quiet area near the shore. Home is private with small houses/condos surrounding. We did not spend much time in the town but really enjoyed our walk along el Portitxol. Thank you Cristobal for being so responsive and flexible with our plans!!

In Raúl's Wohnung verbrachte ich vier angenehme Wochen, in denen alles ohne Probleme funktionierte. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, ist geräumig und ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen längeren und erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt genug Schränke und Ablagemöglchkeiten. Man wird verwöhnt mit einer nach Osten gerichteten Terrasse, mit Morgensonne und tollem Blick in einen grünen Innenhof. Das Appartement ist äußerst verkehrsgünstig gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig.. Fenster und Türen lassen sich mit Rollläden abdunkeln. Für mich war es wichtig, denn die starke Beleuchtung draußen brennt die ganze Nacht über. Manchmal bekommt man die Unterhaltung der Nachbarn mit, da die Wände ziemlich hellhörig sind. Raúl war mir ein sympathischer, zuverlässiger und kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Ich bin mit der Bleibe sehr zufrieden gewesen und würde es gerne wieder besuchen

El apartamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Susana siempre atenta, comunicación rápida y muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, lugar totalmente recomendable.

Ik heb het appartement voor de tweede keer geboekt en er komt zeker een derde keer. Het is schoon. Ligt op loopafstand van de boulevard. En je kijkt op het zwembad

Super mooi appartementencomplex met alle luxe die je ook in een hotel hebt. Communicatie met Jorge is goed, hij stuurt alle benodigde informatie ruim van te voren door. Tip: geen grote auto huren ivm de kleine parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement. Nous sommes venus pour profiter des routes pour de belles sorties à vélo. L’endroit est calme, paisible et parfaitement adapté pour se reposer après de longues sorties. L’hébergement est très bien équipé, confortable et situé dans un cadre idéal pour les cyclistes, avec de superbes routes et peu de circulation. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactive et très sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et s’assurer que tout se passe bien. La vue est magnifique. Un plaisir chaque matin. Si vous cherchez un endroit reposant et parfait pour le vélo, c’est une adresse à ne pas manquer. Merci Ana.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

A great apartment in a beautiful spot right on the beach . Literally open the garden gate and you are on the beach . The gardens were very well maintained and the pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it as I prefer to swim in the sea . Everything we needed in the apartment was there . Lots of clean towels and bedding . The kitchen was well equipped and having the washing machine was ideal ( we stayed for 5 weeks ) . The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunsets in the evening were fabulous . Vicent was an excellent host from start to finish. He came to see us a couple of days after we arrived just to check all was good and brought us some spare clean linen and towels . He also brought us a lovely bottle of wine and some beer to try . He was always very responsive and helpful . Thank you Vicent we thoroughly enjoyed our stay😊
