We enjoyed our week in Alcudia and the house very much. The house was comfortable and spacious and perfect for two families (or one big) .Short walk to supermarket, beaches, restaurants etc. Nice terraces and garden. Convenient with the key box outside the house. We never met Joan and Nadia in person but whenever we had questions they replied swiftly and helpful through email. We would really recommend this house for a nice stay in Alcudia!

Andrés place is amazing and the orchard, swimming pool and tennis court made it such a fun place to be with our grandchildren. Andrés and his family were ever helpful and made us feel so welcome. We are moving to Mallorca but I would recommend it and will do to any friends. It is set in one of the nicest towns in the centre of the island.

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme absolu. On a particulièrement apprécié de profiter de la terrasse extérieure couverte, avec une vue imprenable sur le magnifique jardin, le paysage champêtre et les couchers de soleils superbes sur la Serra Tramontana. La situation est idéale, proche des grands axes pour rayonner vers les différents centres d’intérêt de l’île. Miquel Àngel et son père sont très accueillants et ont été super réactifs pour régler un petit souci de plomberie. Un bel endroit dont on se souviendra.

We had an incredible stay at Margarita's finca, perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains. This location allowed us to enjoy both cycling trips in the mountains and leisurely rides on the flat parts of the island. The finca itself was wonderfully cosy and impeccably tidy, providing a perfect retreat. Margarita was very responsive and flexible, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Margarita's place for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the Mallorcan countryside, while still being conveniently close to charming villages like Selva, Caimari, and Campanet to enjoy the local restaurants and bars.

Die Finca ist superschön. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, gut erreichbar und haben ein offenes Ohr. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Mein Freund ist allerdings den großen Mietwagen (Opel Combo) den Weg zur Finca gefahren. Der Weg ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Mit einem normalen Pkw ( kein Combi oder SUV) sollte es ganz unbeschwert möglich sein. Machbar ist alles, nur eben langsam und aufmerksam. Arta ist in 20 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Die kleinen Geschäfte laden zum Bummeln ein und es sind 46 Restaurants zum Ausprobieren möglich. Wir wünschen Maria und Jesus beste Gesundheit und alles Gute. Vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehen. We (4 adults and 2 kids) have spent 2 weeks in this great home. The location could not be better, 1 min to the best part of the beach in Alcudia, 5 mins to the bus station and 10 mins to a big supermarket. There were also some beach toys which our kids enjoyed a lot. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was a bit of a musty smell in one of the bedrooms downstairs as well as in one of the kitchen cabinets. The communication & check-in with Juan and Barbara was smooth. We would defintely come back!

Wir waren 15 Nächte-meist zu viert in der Finca, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Es war wie „nach Hause“ kommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und hatten den ganzen Zeitraum einen Anspechpartner, der sich umgehend um unsere Bedürfnisse/Fragen gekümmert hat. Die Straße ist leicht zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir einen Selbstversorger Urlaub planen. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit Oliven,- und Zitrusbäumen und Kiefern gesäumt, traumhaft mit Blick auf den Berg Puig de San Salvador. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Von Kaffeefilter bis Handseife, Spülmittel, Salz, Olivenöl alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Pool und Aussenbereich auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mückenspray einpacken! Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank Juan, ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in Margas Finca. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schönen, vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, der tolle Pool und die Outdoorküche. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!!

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit allem, wirklich allem, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Das Haus ist so schön, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden. Es uns an Nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation war optimal. Man schläft wunderbar. Der Pool ist perfekt und in der Küche kann man super kochen.

Very nice stay in a fully equipped house in a very nice area! Marina and her son are very welcoming and attentive to their guests. I highly recommend them!

Muchas gracias Magdalena y familia. Desde el primer momento que hablamos con ella fue uan anfitriona perfecta. Muy amable, simpática y atenta en todo. La casa mejor que en las fotos ya que había cosas mejoradas. Piscina y jardín impecables. El perrito Sac, un amor con todos y muy educado. Contacto y trato con ella inmejorable. La piscina impecable y muy cómoda de acceder. Sin ningún tipo de duda, recomendamos su casa a todas las familias. A demás tienen un huerto dónde hay pimientos, tomates, cebollas...que nos dejaron coger para hacer ensalada buenísimas. También cómo detalle, al.entrar en la casa, nos dejó unos crespells ( galletas mallorquinas) y una botella de aceite hecha por ellos. Una maravilla. Gracias Magdalena y família por hacernos maravillosas nuestras vacaciones con los niños. Seguro que nos volveremos a ver.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Finca mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet, die Zimmern und die Bäder sind sauber, das Interieur modern und bequem. Alles hat seinen Platz und es ist an alles gedacht. Die Finca "La Plana d'en Morro" ist wunderschön gelegen, mit weiter Aussicht auf die Serra de Tramuntana Gebirge. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen, wie es wirklich aussieht. Herzlichen Dank, es war sehr schön bei euch und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der gemütlichen Unterkunft und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Nera, Viki, Ben und Jindrich

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr professionell und daher auch sehr angenehm, weil der Gastgeber praktisch sofort geantwortet hat. Ich hatte das Glück schon viele Stunden vorher einzuchecken, ohne dass mir eine extra Gebühr berechnet worden ist. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem top gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Das Haus hat zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bad en Suite. Darüberhinaus haben beide Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die man jeweils einzeln regulieren kann. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer war einfach nur ein Traum. Ein Kaminbereich, eine Couch-Lounge und ein Essbereich. Die komplette verglaste Front im Wohnzimmer, die zum Garten ausgerichtet ist, konnte man öffnen. Dadurch hat man quasi das Wohnzimmer nach außen verlagert. Im Garten sind CitrusBäume und Kräuter angepflanzt, die einen herrlichen Duft versprühen. On Top im Außenbereich kommt der riesige Pool. Es war einfach alles Traumhaft. ❤️

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

This place was amazing! Super peaceful and calm area and the house is so nice. Antuanet is also so friendly and responded always very quickly. Definitely would love to go back and recommend this place everyone who is looking for a private, peaceful place with a beautiful views.

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

Ми відпочивали сімʼєю . Нам дуже сподобалося. Вийшло так що наш рейс затримався, але господарі дочекалися нас , хоча ми й прибули досить пізно. Помешкання було чисте і підготовлене для нас, а господарі милі та щирі люди. Також варто відмітити присутність розумного рижого кота, що ще більше додало нашому перебуванню в будинку враження як вдома. Рекомендуємо.

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!
