I had a great stay at this low-cost room! It was exactly what I needed—affordable, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The highlight for me was the balcony, which was a nice spot to relax. The host was very responsive and friendly, making the stay even better. Parking was easy, and the location was great—close to the airport and highway, which made getting around super convenient. Everything was clean, and check-in was smooth. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with a little extra charm, this is a solid choice. Would stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Finca es Cabas. It is a stunning estate in a great location, with easy access to nearby towns and Palma. The room was spacious and really comfortable, the breakfast was terrific and it was great to have access to a large kitchen, where we were able to cook for ourselves. We loved lounging by the pool and taking walks on the massive property and found that the property was a good base for us to explore other parts of Mallorca from. The hosts were also very kind and communicative. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Le logement est très bien centré dans Palma et à proximité de la place avec tous les bus. Le logement est très propre (le ménage est fait 2 fois par jour) et l’hôte est très sympathique et vous fera toutes ses recommandations des endroits à visiter en arrivant !

Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Ruhig und in der Natur. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, deshalb haben wir nur 1 Nacht verbracht.

wer Ruhe und eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. das Haus ist wunderbar groß, gemütlich und wir mochten, dass es möglich war gemeinsam zu kochen und sich trotzdem privat zurück ziehen zu können. die Natur rundherum ist atemberaubend. der Blick über das Tal und die Berge hat uns jeden Tag neu beeindruckt, wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder. lieben Dank!

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, total ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Ein toller mix aus alt und modern (super schönes Bad!). Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen. Die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommen, mit Tipps für die Gegend. Kommunikation unkompliziert :)

Cet hôtel est parfait. L'acceuil était exceptionnel, nous avons eu des tonnes de recommendations pour des activités et restaurants à proximité. L'hotel vient d'ouvrir ses portes début de l'été 2023, tout est neuf et immaculé, rénové avec gout. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le lit est très comfortable. Tout est calme dans les alentours, vous pourrez entendre légèrement les cigales et moutons au loin de manière très agréable. Le personnel est gentil, à votre écoute et prêt à se plier en quatre pour vous. Les piscines sont hyper propres, les installations également. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, merci !

Todo bien, y incluso con una incidencia en el apartamento que resolvieron muy rápido cambiándonos a otro enseguida. Sitio y resort muy recomendable. Trato excelente!

Great stay and we will definitely be back

A paradise oasis! Could not recommend this place more. Antoni and his family are excellent hosts. The room was spacious, bed king sized and everything was lovely and clean. The breakfast selection is everything you could want, as was the dinner we had. Excellent value for money! The pool area is perfect and the grounds are covered in flowers and fruit trees, with lots of wildlife around the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return one day!

We enjoyed staying in Musa her apartment. We asked her to come earlier than expected and it was not a problem. The whole communication was great. Sometimes it was not so easy to find a parking slot but in the end we always had one. The house with three floors is amazing. It is so beautiful furnished with so many details. We loved it. Please have in mind that there is no AC and it can get very warm in Mallorca. There had been three fans and we did not had a problem with the heat. Our personal highlight was the 3rd floor - the rooftop. We spend very beautiful nights on it. I can highly recommend sleeping in this house and getting the chance to meet Musa - she is lovely! Thank you very much for the stay!

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

Ottima esperienza. Maria è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. La casa è attaccata alla fermata del bus per andare in areoporto!

El lugar es increíble, limpio, nuevo, de fácil acceso y David es un Señor, respetuoso, amable, dispuesto a ayudar si lo necesitas, pienso que sera mí primera opción cuando regrese a Mallorca, sin dudarlo

This boutique hotel was amazing, it had beautiful views of the ocean and the stars. The room was spacious and clean, and we truly enjoyed our time. Espacio was very responsive when we had questions and made check in very easy. Though there isn't a lot of parking right next to the hotel (there are some spaces) the parking garage is a close walk and easy to get to. The breakfasts (that was included) we had were great and dinner was equally as good! Everyone was so friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back in the future.

A really quiet and idyllic place where you can unwind. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean, as is the pool. The breakfast was simple, but absolutely sufficient and delicious. We had wonderful days on the finca and would love to come back.

Si vous allez à Artà une adresse incontournable !!! Tout est parfait! L’accueil de Nadine très chaleureux et la bonne communication. La décoration de la maison est faite avec beaucoup de goût dans les moindres détails. Chambre et salle de bains sobres mais chaleureuses et très propres. Cuisine au Rez de chaussée super équipée. Parking et restaurants à proximité. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir, ce que nous ferons certainement. Hautement recommandé !!
