Renta de casas vacacionales en Platja d'Oliva

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Un lugar increíble por su belleza natural ,silencio ,perfume de pinares ,montañas y ves el mar .La casa muy cómoda ,con una vajilla impecable la limpieza también .. la comunicación en el momento y disposición. El jacuzzi es un toque especial ..gracias 🫂

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

Un très beau séjour passé dans ce logement. Un peu excentré du centre ville, il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou trouver le premier commerce. Néanmoins, la piscine est un grand + et les équipements supers. De nombreux transats, parasols, des pistolets à eau… tout pour amuser une famille pendant son séjour. Nous recommandons.

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

We were two families coming together and the accommodation gave us the flexible layout needed, and the space for solitude if required, while great social spaces in the dining and garden areas. Everything was as expected and better, ideally you need a car for the location but it’s easy to get around and park in the area with plenty to do out and about, even in October. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en esta preciosa casa, es exactamente lo que se ve en las fotos, todo precioso, muy limpio y Emily estuvo pendiente de nosotros para todo lo que necesitamos. Un 10!!

Estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa de Teo junto a la playa, estaba muy bien equipada, incluso con sillas, sombrilla y hasta una neverita para poder llevarte a la playa. Al pueblo íbamos en coche y a tan solo 5 minutos ya estabas en Dénia.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Visited Calpe with 4 friends cycling. House has a lock room for bikes and bike boxes with washer and dryer. House was clean and comfy. Hannibal met us for checkin and was very friendly, he also met for our early checkout at 07:30 to return the cash deposit.

Christine’s place was absolutely perfect! The location was breathtaking, waking up to those gorgeous views every morning was truly special. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery never got old. The home itself was spotless, so clean and fresh that it felt like walking into a brand-new space. You can tell Christine really puts thought into every little detail, from the cozy touches around the house to thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Communication was also flawless throughout the entire stay. If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you will not be disappointed!

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

La casa preciosa y la estancia muy acogedora. Muy recomendable!

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Villa Rita was a lovely place to stay, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s sat in a quiet peaceful area of Calpe. Only thing that stopped me giving full marks from me was one of the shower sliding doors was broken and nearly fell off the runner each turn me the shower was used. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Rita.

The villa was fantastic. Very clean with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We were 2 families with teenagers. The villa had plenty of room with excellent facilities, lots of outdoor space with seating areas and a good sized pool. Restaurants and supermarket within 10 mins walk and beach within 25 mins. Benidorm easily reached by both bus and train for a couple of euros. We got a taxi to Aqualandia for 12 euros each way. All in all we had a brilliant time and would highly recommend

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.
