This apartment is extremely spacious with large outdoor area. We were thankful for the shaded areas on hot days. The kitchen was the most well equipped that we have ever had. The covered utility area was a bonus on the January cloudy days too. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, would easily be big enough for 4 people. As there were just 2 of us there for 4 weeks, it was ideal. We did not venture into the swimming pool, but it looked tempting. 20 mins walk to town and 10 mins to Playa Bastian. Plenty of restaurants and bars, some so popular you needed to book. Recommend Sausalito and Fishermen’s Inn.

2nd stay here quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the strip Lucia was always able to answer any questions we had hopefully be back again in the future

Fantastic stay and better than we expected. This booking was our holiday break saviour. We originally booked with another website for an apartment in Puerto Del Carmen, but the original description was completely different to the confirmation email we received from the resort team. Devastated by what we paid to what we were going to receive we had three hours to cancel to get our money back. Thankfully, the first time I use Airbnb is a massive result. For our first time in Lanzarote we got this place. Thanks to Michelle and Mand we were on for a lovely stay away. Everything was there to hand and some great touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. Our first time in Lanzarote and won't be our last I'm sure we'll be back to Arrecife Sands again. Thanks Michelle and Mand for a very memorable holiday.

Lovely apartment in a quiet block. All day sun on the balcony and nice pool area- worth noting the pool is very cold but lovely and clean. Great distance from the old town and beaches, everything was in walking distance.

Just one improvement would be, better seating on the balcony. Reclining beach chairs would enhance the superb views and endless sunshine and of course comfort.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Appartement propre, tout équipé, linges compris. Le matelas était d’une très bonne qualité ! La résidence était également parfaite, calme, très sécurisée avec une piscine surveillée et au soleil toute la journée. Petit plus pour le rooftop avec bar/restaurant très sympa et une vue incroyable pour le coucher de soleil. Nous recommandons et reviendrons très certainement !

I stayed at Carlos's place with my sister and niece, and we had a fantastic week. The apartment is well-equipped, with three beds and a good kitchen and large fridge-freezer which allowed us to cook most nights and make packed lunches. The pool was a great bonus: we were the only ones who used it during our stay (maybe it was too cold for the other residents, being November!). Although small, it's deep enough to jump into and swim. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the closest beach (Playa Bastian), or 20-25min to Playa de las Cucharas and the main part of the town. There's a small supermarket a couple of streets away, and Carlos recommended larger ones a short drive away. Costa Teguise is a good central base for exploring the island: most places were within a 30-min drive. Carlos was very proactive and responsive. He met us on arrival to show us how to get into the apartment, and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

we had a great experience at Luca's place, great location near the town and harbour, beaches and restaurants. a beautiful apartment, well maintained and clean, all the facilities we needed were there. I would recommend this highly and would love to return next year. all in all a great place and host

The area might look a little tired but dont be fooled. The apartment is very stylish and modern. Totaly clean. Well equipped. Central location and walkingdistance everywhere.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen kann. Beim Check In wurde uns von Romina deutsches Fernsehen eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist klein und nicht zum Essen im freien geeignet. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr hübsch und der Weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt nicht weit. Wer Spanien erleben oder spanisch essen möchte muss allerdings den Ort verlassen, die Strandmeile ist komplett british/irish ausgerichtet. Der kleine Stadtstrand eignet sich sehr gut zum buddeln und baden mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation zu Christian und Romina hat wunderbar funktioniert und bei einem kleinen Problem haben beide sofort reagiert. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage des Schlafzimmers. Die Schnellstraße ist manchmal recht laut und die Mülltonnen sind genau hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar wirklich schöne Tage hier verbracht!

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione. Offre tutti i servizi indicati, pulito e confortevole. Arrieta è molto tranquilla e offre una bella passeggiata lungo mare. La splendida spiaggia di sabbia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. È facile trovare parcheggio vicino all'alloggio. A pochi passi ci sono un piccolo supermercato molto fornito e ristoranti per tutte le tasche.

We loved Marta’s apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how friendly her neighbours were; always ready for a chat and recommending restaurants, etc, Matagorda was an ideal location for us; a great variety of restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, easy walking to Carmen and bus stops.

My stay was amazing! I stayed in Julia’s apartment for four weeks. The apartment is beautiful – very cozy, full of light, and quiet. I felt at home right away. Everything was just as described and equipped with everything I needed :) The apartment is very well maintained and decorated with great attention to detail. The patio is definitely a highlight – a perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s also great for working. One of us was working in the smaller bedroom with a desk, the other one outside in the patio or in the living room/kitchen. The Wi-Fi was excellent and absolutely reliable. Julia is a wonderful & kind host. She responded quickly to any questions & was super friendly. I will come back, that’s for sure! <3

The host was very nice, she explained everything to us and gave us local recommendations. The local bakery in particular is great. The only thing that bothers us is that we planned so many trips that we didn't manage to use the garden with the pool, sun loungers and hammock enough.

Great place to stay in a wonderful location with an excellent host. The internet connection could definitely be faster but this meant less time online enjoying Fuerteventura, which is never a bad thing.

Super logement avec stationnement à proximité. Place accessible à pied et espace piscine agréable. L’eau était fraîche mais nous ne nous attendions pas à pouvoir nous baigner en mars, donc ce fut une agréable surprise. L’appartement était très propre et Paola est une hôte très réactive. Seul bémol, notre chambre se situait côté rue, au dessus des terrasses de restaurant, donc pas mal de bruit en soirée. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé mais pourrait freiner des personnes au sommeil léger. Je recommande tout de même ce logement.

Ristoranti, negozi e mezzi di trasporto pubblico sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto comodo. Pulizia: La pulizia dell'appartamento era impeccabile. Beautiful apartment with all amenities needed.Very private and peaceful location.Within walking distance of the beach and the bars.On the edge of the strip area of Puerto del Carmen.Airconditioning/heater available although we were unable to turn up the temperature when a little cooler at night as instructions in Spanish.A second set of towels and bedding and also a second set of keys or a keysafe would have been beneficial. However a great apartment Great value for money.Nice pool on site .

Everything vas ok. Altrough the imformation on entery are qiute expand you still need some time to find the apartment. But we did arrive at night. 😉 The apartment is in third row from the sea side. You can still see the sea from balcony as it is shown in the first photos. Not to be cofused with the photos of the pool which you can not see from the apartment. Otherwise the apartment has everything you need and overall it is worth to stay here.

What can I say it was a very enjoyable stay has everything you might need for a great vacation the accommodation was spotless and we were greeted by a chap called Oliver a great guy very helpful It is in a location that is actually away from the old town but 10 min walk gets you down amongst the shops bars and restaurants If you are a little unsteady walking then I recommend a taxi to get you back up the hill it’s a beauty especially when you have sampled the selection of wines and spirits would we come again definitely

De AirBnB was een erg fijn plekje, dicht bij de kust. Een fijn balkon met een zonnetje in de ochtend en een zwembad bij het woningen complex wat ook heerlijk was. Vanaf de woning konden we gemakkelijk naar de soort ‘hoofdstraat’ met allerlei winkels lopen. Hoewel het niet heel authentiek voelt is het wel leuk om er te lopen en rond te kijken. Het was erg fijn om een autootje te hebben en naar plaatsen in de buurt te reizen (El Cotillo/ Lajares).

Place, location is awesome. Very pleasant surroundings around the buildings, everything is maintained with attention to detail. Very useful swimming pool with sun loungers. The apartment itself had a very high standard of cleanliness and all the little things. There was nothing missing, even a sponge for washing the body was there. With deep regret we regret that we did not rent for a longer period.
