la literie était confortable et avait une odeur très agréable. la cuisine est bien équipé. le logement est dans une rue tranquille tout peut se faire à pied mais avec la chaleur nous avons préféré prendre la voiture. pour se rendre au logement l adresse gps fournie ne fonctionnait pas mais l annoce contient beaucoup d indications ce qui nous a permis de trouver facilement.. petit conseil si vous entrez dans le gps antonio apartment villa vous serez au bon endroit .

Great spot right on the beach! Walkable to a lot of restaursnts and shops right in the middle of tamarindo. Host was very nice when checking in, and the place was spotless when we arrived.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was outstanding! One of the best locations in Playa Langosta. Antonio, the caretaker, was one of the most thoughtful and caring people we met our whole month traveling around Costa Rica. He made sure we had everything we needed and we left feeling like family. He will make your stay extra special!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go back! Big, clean apartment with easy walking access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. WiFi was reliable enough for us to work from the apartment with no issues. Thank you!

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

Vivimos mi novia y yo y fue una experiencia increíble. La casa es super cómoda, limpia (Fatima es la mejor). El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, supermercados y restaurantes. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente, desde electrodomésticos hasta elementos de cocina. El dueño es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. En general, nuestra estadia en Aduana beach house fue perfecta. (Ya la extrañamos). La recomiendo a cualquier pareja o grupo de amigos que busque un lugar para estar desde un fin de semana hasta una larga estadia. ¡Gracias Lucas, Fatima y Facu por todo!

We LOVED the beachfront location of this home and didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! Being directly across from the beach and seeing the ocean from the front patio and hammocks was wonderful, as was hearing the waves at night. Maggie was a lovely, kind local host and was always available for anything we might have needed, and Andres was great with communication. The convenience of being able to walk to town and local restaurants was also great. The home is adequately furnished and we were able to cook a few meals when we weren't out trying the local spots. We hope to return - thanks for a great experience!

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

Depuis le début de nos échanges, Al a été très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Il nous a procuré une chaise haute et un lit de bébé pour nous éviter de transporter les nôtres dans le but d'améliorer notre séjour. La cuisine déborde d'instruments pour cuisiner. Une maison avec deux appartements sur le terrain dont la piscine qui est partagée. Un espace privé tout prêt de la plage, d'une épicerie (très proche, mais très cher), des restaurants. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la ville de Tamarindo. Je recommande fortement si jamais vous voulez passer beaucoup de temps dans un petit paradis.

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Jake’s place was great ! Comfortable beds and beach was literally right outside the back slider. Location was close enough to Tamarindo yet far enough away to be peaceful away from the hustle.

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Our condo was roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. The pool was very nice too. I liked the gated and secure aspect of the building. It made us feel safe. The location is really central to everything in Tamarindo …. And there is lots of activities and amenities near by close walking distance … no car needed. Overall fantastic place to stay with wonderful host to help you out. Hope to be back again next year ..

Great place to stay in Tamarindo! Very walkable to many restaurants and shopping. And the beach is across the street! Amazing location. Clean home and good amenities including beach toys and boogie boards. Also access to a great pool in the condo community. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

La playa literalmente en el patio trasero fue lo mejor de todo — un lujo total despertarse con esa vista y tener el mar a unos pasos. La propiedad es lujosa, con excelentes comodidades, bien cuidada y ubicada en una zona privilegiada. Todo esto a un precio súper competitivo. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre se mantuvieron en comunicación a través de la plataforma. La atención fue excelente, siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades y respondieron rápidamente. Sin duda, 100% recomendados. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

We had an amazing stay at the Bougainvillea villa 7315 in Reserva Conchal! The condo is beautifully decorated with great space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need and the bedrooms and living space was decorated well and very colorful. It has amazing views from the master bedroom and the balcony. Best was the access to the Beach Club with a free shuttle taking us back and forth. It's an awesome beach and having the beach club swimming pools and paddle boats were a plus. In addition to having the pool just a few steps away from the Condo itself.
