Me and my toddler absolutely loved this space. It was private, yet beautiful in the middle of jungle. It was great space for us. Loved the balcony and the hammock. Also the kitchen had everything we needed. I love that they take pride in recycling and respecting nature. She helped me during a traumatic situation and also made sure my baby was comfortable and safe. The host shown me personally to the listing since it was late and dark and was also so she guided me there and made sure we were good. I would definitely book again

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

La casa es preciosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una zona tranquila, la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre obtuvimos una respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas, todo muy limpio, las instrucciones para el acceso muy claras, todo funcionaba perfecto, la recomiendo 100%, la pasamos muy bien!

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

Rainbow House was a great place to stay. Surrounded by trees with great view of the Pacific Ocean. Steep climb to the house but that was great exercise. Chachi was responsive to our requests and is very helpful.

Great stay at pats place, definitely would recommend. amazing location and everything we needed was readily available.

The home was stunning and exactly as pictured. I would have liked to be more walkable but we absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home and appreciated the Soda Tica and pickleball courts nearby.

What can I say, Miguel was the perfect host! Loved the house, pool and made friends with the 2 iguanas that lived near the pool. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We booked the trip for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We enjoyed the pool everyday with blender drinks, couldn't ask for anything more. Miguel left us coffee, a pineapple and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. He also helped us out with getting us fresh local fish. We also had multiple family howler monkeys that lived in the trees on the property. John and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect host and house. Worth the money. Don't hesitate on this property, book it!!

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

When possible I do my best to rent properties that are only few steps away from the beach, this time I did an exception though and I don't regret it, Helen's place is in the top 3 of best airbnbs we have rented in Guanacaste, it's a nice and safe property with a covenience location and a very straight forward check-in. Playa Grande is not close enough to reach it out on foot but by car it's only about five minutes away, ah! and it is worth mentioning you can see the sea from the distance from the property's balcony!

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

El lugar es muy acogedor, silencioso y espacioso. El área de la piscina y alrededores es bonito y tranquilo, está muy limpio y cuidado. Cuenta con buen en equipamiento en la cocina y en general bien equipada toda la casa, las personas que cuidan están muy presentes. La calle es de lastre y tiene huecos grandes que pueden golpear un carro muy bajo, yo tengo un sedan y si pude ingresar sin problema. El único punto de mejora es que los cuartos son muy calientes.

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

El lugar es muy confortable y con bellas zonas verdes alrededor. Las habitaciones tienen A/C y ventiladores de techo. La piscina es fantástica y nos la pasamos muy bien. Jackie fue siempre muy amable y servicial para que nuestra instancia fuera muy agradable. La casa muy cómoda, limpia y ordenada. Dejamos olvidado un dinero en la caja fuerte y con gran prontitud nos transfirió el dinero a nuestra cuenta, demostrando gran honradez, excelente servicio y amabilidad. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y supermercados locales. Fueron unas memorables vacaciones en familia.

MY WIFE AND 8 YEAR OLD SON HAD AN AMAZING STAY! THE LOCATION IS PERFECT TO EXPLORE THE MANY BEACHES AND TOWNS. THE UNIT WAS REALLY COOL AND JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE POOL AND COMMUNITY AREA. WE HAD A GREAT BBQ ONE EVENING AND ATE OUTSIDE, IT WAS PERFECT. LOTS OF WILDLIFE, WE SAW AND HEARD HOWLER MONKEYS - VERY NEAT!! CEDRIC WAS GREAT TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND A WONDERFUL HOST. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHER GUESTS.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a little oasis and just a short drive to Garza and Guiones. Mike was really helpful with anything I needed and I felt very safe and taken care of. The house is just beautiful and makes it so easy to feel at home and relax. Would definitely stay again !

La casa se encuentra inmersa en un pequeño bosque por lo que la calma y silencio son excelentes. Está equipada con todo lo que una persona necesita, además que la segunda habitación se puede usar como oficina o alojar a otra persona cómodamente. La ducha exterior es un gran aspecto, pues te puedes bañar sintiendote en el bosque.

Very nice stay at Gino’s. Comfortable beds, equipped to cook simple meals just fine, good air conditioning and shower. Safe place to park your car in his gated yard. Close to the beaches, a 5 min drive, Gino is easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions.

Jefrey se mostró muy atento y nos ayudó resolviendo dudas rápido. La villa es muy bonita, limpia y muy equipada además de ubicarse en una zona aislada y con cámaras de seguridad las cuales brindan confianza.

Exc ubicación, las instalaciones excelentes. Muy céntrico, se puede ir caminando a muchos restaurantes

Lugar estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de todo en poco tiempo. Muy tranquilo y con todas las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar en la playa. Amparo es muy amigable y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se presente. Definitivamente regresaríamos

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious, we loved it. The kitchen has all the amenities needed. Washer and dryer 10/10. The pool was so much fun specially at night with the lights, we had more fun in the pool than in the beach. The pool table was so much fun too! There is a Soda with delicious food and Pollolandia at walking distance. The double shower has to be our favorite part of the house. We did have a problem with the AC unit in the main room one day and got it fixed at night. We also had a problem with bats inside the roof that didn’t let us sleep during our stay, they did come to fix the problem but they were still there. Marlon did apologize and said the roofs were getting replaced soon. We also did have bats approach the pool at night as we swam. Aside from those little things we had a wonderful stay. We felt very safe at all times.

Wonderful stay with our four kids! Off the beaten path, but close to many activities, restaurants, etc. Great house for families or groups, comfortable, clean and quiet. Property manager, Marina, did a 10 out of 10 job with her responsiveness, recommendations and assistance in helping arrange activities, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!
