Muy satisfechos, con el alojamiento, lo que se muestra en las fotos es realmente lo que es, un lugar acogedor y relajante, lleno de naturaleza y paz, realmente hermoso, muy limpio, el Centro de puerto viejo está muy cerca, donde hay de todo y muy buenos restaurantes para todos los gustos, Giorgio siempre atento y dando excelentes opciones. realmente volveríamos estar allí

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist wunderschön und groß, der Garten ist auch toll und es gibt sehr viele Tiere, die man beobachten kann. Der Strand Playa Cocles ist 30m entfernt, nur einmal über die Straße gehen. Er ist traumhaft und man kann sehr weit entlang spazieren. Puerto Viejo ist mit dem Auto ca. 10min entfernt, es gibt Uber, Taxis und Tuk Tuks. Man kann sich auch Fahrräder ausborgen, was auch toll ist um die Landschaft zu genießen. Die Straße ist etwas laut, aber es stört nicht. In der Nacht fahren auch kaum Autos. Ana, die Haushälterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch eine Schüssel mit Obst als Willkommensgeschenk gemacht - das war sehr gut! Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit größeren Gruppen unterwegs ist!

We stayed at Massiels place for 3 days during a visa run from Panama. Wa an awesome accomodation right next to the beach and around 15 min walk to the town of Puerto Viejo.

Casa marina was a lovely home for us. Fernando and crew took good care of us, and was extremely welcoming. The view of the forest is wonderful, and makes it a bonus to be on the side of the road. We heard howler monkeys and saw gorgeous butterflies. Sitting in that hammock and talking it all in: fantastic. We were here over new years, when the beach car traffic was extreme — standing cars for hours — so it particularly great to be 12 min walk to the closest beach (Arrecife). Our favourite beach was Playa Grande, about 15 min walk (or 4min drive). If you’re looking for calmer waters to swim or snorkel, go to Playa Uva, which is about the same distance towards town. Overall great stay!

Looking for something modern, clean, quiet & private, spacious and in the middle of nature? Then you will love this place! We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay, especially the modern style of the house, the patio and of course the refreshing pool and the garden from which you can sometimes see sloths, macaws or tucans, lots of hummingbirds and butterflies and listen to great sounds of nature especially in the morning! Always some sunshine and some shade in the garden, whatever you like! Walking to the main street with restaurants and bike/ATV rental takes 15-20minutes, but we were lucky and spotted some sloths, tucans and a monkey familly on your way. Tuk Tuks can easily bring you back home (hilly way & gravel road, but nice!). Communication with the host was very friendly, helpful and great. AC in all rooms and even mosquito nets which was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature and among our own inside and to have fresh air and the sounds of nature if we wish. We would love to come back!

El lugar es increíble. Muy espacioso y privado. Y cerca de la playa y algunos restaurantes cercano. Perfecto para ir en familia.

2nd time here and this is probably my favorite housing in Puerto Viejo. It’s surrounded by nature, very private, peaceful and beautiful. The houses are fully equipped and always clean. This place is great for families or groups of friends.

Mi estadía en el Airbnb en Puerto Viejo de Limón fue muy agradable. El lugar es bastante espacioso, con una excelente ventilación y una iluminación natural que lo hace muy acogedor. La piscina estaba siempre limpia y Aziza siempre estuvo disponible lo que fue un plus. Un detalle a considerar es que la distancia hasta la calle principal puede parecer un poco larga a pie, pero en vehículo es muy rápido y accesible. En general, fue una experiencia muy positiva y recomendaría el lugar para quienes busquen un ambiente tranquilo y cómodo

Amazing location and such a serene place!! The hosts were super communicative and we’d definitely come back. The outside shower was a huge highlight!

Absolutely beautiful! Sharon was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to black sand beaches and restaurants. We rented scooters for a few days and traveled around. So many beautiful beaches and fun restaurants. The water was perfect! It was a long travel to get there and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Pool. Es ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Etwas so besonderes haben wir selten gesehen. Ein unglaubliches Haus und der Kontakt mit Mariana war immer sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es ist perfekt!!

This property was amazing we saw so much wildlife from the porch and pool deck lots of birds, butterflies, lizards, frogs, iguanas and monkeys hanging out right above the pool half the time we were there and one evening we watched a sloth from the pool climbing in a tree above us

Had an amazing experience staying at the container's house!! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect! What a great place and a great hostess. Had all the amenities we needed and we made a few meals a home. We stayed a week and Erinn organized a mid week clean, which was great. The place was idyllic with lovely gardens, plenty of hot water and wash facilities. Having separate rooms at the end allowed the teenagers their space too. Finally a great thanks to Erinn, she booked restaurant for us the first night, answered all our questions - got us in touch with an excellent guide Juanito. Was there when we needed and not when we didn't thank you Erinn. We went surfing, snorkeling, trekking to a waterfall for swimming and did a round with the local tribes to learn about their culture and chocolate making. We had a fantastic week. If we ever come back to Costa Rica we will be back here. Andrea

Our stay at Casa Mariposa was wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, perfect for unwinding. From the start, Rikki proved to be an exceptional host: her recommendations were incredibly helpful, and we loved that they were compiled in a handy little booklet. Her positive energy is felt in every corner of the place. Despite the water supply issues affecting the entire town, Rikki was always attentive and ready to help, making us feel well taken care of at all times. Additionally, thoughtful details like hot water and a box with useful items (flashlights, rain ponchos, and an umbrella) made our experience even more comfortable. Having access to bicycles was a great bonus for exploring the area. Casa Mariposa’s location is ideal: far enough from the town center to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk everywhere. We highly recommend this place. Thank you, Rikki, for making our visit an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Morpho! Very nice place with plenty of comforts including a fridge, water filter, AC and very comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. We loved the outdoor shower and privacy of the space. Quiet and serene, but very walkable to the beach and town.

Diane and Carlos were incredible! It’s our honeymoon and they surprised us with the sweetest touches. Truly felt welcome. Seriously like sleeping outside without having to be bothered by anything while you sleep. Truly a gift! ❤️

Definitivamente nossa casinha em Puerto Viejo! Desde que entrei, me senti em casa! Neste Airbnb tudo está planejado, vc só precisa entrar e desfrutar do espaço maravilhoso.. pertinho da praia é mt bem decorado! Fomos atendidos muito bem e tinha um cafezinho dos deuses e mts bananas! Fiquei encantada com a hospitalidade e o atendimento incrível. Muito completo, eles cedem bikes para a praia, toalhas, e até capa de chuva se precisar! Amei muito
