We had an amazing experience at Joe's place in Xanadu. Although we came across a couple of glitches, Joe quickly responded to my messages and had assistance readily available. He's also a very caring host. One suggestion I would make is probably access to better internet or WiFi. During my stay, we had a couple of minor health issues going on and it took some effort to get a good signal to communicate with Joe, Uber drivers and other family members to ask for assistance. I found a few spots around the house with relatively good reception, however, in instances when it's hard to move around or want to stay away from the heat, a better signal would have taken that additional stress off. Other than that, Joe's place is wonderful and he is an amazing host. Highly recommend him and his place. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved the house it is beyond beautiful I think more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was clean and well organized and the guardians taking care of the home are so helpful and kind. They give you a tour of the home and offer help of any kind that you might need for your stay. I forgot some items in the home and they were kind enough to meet me when I returned for them. They truly offer you everything you need in a home which sometimes is rare to find especially with a home for large groups. The pool is so gorgeous we got to watch the sunset as we swam as the view overlooks the sea. I will definitely recommend and would love to come back. Thank you!

Amazing location and place to stay, the views are immaculate and the hammocks made it all the more relaxing!! The place was quite clean despite the years long wear and tear on the facilities. Check in worked, but would have been a bit difficult if you do not speak Spanish as there was a security gate with a guard asking where you are trying to go. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! The people maintaining the place were very friendly and kind :)

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con mi familia en esta casa de playa y es más que recomendada.! La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para que la estadía sea placentera. Instalaciones amplias, camas confortables, a/c funcionando, ventiladores en áreas comunes hacen una estadía placentera , la cocina muy bien equipada, la ubicación y la proximidad a la playa son fantásticas, casa apta para personas mayores/niñ@s , la limpieza en general y el mantenimiento de la casa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excelente comunicación con la Sra Elizabeth 10 de 10. Simplemente espectacular.!!!

We absolutely LOVE Rancho Cajun! Everything about it is perfect. It’s beautifully decorated and homey. It’s always spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with pots and pans and dinnerware for a crew. Dianne is a fabulous host who accommodates every request she possibly can. The beds are all very comfortable and the AC’s and room darkening blinds make every room a cave for a wonderful nights sleep. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MORE HIGHLY!!! I am a non Spanish speaking American and have never felt unsafe or unable to get around in the area ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The house itself was beautiful, the beach was stunning, and the location was just perfect—close enough to all necessary services but far enough from the tourist crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. The security was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. A special mention to Francisco, the house guardian, who was truly a gem! He went above and beyond to help us with both small and big issues, always with kindness and efficiency. His presence made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

This house inside of a guarded and gated community. We felt very safe, extra safe. We travelled with young children and they roamed around comfortably. I walked and jogged the neighborhood every morning with no issue besides smiles from others I passed by!

Really unique & peaceful property. The hostess was wonderfully helpful & courteous. Definitely fit the Pueblo of El Tunco & the beach city. We really enjoyed the private courtyard & pool. Very shaded, quiet & private for our group…& much cooler than most other places. There is some wildlife around the property but nothing to be afraid of…lots of birds, some cats & local guests from the natural surroundings…in case you have some fearful guests in your group. We loved all the natural surroundings and the pool was an absolute treat & escape from the springtime heat of the day. Everyone in our group agreed we’d go back for another stay…no scaredy cats in our group. You’ll love Casa Bonita!!!

La casa de Sandy es una casa hermosa donde hemos pasado momentos muy alegres con mi familia con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones tranquilas gracias Sandy .

Spectacular location and property, and the loveliest family who take exceptional care of you the whole time! Don Dimas and Dońa Estrella (sp?), Alejandra and Cesar are fantastic; as was Carlos our host. Very responsive, helpful, good natured. Nothing was a problem. And they prepare fabulous meals! This property is super unique on the coast- the views and location are second to none and miraculously you don’t hear the road/trucks at all. Very private, very peaceful, very beautiful with green grass, palm trees, plumerias and other blooming flowers. Easy to get to the beach for walks and swimming. As other reviewers have mentioned the home, though lovely, is a bit tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint. A/C worked well and the beds were comfortable. Grateful to have stayed here and look forward to returning one day!

We have traveled all over the world and we believe we know when we have found a great spot to return with family and friends and this is one of them.! We had a very relaxing family time starting with the stunning beach view directly in front of us to the relaxing private community surroundings the nice home and pleasant rooms and space in general. The place is a must to stay at when you visit La libertad, El Tunco and all the surfing events too which we had a chance to experience while there 😊 We thank the host and staff for such a nice experience.

Location was great to get to beaches, surrounding restaurants are good, kitchen at the house was stocked with all kitchen supply we needed, door men were pleasant and made sure the area was safe, Lindsey was easy to get a hold of, and overall my family and I had a great time. A good place to disconnect and relax for sure. Make sure to bring books, playing cards, or other things for the down time at the house. There was some DVD movies, but we didn’t watch any of the TV’s. Great time laying in the hammock by the pool and reading was super relaxing to me.

muy bonita, está llena de mucha vegetación y la atmósfera te hace sentir cómo en casa. Ante cualquier situación o inconveniente, la comunicación con Salvador y su hija es muy buena y eficiente. Sin duda quedamos muy satisfechos y con ganas de volver muy pronto!

Fue una estancia placentera, un lugar muy lindo y recomendadísimo para disfrutar en familia! Las personas que cuidan muy amables. Definitivanente volveremos.

Well kept house in quiet neighborhood. Access to large pool. Directly on the beach (~ 10 min walk when low tide). Quiet area. Beautiful sunsets.

Host is perfect and communication was very pleasant. House is great…perfect mixture of low key, private and fully equipped. I stay in Atami all the time and would recommend this house to anyone.

Recomendado para disfrutar de una estancia segura, el lugar es privado con acceso a playa, la piscina y la casa muy limpios, la anfitriona siempre esta anuente a las preguntas que se le hacen. El aire acondicionado solamente es en los cuartos, para las areas comunes solamente hay ventilador, sin embargo, la casa tiene bastantes ventanas para la ventilacion.

La estadía fue increíble, el lugar coincide con las fotos. Un lugar bastante privado y cómodo. La playa está súper cerca y es hermosa. La comunicación con Raúl fue muy buena. Definitivamente regresaría, súper recomendado.
