Two families with teens shared the house for Spring Break. Perfect house for the occasion. Great outdoor space. Very comfortable and clean. Mati and Yadi were great hosts and very helpful. They even returned an item that was left behind!

This apartment is lovely. just as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony is fabulous. the laundry room in the complex was a god send and Mike and Stacie were so good at communicating with us during our stay. One point to note is that in the rainy season, the roads leading up to this place are in very poor condition. Also, we arrived via Ostional and the road was impassable due to storm water and we couldn't reach Nosara on the first night of our stay. be aware of how treacherous the roads are if you are travelling here yourself! worth the journey when you arrive though!

What can I say? This place was SO VERY SPECIAL! Like other reviewers, I would like to buy it! The location was fantastic with sounds of the ocean crashing while surrounded in jungle and beautiful vegetation and a view of the ocean! The rooms were immaculate, and had everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen and living area is awesome and feels very Costa Rica! We also enjoyed the pool and played pickle ball after watching a How To Video on Youtube on the TV in the living area. Quintin was very accommodating as we made a last minute reservation. We actually ended up meeting him and he gave us great advice as to where to have dinner and things to do. What a special few days we spent in Tambor! This is a spot to plan a getaway around!

Perfection! We loved where it was situated; steps to the main road/cafes/beach/shops, yet tucked away on a little side street. It was very peaceful day and night. Tons of space in the house with excellent wifi and a desk to work at if you're remote. Large tree covered porch/patio made our breakfasts very special. The owners take great care of the house, as do the maintenance and cleaning staff who live on site. Felt like a small community. Everything was clean, functioned well, and Greg was super responsive if we ever had any questions. Also the ample private parking was a huge bonus. 100% recommend. Book it! We'll be back for sure - thank you Greg!

Our stay at Ridley's was great. The house was perched on the side of a hill which offered tranquility and breath taking sunsets. I would rate the infinity pool a 10/10. It was the perfect temperature to take a dip in after a long day at the beach. The house was even bigger and better than the pictures posted. It was extremely spacious for 2 families with older children. The house was located close to town/beach so it was easily accessible by foot. It was nice to have a/c in all bedrooms during those hot evenings. Ceiling fans and large windows in the kitchen/living room area allowed for a cooling breeze. Water pressure was a bit low because the house is not hooked up to town water. The house offered an outdoor shower with great pressure as an alternative. Julie was very quick to respond to our questions regarding the water pressure. We had am amazing time and would recommend this Air B&B to anyone looking for a beautiful , clean and well kept accommodation.

Excellent place in an an unbeatable location. Walking distance to the beach and everything in North Santa Teresa. The layout is great and very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roy is fantastic and very responsive with any needs you might have. The pool and covered porch with fans are perfect to cool off and hang out. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Great apartments in Playa Pelada! This was the second time I stayed at the Pelada Studios for a long term. It's very comfortable and has everything you need. Walking distance to several restaurants and the surfing beach Playa Guiones. It feels safe, the property is tidy and the pool is fantastic! I also like that you get to meet alot of people with there being 12 units. Thanks Vacation Nosara! I'll stay again. 🤙🏼

Great location if you're looking for a more authentic beach experience. Pochote is a small fishing village with a great beach. Nice clean fenced in yard. Everything you'd expect in a cabin. We went on a boat tour with Raccoon Travels (picked up at location that's a 5 min walk down beach). Good communication. Good value.

Great spot right in the middle of marbella easy walk to the store. the beach is a little further but still walkable. Red has e-bikes for rent that make everything a-lot more accessible. The pool and half pipe are awesome additions! Red was a great host can help you with anything you need. Already planning our next trip here! Cant wait to come back to this amazing place.
