Grazie al loro aiuto abbiamo superato le prime difficoltà nell'arrivo a l'Havana, una città al momento in difficoltà, dove non è facile trovare e sapere. Ci hanno aperto le porte di casa loro, cucinato delle colazioni deliziose, nella semplicità. l'appartamento è molto spazioso, nell'havana vecchia, ha due belle camere, una cucina fornita di pentole e stoviglie, un terrazzo che guarda la strada e un bel salotto. È al sicuro, non ci sono problemi o pericoli. la colazione con frutta uova pane latte caffè thè miele a casa loro è stata veramente apprezzata. ci hanno anche mandato un taxi all'aeroporto. Da portare carta igienica saponi e, se si vuole mangiare in casa, cibo....in questo momento Cuba è in forte difficoltà, è fortunata ad avere un popolo così forte e accogliente Grazie per tutto, vi porteremo nel cuore

Mejor imposible, el apto muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Buena ubicación, con restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías cercanas. Fácil acceso al transporte público y privado. Se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios. Muy cerca de la Quinta de los Molinos y otros sitios de interés. El encargado, Roger, una excelente persona muy serio y confiable. La única pega que pondría es la presión del agua. Todo lo demás excelente. Sin duda volvería. Gracias

Ich liebte diesen Aufenthalt. Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Für die Altstadt von Havanna sehr ruhig gelegen. Zudem liegt das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof hin. Melissa als Assistentin war immer erreichbar und half super freundlich und sofort. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Danke für alles. 🥰

We really enjoyed this location the convenience of it and the excellent service to get us in and out and guided to where we needed to go. This is our first day in Cuba and our first nights in Havana and we were welcomed and made to feel very at home. Thank you so much for a good experience

todo perfecto el apartamento es tal y como lo describe las imagenes....si hay restaurantes a 2 cuadras el depa... departamento super limpio y mucho espacio ....si vuelvo a la Havana vuelvo a este departamento sin duda alguna

Muy encantada de haberme quedado con Yurguen desde el principio hasta el final se preocupó por cada necesidad o demanda que tuvieramos , nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto, es muy servicial , responsable, honesto, amigable , nos hizo sentir en casa con cada detalle que tuvo , súper recomendado . Siempre nos brindó una mano ante cada situación, por ejemplo, se nos presentó un problema personal, algo externo con el airbnb y él nos apoyó bastante a resolverlo, se convirtió en nuestro amigo. El apartamento es muy bonito, bastante contemporáneo , el agua y el gas nunca fue un problema , con un aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien , tiene una mesa de vidrio cómoda para leer o estudiar , un balcón para salir a tomar una rica taza de café y una cama bastante cómoda , sin duda mi mejor decisión.

La casa esta cerca del Capitolio. Muy céntrica. Es cómoda y por la noche se duerme bien y sin ruidos. Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos del anuncio. Tamara y se hermano siempre están ahí para saludarte en lo que puedan. La chica que hace la limpieza, Indira, aparte de tener la casa muy limpia, te ayuda mucho también. Te tiene preparada agua en el frigo y otros alimentos y el día que llegas te viene muy bien. Si quieres pasar unos días en el corazón de la ciudad está casa es muy recomendable.

We loved our stay at Esperanza's place, we felt right at home. The house is located in a central area, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Esperanza and her husband were so lovely, attentive and welcoming..We will definitely be back!

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

I had a great time. This is definitely the spot to be if you want to be right in the action. I would say this location is the equivalent of being in a downtown. San Rafael Blvd is a great location to interact with locals and have a true La Habana experience. My host was amazing and Very accommodating and responsive. Free WiFi, kitchen, private bathroom, 2 beds. Secure access with a key. I felt very safe. You can even exchange your money with the host if you want. Almost all places in Cuba accept American dollars. Definately would recommend this place. It says hostal but it is actually A private apartment.

Great space, ample and bright. Hot water was present. friendly host. Pictures are very accurate. Almost haven’t seen any neighbors, so very private. Balcony handrails are a bit low so be careful there if you had a drink or two.

This was the perfect location to stay for a few nights in Havana. Secure well lighted building right on the Malecon. Great ocean views. Host was very nice and gave lots of information.

This my second stay . Great location . Wonderful comfortable beds . Host very attentive . I will be back again . Great facilities. Washing machine plus dryer . Great fridge , coffee machine , toaster , gas cooker plus microwave. To was great with Netflix and YouTube

Where to start, a home away from home. As I board the plane leaving Havana right now I feel like I’m leaving family. I did a lot of research before booking as it was my first solo travel and there couldn’t have been a better place to be. Nicer than the pictures, food was amazing and the people - so warm and welcoming. I’ve made some amazing friends who work here who I will cherish for a lifetime. As I say, it’s never goodbye, but until next time. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!!
