We recently stayed at Edita’s apartment and would highly recommend it. We were met by a lovely lady and her daughter, who were representing Edita, and they were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Edita never too long to respond to any queries which was very much appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and everything and more than we could have wanted. The walk into the town was short and the location of the apartment couldn’t have been better. We didn’t make much use of the pool area, but that’s only because we were too busy. It did look a really nice area to relax though and quite private. We would definitely return if visiting the area again and must reiterate again that Edita is the perfect host ☺️

Everything was as described, a well presented and homely apartment that had everything we needed. The building was quiet, clean and well maintained. We loved the pool, which was a great sun-trap, quiet and private. Very close to everything you could need , with the benefit of secure off road parking. Emma and Manuel were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them 🙂 We intend to book again 👍🏻

Jeg hadde et flott opphold i leiligheten. Den har alle fasiliteter, og den store balkongen er et ekstra pluss. Gode muligheter for å lage mat på det velutstyrte kjøkkenet. Fint bassengområde, og kort vei til butikk og restauranter. Man må regne med en oppoverbakke for å komme dit, men det gjorde bare at utsikten ble ennå bedre. Anbefales!

We had a wonderful stay, Mr Arturo was so helpful and kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back! It was way worth the money that we paid and we couldn't recommend it any more. It was clean, homely and accommodating.

È stata una bellissima esperienza !! Eva una super host che insieme alla sua collaboratrice Cristina sono sempre state disponibili e gentili . La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, pulita e in ordine con tutto quello che serve, abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in totale relax. Il complesso residenziale è molto tranquillo e in una zona comoda a tutto, supermercato sotto casa praticamente. Ci siamo innamorati della spiaggia El Camisón adatta anche alla nostra bimba piccola e a piedi ci mettevamo 10 minuti. Consigliatissimo Grazie ancora !!♥️

Merci Barbara Nous avons adoré cette expérience face à l’océan. La vue de la baie vitrée est juste splendide. Cet appartement est très bien pensé, il y a tout le nécessaire : Un lit confortable Une cuisine très bien équipée Une salle de bain avec les produits nécessaires Shampooing, gel, douche et même de la crème solaire) Barbara a été très accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a même proposé des petits restaurants locaux de poisson aux alentours. Depuis l’appartement les piscines naturelles sont accessibles à 10 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons donc grandement ce logement.

Notre séjour était parfait, la maison de Giorgia est idéale pour notre séjour à Tenerife. Très bien équipée, elle ne manque de rien et elle est idéale pour passer un moment hors du temps. Par ailleurs la résidence offre de nombreuses commodités et le réseau de bus à proximité permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux points d'intérêt de l’île sans véhicule. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Georgia, une hôte très sympathique et attentionnée durant le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Perfect location for us and plenty of room to allow us sort out our scuba diving kit. Nice big kitchen with filtered water tap. Shower has good pressure. Handy having the under ground garage with our own parking bay as sometimes it can be tricky finding parking close to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, I was just expecting a kitchen. Lovely place and amazing view. Host was accessible and communication was good.

Ideal for our needs, as it was close to where we were visiting a friend and stayed for 12 days.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. The owner is very friendly. We could have checked in earlier which is a game changer for family with two small children. This place has a huge potential but needs some work in the garden.

Si pudiese resumir la estancia podría hacerlo con una sola palabra "Fantástica"!, además de tener a Vanessa como anfitriona ha sido la mejor experiencia en Airbnb, siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades y resolviendo cualquier duda. La casa es maravillosa y tiene una piscina privada que es un extra estupendo, el lugar muy tranquilo pero cerca de todo, verdaderamente todo un descubrimiento donde volveré en cuanto pueda.

Barbara fue encantadora. La zona muy tranquila y con facilidad para movernos. Teníamos el transporte público frente a la puerta de la casa y un supermercado a 2 minutos a pie.

Well what can I say,from start to finish it was a joy. We were picked up at the airport and left back again. Fermin is the owner of the 2 storey house and lives upstairs but you never see him unless you need him. The downstairs is exactly as in the pictures with few bonuses. You have 2 start TVs linked to the WiFi a fantastic shower and the best for me and the wife was the remote control ceiling fan in the bedroom,it was a life saver. You have everything you need and more for a fantastic stay. All the shops and bars are 1 minute away,or a lovely 10 minutes walk to the harbour where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The swimming pool is 25m in length and is spotless and only used by the locals, which is not many. There is a key fob to get in. So we absolutely loved our weeks here and would definitely come back.

What a lovely apartment. it was on 4th floor overlooking the pool and complex. have stayed on this site before but it was 1st time in this apartment. Jean Pierre lives in next door apartment and was very welcoming. Spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed,plenty of drawers+hanging space. Bathroom spotless with good size shower. Kitchen+living space comfortable with everything you need plus a great tv with loads of english channels. Terrace has table+ 4 chairs,plus 2 sunbeds. As we went january we didnt get full sun till afternoon.so we got sunbeds by pool for €2. Plenty of bars,restaurants and supermarkets just outside Paloma Beach complex. Would I recommend this listing,YES,hope to go back soon.

Emilia is a very accommodating host. We were late checking in but she was very friendly and showed us around. Sent us recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The balcony is beautiful and just as in the photos. May we'll be one of the best places to stay in Los Gigantes. Loved it.

The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, it’s new, clean, well maintained. The building is quiet and only a few people use the pool, so it can be all for yourself. There is also a kids playground on the premises (behind the pool), small grocery store and a restaurant in next building and great moon rise to see in the rocky beach 3 min walk away! The apartment has more than I expected: potty for the baby, dryer, some beach toys and some other toys. Alessia even set the TV in our native language channels! The kitchen is full equipped, internet is fast and works well. Good place for a longer stay!

We enjoyed the stay. Kitchen was fully equipped plus salt, sugar, olive oil and coffee available for us. Cristina had left water and a beer as a welcome. Quiet neighbourhood and parking space was fairly easy to find every day. There is a shop just 1 minute walking distance away and bus stop 10 minutes walking distance if you don't have a car. Great views from terrace of Los Cristianos, sea and mountains.

Excellent location close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Apartment had all you need well equipped kitchen, large TV and comfortable bed. Michelle explained how everything works and left a bottle of wine on arrival. Provided us with beach towels, extra bath towels and bed sheets. Balcony gets the sun in the morning and 2 pools to use the sun loungers a coat of a €1 per day. Michele allowed us to leave our luggage as we had a later flight home.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes, sauberes, helles Apartment. Alles genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man während des Aufenthaltes braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum für Klamotten etc. Das Wifi ist schnell und stabil: gut zum Arbeiten geeignet. Pablo war sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Renato was always very responsive and his friend who helped with check in was a nice friendly guy as well. The walk to the beach front area was around 12mins with the nearest main beach about 20mins walk so more than manageable and there's plenty of decent restaurants nearby within 5-10mins walk. Overall for what we paid compared to how much hotels were, we really can't complain at all and would happily come back again. Plenty of free parking in the area as well so that's another bonus. Sin duda alguna, alojamiento para repetir! Limpio Mobiliario muy nuevo, cómoda cama y cortinas opacas. Lavadora. Aire acondicionado (que no es fácil encontrar en alquiler vacacional en Playa de las Américas ) Cortesía de botella de agua a la llegada, disponibles productos de limpieza, jabón y gel de baño. Terraza con bonitas vistas al mar. Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando hasta la playa y a la zona de paseo, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Alejandro, el propietario, una persona muy atenta y detallista, a quien tuvimos el gusto de conocer en persona. En definitiva, un placer nuestra estancia en el estudio de Alejandro.
