Look just like the photos, excellent location for maspalomas, and good restaurant recommendations from Fred. Well equiped kitchen, AC was helpful even in January given the apartment is primarily underground and warmed up with sun during the day. The pool was lovely and warm which our daughter really enjoyed. Thanks for a great few days!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana magnífico. Terraza espectacular y camas super cómodas. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, e incluso tenía toallas de playa. Carlos estuvo super atento y la llegada y la salida fue flexible. Además incluye plaza de garaje para que no tengas problemas de estacionamiento. En la terraza tiene barbacoa y una ducha. Excelente apartamento calidad precio, repetiremos sin duda.

Ninas lejlighed er rigtig hyggelig og ligger meget centralt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Schöne Woche in tollem, neuwertigem Apartment. V. a. der Blick aufs Meer und die Dünen ist fantastisch. Marianka war auch während der Woche immer gut zu erreichen und hat mit Restaurant Tipps geholfen. San Augustin ist eindeutig viel ruhiger als Maspalomas oder Playa des Ingles.

Alvaro kommunicerade och gav klara instruktioner om incheckning och om boendet. Var behjälplig då jag hade frågor om taxi och annat Lägenheten ligger perfekt till för att utforska Vegueta, gamla stan i Las Palmas. Väldigt fin lägenhet med bra planlösning. 3 mycket bra sovrum. Rent och bra standard. Var bättre än på bilderna. Jättenöjd med allt.

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

Kann mich den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Einfacher, aber schöner Bungalow, Betten sind gut, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte. Internet stabil, freundliche Nachbarn. Die Anlage Villa Golf wirkt insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Pool war immer sauber. Gute Lage, mit dem gemieteten Fahrrad war ich schnell am Strand oder in den Supermärkten & Miguel ist gut erreichbar. Ich mochte die Unterkunft wirklich gern.

Juan ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, mit Blick aus das Meer von Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus. Die Zimmeraufteilung empfanden wir ideal und die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns super. Der Eingang der Anlage war ideal, um zu sämtlichen Geschäften und zum Markt zu gelangen und der Hinterausgang führt direkt auf die Promenade zum Meer und wir konnten sowohl nach rechts, als auch nach links zu unseren Lieblings- Restaurants zu Fuß gemütlich gehen. Vielen Dank für alles lieber Juan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is in a quiet area, but stores and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Fabio and Marius were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even let us stay a couple of extra days to enjoy this beautiful island a little longer. Thank you!

A very nice studio, just steps away from the beach. Just as described, well equipped and very close to restaurants and supermarket. I liked it so much that decided to extend my stay! The host was very nice and kindly explained everything. would love to come again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Les hôtes étaient accueillants. L'appartement était confortable, propre, et idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville à pied, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité dans un quartier vivant et animé. Le parking et la résidence sont bien sécurisés. Merci beaucoup!

El alojamiento nos ha parecido ideal para pasar unas noches. La estancia es pequeña pero tanto la habitación como el lavabo son muy amplios y espaciosos. Estaba muy limpio todo. Magdalena nos facilitó mucho la llegada con indicaciones y recomendaciones. Recomendaríamos la estancia sin duda.

Muy bien, Alicia estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos recibió amablemente y fue muy atenta durante toda la estancia. El apartamento es un bajo acondicionado, solo tiene una ventana a la calle, por lo que puede molestar el ruido y la luz en el sofá-cama, pero la habitación de cama doble sí está más aislada. Todo muy limpio, ropa de cama, toallas... El baño limpio, con todo lo necesario para la estancia, y la cocina muy bien equipada también. En el cuarto hay un rincón como vestidor para poder dejar la ropa, tiene plancha, lavadora, secador, sombrilla.. Incluso nos prestó toallas de playa. Para 2/3 personas y pocos días, está muy bien. Bien ubicado, en la zona hay de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, y la playa a unos minutos.

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la playa. El apartamento no es muy grande pero suficiente para pocos días. Victor es muy amable y estuvo muy atento por cualquier cosa

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans un appartement tout confort, très bien équipé avec une très belle vue. Yazmina est une hôte accueillante et attentive. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude des grands ensembles hôteliers mais il faut reconnaître que c'est agréable de disposer des commodités sur place : alimentation, bar, restaurant, piscine. La plage est à 300m. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Attention, mobilité réduite, s'abstenir car très pentu et beaucoup de marches.

Nice spacious pad in a perfect location close to the beach, shops and bars. Great communication from host, and easy check in / out process.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Cristina´s Apartment sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alles war wunderbar, das sehr saubere Apartment mit der großen nicht einsehbaren Terrasse und nicht zu vergessen mit dem herrlichen Whirlpool. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Victors place is well located on the resort close to entrance and pool and tennis court The property has very large garden with plenty of sun and shade if needed Lots sun beds and patio areas with chairs and tables noticed there was hot tub and barbecue Inside was great space very clean well presented a well equipped kitchen with large fridge Good size bathroom plenty of towels provided Two bedrooms with lots wardrobe space I was alone But property would easily accommodate a family Thankyou victor My stay was faultless Regards Richard

The property is stunning, situated right on the seafront and is perfectly located for visiting other parts of Gran Canaria. La Garita is located outside the main tourist areas, which was a plus, yet it provides all the basics with a nice seafront promenade. Maria thoroughly deserves her reputation as a superhost, everything that was necessary for our two week stay was provided and communication was excellent. It goes without saying that you need a hire car to fully appreciate this island and we would always recommend Cicar. It is easy to park in the street for this apartment.

The accommodation is perfect for small parties and larger ones if needs be. Hans has thought of everything there’s loads to keep everyone occupied from children to adults. The kitchens are well stocked with crockery and utensils. We had a brilliant time relaxing as well as going out for the day. The centralness of the location is perfect for days out. We went out to Puerto Mogan , Puerto Rico, Amadores beach as well as a few more places never more than half hour drive. The little beach in Arguineguin is a gem we numerous beach front cafes and restaurants that serve good food at a reasonable price. Then there’s the night life of Puerto Rico which is a short taxi drive away with loads of bars and restaurants. The more exclusive being around the harbour itself. Still very reasonably priced. All in all this place is a gem. Thank you Hans We will definitely be returning

Piso fantástico con terraza muy agradable e inmejorable. Ignacio es un anfitrión excepcional. Cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado nos ha atendido al momento y muy dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que pueda. Si estás buscando un lugar agradable donde pasar unos días excelentes ya sea para relajarse o visitar la isla este lugar es el indicado.

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

Heel fijn appartement, met alles erop en eraan. Direct aan zee en een fijn strand. Fatima was erg vriendelijk en flexibel. Wij moesten ivm ziekte 2 dagen langer blijven en dit was geen enkel probleem. We zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden en komen graag een keer terug. Een auto is wel handig.
