This was a great stay in a really beautiful location. The apartment itself was lovely, with a great kitchen and living space, nice bedrooms, and a beautiful deck. Only thing to note - if you're driving, the roads are winding and narrow in parts, but easy to navigate once you get used to!

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Diese Unterkunft hat für uns 5⭐️ plus verdient. Der Empfang durch Marian und die Besitzerin Maria Jesus war super herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen, geräumig, hat eine riesige Terrasse und natürlich einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und wir hatten alles was wir für 15 Tage benötigt haben. Wir haben uns wirklich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und das nicht nur, weil Marian uns mit den Worten "Mi casa, es tu casa" empfangen hat. Gebucht haben wir für 2 Erwachsene und unseren 4 jährigen Sohn. Wir können das Apartment definitiv für Familien empfehlen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten problemlos direkt gegenüber vor der Garage von Maria Jesus parken. Egal was wir brauchten, Marian war 24/7 für uns erreichbar. Selbst als wir am Airport die vergessen Jacken im Schlafzimmer feststellten, bedurfte es lediglich einen Anruf bei Marian und sie hat sie uns gebracht. Zwei absolute Herzensdamen. Muchas Gracias por todo ❤

House is fantastic, swimming pool awesome (not heated but ok in feb) and parking in garage fantastic. Location is really great, close to Mogan Mall and plenty of supermarket. There are also Quite a number of restaurants. It is walkable to the centre, but of u have small kids is much better having a car / transportation vehicle. The host has been absolutely amazing with everything!

Angenehmer Kontakt mit Adrian, ausführliche Instruktion bei der Ankunft. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wir waren zu Trainingszwecken da und würden jederzeit in diese Unterkunft zurückkehren.

Villa was amazing, best place we have stayed at in 10 yrs of visiting Canary Islands. House was spotless, great kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space and facilities for family of four for 2 weeks.Sun at the front in the morning and at the rear in afternoon . Located in a residential area which was very quiet. Loved having meals outside in the well equipped space at rear of house. Pool was immediately next door and only used by us. Agent was great, let us check in early which was a bonus. We liked walking so great location for us in sonnenland, 10 mins to local spar, 20 mins to mercado or Aldi, 35 mins to main beach at maspolomas. Bus stop at end of street for trips to villages along coast.Very comfortable accommodation and not dated at all. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return next year.

Vi tilbrakte 3 uker i denne nydelige bungalowen til Marco og Carlos. Den er meget godt utstyrt, med blant annet stekeovn og oppvaskmaskin. Sengen var meget god med deilig sengetøy. Hagen var helt privat og uten innsyn med fantastisk sol hele dagen. Innelåst privat parkeringsområde. Flotte basseng, en liten bassengbar som serverer litt mat og et lite supermarked. Det er gangavstand til Citacenter, Yumbosenter og mange flotte restauranter. Og vil du gå litt lengre er San Fernando også inne rekkevide med sin lille koselige gågate. Kan man ha det bedre? Vi anbefaler denne boligen 100% og kommer gjerne tilbake igjen.

I spent three days in this apartment with my spouse, little son and his grandparents. Check-in and arriving were easy, host was very helpful and he answered your questions quicky. The apartment is wonderfull, it was corresponded to the description well. Maybe the roof terrace was my favored place in there. Location near center of city is perfect. La Isleta's area is compactly build and there is lot of heigh differents, so if you travel with little child or you are senior, moving could be challenging. In whole it was pleasent experience.

We’ve rented over 25+ apartments over the years but have never had an apartment with so many amenities. Beatriz’s place was not only stocked with what you want (coffee machine, toaster, ample plates/cutlery, toilet paper, soap, etc) but also with so many thoughtful extras (cooking essentials/condiments, capsules for espresso, Kleenex, body lotion, dishwasher/laundry soap). She also had a complete “beach kit” available for use including chairs, umbrella, towels and bags!! Also, the fridge was stocked with breakfast foods which was so appreciated since we arrived late at night. I want to close by saying Beatriz is a gracious and generous host who went out of her way to not only make us feel at home but also make us feel like an honoured guest. Thank you again!!

Recomendable 100% Precioso apartamento decorado con un gusto exquisito , baño limpio impecable , cocina y resto del apartamento reluciente . Sábanas y toallas maravillosas . La zona estupenda y la anfitriona un amor , pendiente de mi llegada y en todo momento localizable . Así da gusto! :)

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

Muy bien, Alicia estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos recibió amablemente y fue muy atenta durante toda la estancia. El apartamento es un bajo acondicionado, solo tiene una ventana a la calle, por lo que puede molestar el ruido y la luz en el sofá-cama, pero la habitación de cama doble sí está más aislada. Todo muy limpio, ropa de cama, toallas... El baño limpio, con todo lo necesario para la estancia, y la cocina muy bien equipada también. En el cuarto hay un rincón como vestidor para poder dejar la ropa, tiene plancha, lavadora, secador, sombrilla.. Incluso nos prestó toallas de playa. Para 2/3 personas y pocos días, está muy bien. Bien ubicado, en la zona hay de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, y la playa a unos minutos.

Todo perfecto, siempre pendiente y listo a resolver cualquier duda. Muy cerca del mar y del paseo maritimo. La verdad que muy muy agusto, ideal para estar en familia (hemos estado mi mujer, yo y 2 niñas) o con amigos

Mooie appartement op de 3e etage, gelegen op de hoek van het gebouw met uitzicht op het zwembad vanaf een fantastisch balkon. Zicht op de straat en richting kust. Een hele fijne walk-in doucheruimte met een heerlijke hand- en regendouche. Op het balkon konden we heerlijk ontbijten in de ochtend en relaxen in de avonduren. Op loopafstand van Playa des Ingles. (20 minuten) Supermarkt om en uitgaansgelegenheden om de hoek. Door de ligging van het appartement hadden we geen (o)verlast van het uitgaansleven. De lift omhoog was wel aan de kleine kant voor onze rolstoelgebruiker. Aan de andere zijde van het complex is een iets grotere lift. Dat maakt wel een lange wandeling over de galerij noodzakelijk . Qua uitzicht geen straf overigens. Wij waren heel tevreden. Wij hadden een huurauto en weten daaro niet hoe het OV werkt maar er reden voldoende bussen, dus dat zal ook wel goed zitten.

The apartment was spacious enough for us four ladies and was situated in a lovely hotel complex which was very smart. The pool and loungers were fabulous and so was the beach. Could have done with some info on arrival about Wi-Fi, recycling but we worked it out! There are recycling bins at the bottom of the road and a bin outside the front of the hotel. The hotel were kind enough to keep our bags on our last day as our flight was in the evening. We appreciated the checkout of 11. Quick response from Anna when we realised there weren’t enough towels. The beds were actually pretty comfortable however a couple of mugs and some bathroom cleaner would have been good. We played padel at Puerto Rico, visited the dunes at Maspalomas via the bus, went to Puerta Mogan a couple of times, had a lovely lunch at Delicias and the ocean beach club is very swish for a coffee.

We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

Umgebung wie auch Unterkunft sind toll. Martita ist eine sehr zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Also ganz klar fünf Sterne

Veldig hyggelig vert, svarte raskt når vi hadde et par spm. Alt var topp bortsett fra at forrige leieboer hadde glemt mat kjøleskapet. Ikke noe stort problem for oss, men burde vært oppdaget av renholdspersonalet. Nydelig sted, stille og rolig nabolag, flott utsikt fra terrassen.

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped. All our questions were answered quickly. Check in was quick and easy. Everything was clean.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

We hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad , bij aankomst lagen er een paar lekkere dingen in de koelkast en op het aanrecht , in alles was voorzien. Zo lagen er vaatwastabletten, grote strandlakens , er was een kluisje , een hele grote fles met water ( die halverwege de vakantie weer werd aangevuld door een nieuwe fles voor de voordeur te zetten , dank daarvoor ) Het balkon is heerlijk in de ochtend met een opkomende zon en als je lekker wakker wilt worden loop je in een paar minuten naar de zee voor een verfrissende duik... Aanrader :) Al met al bedankt voor een hele fijne vakantie Monica en Luca !!

A beautiful apartment with a perfect location right on the beach. You can walk straight from the balcony and be in the water within 20 meters. Can’t recommend this place enough. Maria was super response as a host and very welcoming
