Our family loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. On the ground floor, surrounded by beauty, delightful walks to the beach and endless pools. Good food right within the complex, and an equipped kitchen to make eating in a breeze. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, responsive to any concerns we had and informative about what we could do while staying in Playa del Carmen. Our kids 9 and 10 rated this home a 10/10

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Superb hosts, primo location. The three separate (and joined by a stairwell) apartments were very good for the family with young children especially, and they stayed on the ground floor due to strollers etc. For the couples without kids, we socîalized at restaurants since there was not really one central location to gather. The shared pool is not really a place to lounge but is super refreshing and the kids loved it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful and well located just 1-1/2 blocks from beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants on 5th Av. Patricio communicated well and was very responsive to our needs. Thanks, Patricio.

Si estás pensando en rentar algo en Playa del Carmen este departamento es perfecto, está a una cuadra de la quinta avenida pero al mismo tiempo en una zona muy tranquila, dormirás delicioso, así mismo la playa está a una cuadra, la verdad es que la ubicación es inmejorable, el lugar es muy espacioso y muy bonito , te sentirás como en casa, los host son muy amables, flexibles y están muy atentos a las peticiones. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí sin duda regresaremos.

Excelente lugar para quedarte en Playa del Carmen! Súper cerca de la quinta avenida y de la playa pública! La alberca en el roof es padrísima y tiene Jacuzzi tmb! Eric súper atento a tus necesidades!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

El apartamento es muy lindo, estaba muy limpio, a pasos de la playa y a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida, en la playa tienes acceso a una sombrilla y 2 reposeras, la comunicación fue excelente, también tiene un bar/ restaurant donde puedes pedir comida. El único inconveniente es que si te molesta el ruido sobre todo para dormir hay varios locales con música fuerte durante casi todo el día y hasta las 12 am algunos días. Yo recomiendo el lugar 100%

My guests and I had an excellent stay. Alex our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. He checked on us throughout our stay, communicated, and provided recommendations to restaurants and attractions within the area. The condos were in excellent condition, clean, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was just as it was described. It was very spacious and clean. We really liked it because it was close to everything. We didn’t need a car and could just walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just down the sidewalk and you also get access to Mamita’s beach club. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place. There are bars on the street that stay open late and play loud music. This didn’t bother us, but some people it may . We would definitely stay at this location again!

Thierry is a great host! Very responsive and able to assist in anything you need during your stay. His condo was perfect for our family vacation. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the pool, the fabulous beach right out front and loved how walkable the area was; very safe, even at night. Taxis always waiting outside too if you need to go a little further. This location is perfect and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was clean, quiet, and the AC was excellent when needing to cool off after being in the sun all day. We will be back! 😎

La atención de Marilu fue increíble siempre al pendiente de todo y muy amable, le agradecemos todos los detalles que tuvo. El departamento es aún mejor que en las fotografías, bastante amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa. El complejo es bastante grande, bonito e ideal para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones! Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados y sin duda volveremos.

The staff here are so kind and helpful. We stayed for a girl’s trip and we felt secure and safe here. The location is also great and convenient. Definitely rent a jet ski from Martina beach club next door! I would stay again.

We stayed for a week, it was 2 families - 5 adults and 4 kids (2-16 year olds, a 10-year old and a 7-year old) the house accommodated us perfectly. The pool was perfect to spend a day by when needing to work or just wanted a break from the sand/beach. House is well equipped with lots of plates, silverware and cooking utensils. The beach is so close it was under a 5 minute walk. The house supplied lots of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to tote everything! Walking to town was great, the home was the perfect distance!! The rooftop was amazing to relax in the morning with coffee or evening. Had a few hiccups during our stay but the manager - Fransisco was extremely responsive and fixed everything immediately! This will be our go to place to stay when we visit Playa Del Carmen! Thank you for opening your home to us we had an amazing time!!

Abril was a great host and made the entire experience very enjoyable and user friendly. The place was just as described; beautiful with privacy and security. I highly recommend!

This place was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy what the beach has to offer. The tranquility and the wonderful views make this an excellent place to unwind. Enjoy wonderful sunrises every morning that you are there. I will recommend this place to all of my friends who want a nice place in Playa del Carmen to really relax. We had a lovely vacation in Playacar. Santiago made it easier responding and accommodating to any requests we had, which we really appreciated as we traveled with an infant. The apartment is part of a beautiful, private and quiet condominium, only within minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has all amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation

Host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful condo. Wonderful people. Wish there were not so much seaweed in the Riviera Maya.
