Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

This is a great little house very practically situated close to food shops and bars etc in a lively but relaxed neighbourhood. We extended our stay for two nights. The house was clean but some things are missing, notably gas for two days after our arrival! Also no sheets to change or to use on top (perhaps normal for Airbnb in Mexico? we made do covering ourselves when needed), no outdoor seating in backyard, little cutlery etc, one bedroom has no aircon and the fan doesn't work when the light is off and this room was hot at night. The keys were very tricky to use and we ended up locking a pair of our trousers in the yard as we couldn't get outside to collect after All communication was friendly and helpful. We had an unexpectedly extremely stressful day on the day prior to departure and with 4 children accompanying and a morning flight to catch we were unable to finish cleaning the floors etc despite getting up at 4.30am to pack (we have winter and summer clothing, only one big suitcase..). Also our disabled child "unfixed" a window screen by pulling off the patch that was there before and I think may have broken a broom.

La casa está amplia para una familia grande (mi familia fuimos 10 adultos y 1 niño). Limpieza bien, muebles bien. La ubicación es excelente porque todo está cerca. Hay suficiente estacionamiento. Usamos una vez la lavadora y la secadora y si funcionaron muy bien. La alberca no la usamos aunque si la visitamos y los vecinos nos dijeron que tenían que darnos una tarjeta para tener acceso. La comunicación con Adin y Leticia fue mínima pero asertiva. Si tuviera oportunidad de reservar el mismo lugar, sí lo haría aunque podría buscar más opciones dentro de la zona.

Caro and Anita were responsive to requests and their place was just what my wife and I were looking for which is peaceful a relatively short distance away from the city of San Miguel. Definitely recommend staying at their place, thanks again Caro and Anita!

Todo excelente, solo un par de cosas, es complicado tratar de cocinar con los sartenes de la cocina y también ajustar la cantidad y temperatura del agua de la regadera.

Brand new unit in a brand new building, so it was sparkling clean. Comfy bed, rain shower, well stocked kitchen (I really appreciated having little extras like storage containers and sharp knives!) Reliable and fast internet. Nice balcony overlooking some dense woods; a great place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Or go up to the roof to watch the sun rise. Beautiful pool up there, as well as a laundry room. The small gym and BBQ area on the roof weren't completed during my stay. The only negative about the apartment is that it is located in the building so that there is very little natural light during the day. Always had to have the lights on. The location is close to the action (about a 5 minute walk to the main square/pier) and grocery store, restaurants, bars and taxis, but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Andres was a great host and I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Elsa was an amazing host! we spent 7 days there and they change the sheets and towels every 3 days which was nice. the room we rented wasn't available so Elsa ensured to put us in a unit with equal or more value which was amazing! the unit is walking distance to numerous beaches, tourist attractions but also local spots depending on what you want. will stay here in the future!

Ruben's place is really great. it is modern, feels like just built - like a brand new one. The place has a good level of home automation, a lot of kitchen tools, great grill. The place is well furnished. Kids loved the place as well as us. the location is perfect - next to the spacious pool and then an awesome beach is next to the pool. Air-conditioning is working great and there are several fans in the apartment and on the patio. We really felt like home.

Excelente lugar, mucho mejor que en las fotos, ademas de que nos encantó todo, la atención de Karin fue muy buena desde el inicio. Lo recomiendo mucho, tiene playa Colosio muy cerca y pude llevar a mi perrita sin ningún problema.

Jessica et Rodrigo sont des hôtes parfaits! Si vous optez pour la tranquillité à deux pas de la mer, c’est l’endroit idéal. À 30 minutes de marche du centre-ville. (On marche à l’ombre, dans la jungle. ) À la tombée du jour, il y a des moustiques. Mais seulement quand il fait noir. Piscine impeccable. Service de nettoyage de l’appartement gratuit sur demande. Grosse bouteille d’eau remplacée à volonté. Électroménagers neufs, même un blender pour faire vos margaritas! Je recommande fortement!

Elsa and everyone at her place are fabulous--friendly, helpful, and responsive. The rooftop was my favorite place, giving me a beautiful spot to work remotely, and Elsa provides WiFi there as well as in the room. The only downside was getting hungry from the smells drifting up from the restaurant below all day. Ha!
