The neighborhood was great, the private beach in the neighborhood was beautiful! The house is situated at 15 minute walk from places to shop or eat and everyone is very pleasant! Ananda, the hostess replies to queries very quickly and has excellent suggestions for local shops, businesses or transportation services. Our group of 12 was very happy staying in this home! Other guests have mentioned that the pool is cold, it’s true—but the local beach is warm!

They helped us with any and EVERYTHING that we needed, and treated us like family. Truly made the Urban Eden feel like home.

Dies ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Der Kontakt mit Veronica war immer Freundlich zeitnah und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen hat sie umgehend reagiert und bot immer ihre Hilfe an. We had a great experience with Matthew. The home was in great condition and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and spacious. Matthew was super-communicative and easy to reach when we had questions or issues. The house is right by the entrance to Playacar, and that had both advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it was a five minute walk to town and the beach. On the other side, it's a highly trafficked area and in our opinion not the nicest block in Playacar. You have have to walk south 10 minutes to get to the nicer areas. The shared pool was okay and there were people there, but the water didn't look that clean so we didn't really use it. Our kids were also scared of the coatis that roamed the common area. All in all, I recommend the place. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Good communication with host. Great value.. Authentic Mexican decor . If you are looking for something modern this is not the place for you.. But it’s a six minute walk to the fabulous beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown Playa . And the host provides two very nice beach chairs . Also, there’s an outdoor seating area. It’s very private or afternoon wine . We stayed for a month. We can’t wait to stay there again !

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Our family stayed for a week and loved our entire stay! The house itself it beautiful and just like the pictures, with plenty of space and privacy. It also felt very safe, being inside Playacar and also on a private gated street. Location was quiet, private, and a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and the amenities as listed. Loved the pool, roof top deck with hot tub which was great at night, full kitchen with gas grill, Sonos system, and the private cenote on the property with turtles and fish. There's also a tennis court across the street, so we played tennis and pickleball a few times too. Our kids also appreciated the pool toys and boogie boards. Ina was also a super responsive host, meeting us when we arrived and checking in several times during the week. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cool villa rental in PDC, great for a family or group of friends. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was fantastic and our hosts were amazing. Our flights were delayed and then we were delayed again at immigration, but our hosts were still able to meet us at the house to let us in and show us around. The place itself is huge, great private pool, tons of bedrooms. Perfect for large groups. If we come back to PDC we’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys in our mid-30s for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for all of us and there was even space for people to break off from the group and relax in the quiet for a bit when needed. The rooftop pool/splash area was amazing, could walk everywhere (beach, clubs), restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to the nightclubs around the corner, and to the beach during the day. Both are less than a minute away! You can hear the clubs at night but we didn't care at all, it added to the vibes. If you're looking for a place for a bachelorette/bachelor party, this is your spot. Yanet and her team were absolutely amazing. We checked out most of Yanet's recommendations and they were amazing! Carolina Beach Club, book a yacht, and highly recommend using the private chef called Tasty Nomads to enjoy a wonderful meal on the roof at the Villa. The place is clean, and security, Carlos, was awesome! Perfect stay! 10/10, will visit again!

We took the family, all 10 of us to Playa del Carmen for a Christmas treat. Ages ranged from 10 months to us older grandparents. Glen, Esther & Skip, were extremely responsive from first inquiry to helping us find a ride service to the airport. We always felt they could help us out in a pinch. We arrived late at night & I remember, in the morning, stepping outside to the grounds & feeling like I was in a movie. Gorgeous lush, dense tropical vegetation, a stone crafted walkways winding to the gorgeous main villa & throughout the grounds. Plus a beautiful & expansive pool/ water layout. We chose to have a chef for breakfast every morning. Definitely a luxurious way to start your day. We took day trips, however, we thought why do we want to drive to a beach when we have an entire, stunning resort to ourselves. Whether you are a couple or larger group, this amazing Airbnb will definitely impress everyone.

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue increíble. La casa es muy amplia, perfecta para disfrutar de unas vacaciones cómodas y relajantes. Está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. El fraccionamiento es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para descansar. Además, tanto Sandra como don Gonzalo fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar 100% recomendable. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

Magnífico lugar, la casa es bellísima las fotos no se ve la hermosura del lugar 😻😻😻, muy amplia las 4 recámaras cuentan con su baño propio, muy recomendable el lugar, mi familia estuvo muy feliz con la estancia, Madi siempre respondió a tiempo y estuvo en contacto con nosotros para cualquier situación, si volveríamos a ese lugar de nuevo a hospedarnos. We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel completely at home, welcoming us as if it were our own place. They were super helpful, always available for anything we needed and always checking in with us which was awesome! The location was in a quiet and secure area. Felt very safe. The place was even better than the photos show, the rooms were huge and no shortage of bathrooms. The property was fantastic, had a big beautiful pool that was perfect for chill pools days at the house or cooling off after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place that offers both relaxation, space and convenience, with an amazing host who goes above and beyond, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place - an oasis in the city - for a large group. The communal area was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and it felt as if it was outside the city, given the view - but it is centrally located.
