Sehr saubere, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Freier Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen.Restaurant, Supermarkt, Strand alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kimmunikation. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Vidinas Unterkunft verbraucht. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, von der Küche bis zum Internet, genauso wie einer gemütlichen allgemeine Einrichtung. Bis zum Strand von Las Canteras sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso zum Einkaufszentrum Las Arenas. Dennoch war es durch die Lage in einer Nebenstraße angenehm ruhig. Von Vidina sind wir unglaublich nett betreut worden, so hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps für Unternehmungen, guten Restaurants... versorgt, und war jederzeit erreichbar.

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.

Perfekt beliggenhed i byen som ligger som nr. 1 på vores top 10 liste over byer i GC. Boligen ligger på stranden, og fra bagsiden af huset træder man ud midt i byen. Dér ligger en masse butikker, caféer, restauranter, beauty shops og der er flere små strande i forbindelse med byen. En kæmpe stor spar-butik med et stort udvalg af madvarer ligger 3-4 min. gang fra boligen, og bus stationen er lige så tæt på. Man har ikke brug for bil når man bor her. Lejligheden har plads til max to personer. Eneste minus for os var, at altanen er helt indelukket og der kommer kun meget lidt sol ind om eftermiddagen.

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

Merci Lorenza et Aurélio…nous avons passé des vacances de rêves dans ce paradis … Très bel appartement cosy, lumineux et très pratique dans ce village paisible accroché aux rochers sans voiture … ( le parking est très proche) la petite plage est à 10 mètres … Le point culminant sont les 2 terrasses confortablement aménagées avec vue spectaculaire sur l’océan, les criques, un petit village …et le bruit des vagues…bonheur absolu de s’y déposer et de contempler le paysage …Nous nous sommes rarement aussi bien déposés et reposés … Lorenza nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Aurélio nous a offert des oranges , des papayes, masques et tubas pour admirer les nombreux poissons . Toujours à notre service parlant français.. Nous étions prévenus du bruit des avions … nous nous y sommes très vite habitués (ne sommes-nous pas venus en avion?) Les restaurants et commerces sont très proches en voiture… L’envie de revenir est immense …

Lovely location on a smart safe complex with marina and beach. Communal pool has nice views and well kept. La Punta restaurant in the marina has great food and friendly waiters. The property was spacious, very clean and well equipped with lots of outside space and an ideal spot to explore the south. Cesar was an exceptional host. He gave us lots of information and recommendations and responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely be returning!

Überragend schöne Lage! Ruhige Nachbarn (zumeist Eigentümer). Gute Grundausstattung! Couch kann spielend leicht in Bett umgewandelt werden. Stets angenehme Kommunikation mit Nathalie/Eric/Katharina möglich und zügige und freundliche Reaktion (zB bei schlecht funktionierendem Abfluss im Spülbecken des Bades kurzfristig Handwerker geschickt, der einige Verbesserung erzielt hat). Kleines Manko, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers konstruktionsbedingt nicht direkt nach Außen führt sondern durch die Küche. Die Ruhe und die Lage mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen hat alle Kleinigkeiten ausgeglichen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est à l'image des photos : neuf, très spacieux, très joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. On a même pu profiter de la piscine qui était chauffée. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du front de mer, proches de plusieurs supermarchés accessibles également à pied et de plusieurs restaurants. Il y a un restaurant très bon et très agréable juste au bout de la rue ainsi qu'un très bon glacier :) Parfait aussi pour visiter l'île. Les hôtes ont été super, très agréables, disponibles, réactifs et attentifs (ils nous ont très vite informés d'une panne d'eau dans le secteur à la suite de travaux, qui a été très vite résolue). On recommande vivement cette location.

In der Regel empfinde ich Airbnb Bewertungen, mit ihren Superlativen überzogen. Aber diesmal bleibt auch mir nicht anderes übrig. In den vielen Jahren, in denen ich bei Airbnb Unterkünfte buche, habe ich noch nie so einen überragenden Gastgeber wie Max gehabt. Es begann, als am Flughafen mein Handy geklingelt hat und Max mir erklärt hat, wie ich schneller an meinen Mietwagen komme, bis zur Nachsendung unseres vergessenen Babyphoness durch eine deutschsprachige Freundin von Max. Auch in den vier Wochen, hat sich Max proaktiv, um uns bemüht und gekümmert. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt auf der Insel, 30 Minuten nach Mogan und 35 Minuten nach Las Palmas. Strand Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wir konnten vier Wochen lang draußen mit Meerblick frühstücken. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man gebraucht hat. Es waren zwei Babybetten und Kinserstuhl vorhanden. Ich kann Max und seine Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Ren och fin lägenhet med perfekt balkong. Underbart lugnt och fint poolområde. Får direkt svar om man har frågor. Kan verkligen rekommendera den här lägenheten.

Großzügiges Haus in sehr guter, privater Lage mit Blick auf die Playa del Hombre. Keine touristische Gegend, ruhig gelegen, nur Meeresrauschen und etwas Fluglärm. Gutes Restaurant in 100m Entfernung (leider nur Mittags), weitere in Melenara. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

amazing spot! bigger than I expected, perfect for family of 4 with adult aged boys. view and outdoor space was glorious- amenities at marina were great. easy to walk around safely without a car- drove to local grocery store and other beach towns. Great spot to avoid crowds and hectic crowded resorts. very private

The apartment was spacious enough for us four ladies and was situated in a lovely hotel complex which was very smart. The pool and loungers were fabulous and so was the beach. Could have done with some info on arrival about Wi-Fi, recycling but we worked it out! There are recycling bins at the bottom of the road and a bin outside the front of the hotel. The hotel were kind enough to keep our bags on our last day as our flight was in the evening. We appreciated the checkout of 11. Quick response from Anna when we realised there weren’t enough towels. The beds were actually pretty comfortable however a couple of mugs and some bathroom cleaner would have been good. We played padel at Puerto Rico, visited the dunes at Maspalomas via the bus, went to Puerta Mogan a couple of times, had a lovely lunch at Delicias and the ocean beach club is very swish for a coffee.

Vi var en familie på 7 i alderen 2 år - 86 år som nød en fantastisk uge i Victors dejlige hus. Det var helt perfekt med kælderen til børnefamilien og dejligt med 3 toiletter. Der var alle de køkkenredskaber vi havde brug for, og et fint køkken. Victor var en super hjælpsom og imødekommende vært, som tog imod os ved ankomst. Han hjalp ligeledes med bestilling af taxa til og fra lufthavn. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage. Perfekt at supermarked ligger tæt ved.

Gino ist ein toller Gastgeber , er ist immer erreichbar und hilft weiter . Die Wohnung ist super sauber und ordentlich und gut aus gestattet . Die Umgebung ist klasse man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder . 👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the place and the terrace was absolutely wonderful, making our mornings extra special. The location is perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would love to stay here again in the future!

Провели неделю в этом месте. Нам очень понравилось то, что жилье было после свежего ремонта, вся бытовая техника в отличном состоянии. Хозяева продумали все мелочи вплоть до мусорных мешков, мочалки и средства для мытья посуды, кухонной тряпочки. Апартамент расположен через дорогу от пляжа и променада. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за предоставленные стульчики и пляжные полотенца. Походы на пляж были очень комфортным и быстрыми. Ближайший пляж на любителя, не песчаный, но зато с природным бассейном и удобным бетонным спуском в воду. Нужно иметь в виду, что апартамент, действительно, маленький, и это сказывается на необходимости оптимально раскладывать личные вещи. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой. Мы побоялись сушить в ней свои купальники, а других подходящих для этого мест в помещении особо нет. Единственное окно выходит на улицу, мимо часто ходят люди. Приходилось жалюзи держать почти закрытыми и включать свет. Пишу об этих нюансах, чтобы было понимание, так как плюсы перевешивают минусы

Vi hadde fire fine uker i leiligheten til Annika. Godt utstyrt leilighet. Fin og sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen Arguineguin. God kommunikasjon med Annika. Vi liker oss veldig godt der. Og ønsker å komme tilbake.

Carlos greeted us and made us feel at home. Prior to arriving we had been informed that the pool was not usable. We were given the option to cancel or a partial refund, and we chose to stay and we are very glad we did. Marco and Carlos generously increased the refund when the engineers came to fix the pool two days before we left. The apartment has a lot of character and has great design and clean lines. The dining area is outside yet can be made private with screens. The kitchen has all the appliances and we felt torn between eating at home or going out to the many restaurants in Playa del Ingles. The apartments are surrounded by varieties of bougainvillea that make it feel a magical place to stay. It is just a few steps onto the esplanade with views to the dunes at Maspalomas, and you can watch sunrise from there too. We hope to return to this lovely apartment next year.

Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Great home for a lovely short winter holiday in the sun. The walks toward Bahia Féliz is really nice, the poolside terrace was lovely to enjoy the sun. There are a couple of smaller super markets in walking distance, so we could just spend a day just relaxing. Lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times. Inma’s home is lovely and super well equipped. She even had prepared some welcome snacks, fruit and wine. Also kitchen and bathroom was really well equipped with all amenities. Lovely stay and I would recommend to others.

Lugar tranquilo para pasar unos días en Gran Canaria. Ten en cuenta que es una zona que no hay supermercados ni restaurantes, tienes que coger coche. Llegamos bastante tarde y Eloina nos atendió estupendamente y nos dejo incluso algo para desayunar. Lo bueno de la ubicación es que tienes aparcamiento en la puerta del apartamento y está a 6 minutos del aeropuerto. Punto intermedio tanto si quieres ir para el norte o sur. Eloina muy amable y muy buena comunicación.
