This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

First thing, it was great having a water cooler in the condo, never had that before. Also Indiana was very pleasant, she showed me the condo when I checked in. If I am in Sousa again (I travel many places), I will check to see if John place is available. High recommend, two thumbs up.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Wow .. might be my favorite, so far in the Dominican Republic. Nice friendly community. Restaurant on site. Store close by and don't forget Quebec Smoked Meats across the street. Patio was unbelievable, listening to the ocean waves crash everyday, morning to night. And finally, the beach, unreal sunrises, quiet stressless walks, no vendors, an surreal environment. Will definitely book this place again. Thanks Teresia.

Magnifique appartement au bord de la mer Spacieux et propre et bien équipé. Nous nous sommes endormis avec le bruit des vagues. À proximité des restos, supermarchés. Récifs de coraux , accessibles à la nage. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir!

wir sind schon zum 2ten mal in Nikolay's Wohnung und werden wueder kommen. Als Windsurfer/Kiter die perfekte Lage mit der Möglichkeit, seine Sachen auf der Terasse zu lagern. Nikolay ist super, wenn es ein Problem gsb, hat er auf die Nachrichten innert küze geantwortet und unkompliziert behoben.

Yandri was Always responsive to all our questions and concerns providing us with the best advice possible. The bathrooms and kitchen are well maintained and distributed as well as outside are of this penthouse. Definitely this penthouse is an excellent place to stay on a vacation at this great location in Puerto Plata.

La vue du logement était vraiment superbe. Malgré quelques petits désagrément, mais qui ont ete rapidement corrigés. L'environnement n'était pas vraiment ce que l'on recherchaient. Diffice de sortir le soir a pieds. Nous avons tour de même appréciés notre séjour.

This place was great for a family with kids. You can see the playground from your balcony. Had four pools, including two smaller one for kids. The beach is very wavy, so the kids couldn’t go in the water, but it’s beautiful to look at. There’s an Italian restaurant on the property that we didn’t love, but you could walk 5 min to the nearest coffee shop for brunch, or 10 min to two other great brunch spots. At night, you could either walk 25 min to a ton of restaurants or drive 5 min. All on the beach. The apartment had three large and beautiful bedrooms. It was fully air conditioned and comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. Overall recommend this place.

Great space! We enjoyed our stay with 6 adults and 1 infant, did not feel crowded! We liked the well equipped kitchen and access to the roof. Jimmy got us some extra things and was super responsive and flexible. It is on a very busy corner so the traffic noise was a lot at times, just something to keep in mind if you have more sensitive people in your group.

Nicely updated condo with 2 beds in each room, sufficient kitchen amenities, linens, and third floor balcony that is very private & quiet overlooking golf course (compared to condos overlooking pool). A quick walk to the beach front thru Bldg 1 breezeway. Easy to find complex at the southeast end of Playa Dorada. Within Playa Dorada, there are few restaurants but our solution was driving to Jumbo & Sirena markets in Puerto Plata for groceries & cooking our own meals. We had a small dilemma at checkin with the office staff searching for a key to the condo when we needed a 5 digit code from the owner to open the door. The owner immediately responded & we entered the condo easily. The complex has few people weekdays but fills up with condo owners on the weekend. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Un apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con varias habitaciones y baños. Todas muy bien equipadas con aire acondicionado. Es un apartamento muy recomendable, nos gustó mucho. El anfitrión respondía rápido y de forma agradable.

Brandon fue quien nos recibió, muy amable siempre atento a todo, el lugar es más hermoso que en las fotos. Los lugares de comida son excelentes!! La playa muy cómoda y limpia Justo al frente. Sales y ya estás en ella. El lugar muy tranquilo y todo a su alrededor muy bien ubicado y hermoso. Dan ganas de vivir ahí. Me encanto, lo recomiendo y de seguro regresamos !!

I spent a week at Adrian's place. I have local family and they were very accommodating to all of us and always responsive if I had a question. Beautiful place!

Had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Loved the space, the only thing was that it was a little noisy, but not surprising given right off the bustling Main Street of Cabarete. Only a block away from the beach and 2 blocks from the main supermarket so great location. Very accommodating host, would recommend.

Una estadía sin desperdicios. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos. Un lugar donde se respira paz y tranquilidad, muy limpio, seguro y de fácil acceso. Las fotos quedan cortas para describir lo hermoso y confortable que es este espacio. Muy bien equipado en todas sus áreas. Un ambiente agradable y familiar. Paula fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades con su rápida respuesta y recomendaciones. Quedamos muy complacidos con las atenciones del personal del condominio. Le damos un 10/10 en general. ENCANTADOS!
