Alloggio impeccabile. Come su foto. Grande e adatto ad ogni esigenza. Sempre pulito e perfetto. La signora che si occupava della pulizia era attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze e rispettava tutti i nostri spazi e orari. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a cuba, ci tornerò.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts and team were great. Very helpful and always responded when I had questions or needed help. I would definitely stay with them again. Highly recommended.

Wow! Un hôte avec une super communication, rapide. Il a répondu à nos questions, nos besoins. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, même des parapluies au cas …il y a eau, bière, vin au frigo, ce qui évite de les rechercher à l’arrivée. Le logement est super beau, les lits confortables et que dire de la vue ! C’est bien situé, proche de tout sans être direct sur les lieux touristiques, ce qui donne un meilleur aperçu de la vie cubaine. Il y a plusieurs marchés autour mais dans la condition actuelle à Cuba, je recommande de plutôt aller dans les Restos autour, il y en a pour tout les goûts et d’excellents , dont un juste en face du logement. On y mange très bien, pour peu $. Si vous avez besoin, simplement demander à Dimitriv, qui s’occupe du logement et il vous aidera. Le logement a un wifi, qui fonctionne super bien, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout à Cuba. Je recommande chaudement !

Absolutely beautiful views. Very nice having separate bedrooms and living area. Easily walkable to attractions. Very nice balcony. We extended our initial stay by 2 days and Maria offered without asking an additional maid service at no charge. We declined as the apartment was still spotless. Air conditioning and internet were excellent! We wanted to stay here again when we returned to Havana from travels to other cities, but, alas, the apartment was not available for the days we needed.

Mr Navi and his team once again proved just how great they are After a minor unexpected issue was encountered upon arrival they mustered all their efforts and quickly and professionally handled it. They went WAY above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Only a professional who truly cares about his clients would go to these lengths to make sure we’re were comfortable, satisfied and also happy I travel extensively and must admit that if everyone ran their operation like Mr Navi did well travel would be a dream (un sueño) Specia thanks to Yayme. She always does an outstanding job Looking forward to our next trip which we will definitely book through Mr Navi

We just returned home, and I must say although we never meet Angeles Maria, she communicated with us. But Yaima she was with us every step of the way. Because my arrival to the apartment was very late hours of the day ( almost like too early hours of the day ) she was following up with us in every possible way making sure all our needs and requests were cared for . Yaima gave us a list of places to eat and was very helpful The apartment was very open and clean and we were even able to cook breakfast sometimes Prior our leave I had a early morning flight and Yaima was there early making sure we could do the apartment walk in time to make it to airport If you are looking for a rental with a great attention to the needs and details, this is one of them

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

The place was stunning, very well appointed and great design touches. Hot water with large shower and two beautiful balconies that overlooked the national hotel and the ocean. The neighborhood has great restaurants nearby and accesible with taxis to havana centro. Great AC in the bedroom. Highly recommend this stay! Enjoy Cuba ;)

We really enjoyed our time at the Casa Azul. We plan to make another trip, just to stay there. Maikel was an excellent resource and help locally! We felt so safe. He saved the day many times and helped us find the best local restaurant Oasis! Thank you so much for wonderful hospitality and friendship at Casa Azul!
