Otto’s place is a lovely home with an amazing view over the ocean from the patio and the pool. It’s a great spot for a family vacation. There is a patio beside the pool so lots of room for everyone. The community felt very safe and the grounds are lovely. We had the Xanadu beach mostly to ourselves during the week, a bit less so on weekends. Otto is an attentive and helpful host and good communicator. He worked immediately to solve an issue that arose and made sure it was taken care of. The location is central to grocery stores and good restaurants but once you are at the villa, it feels private. And its lovely to hear the sound of the waves. The only negative might be the occasional sound of the large truck brakes on the highway above, they can get loud – but don’t let that deter you, its just a heads up.

My family and I had an amazing stay at tropical villa. Throughout our stay we inquired about quite a few things and Guillermo was always responsive & extremely helpful. We definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Tuve una excelente experiencia. El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda. La comunicación fue rápida y clara. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí y lo recomiendo completamente.

Hermoso lugar cuartos cómodos e impecables. El lugar estaba equipado com todo lo necesario para una estadía genial con la familia. Definitivamente lo disfrutamos mucho.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour entre amis dans votre résidence. L'espace extérieur a été un coup de coeur pour notre groupe. Le quartier est très agréable et tranquille, idéal pour relaxer. La proximité de la plage et des commodités ont dépassé nos attentes. C'était facile de se rendre dans des quartiers avoisinants pour davantage de divertissement. Nous reviendrions si l'occasion se présente!

Un lugar que cumplio con todo lo que ofrecia, pero el valor agregado fue la atencion y sobre todo que cuidaron cada detalle durante la estancia. Si quiere un buen lugar donde hospedarse este es el lugar. Recomendadisimo.

This is a beautiful ranch! The house is in a very peaceful area right on the beach. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Both the beds and the bedding were new. The caretaker Omar and Susana were very attentive and friendly. This house was very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen along with an amazing pool. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful ranch!

Beautiful private spot on the beach. Balmore was very friendly and helpful when needed. The place was a great lay out and had great access to little markets near by and quick access to the beach.

I stayed at Rebecca’s with 7 of my friends and it was one of the most amazing weekend trips! The outdoor space in the house is the highlight. There are numerous areas to lounge and relax with beach views. There is easy access to El Zonte beach. The caretaker Ana was so helpful and nice! We ordered breakfast every morning and it was so delicious and convenient. Would recommend staying here!

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

This house was very nice, clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend arriving late when it’s dark outside because you will have a hard time finding it. The town is very small and very humble people live there. But everyone was super friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t definitely stay here again! Steven was very responsive and helpful with everything I asked him.

John and Mirna are stellar hosts, who have crafted a wonderful home in Atami. They curated the space to fit our needs so well. We really enjoyed the proximity to arguably one of the best beaches in El Salvador. There caretaker “Chele” was one of the kindest humans we have ever met. He greeted us upon arrival and was available for any need that arose during our stay. A couple stand out features of the home were the air conditioning, washer and dryer, bbq grill, pool, lush green gardens and ample well water! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and behind the security wall protecting the property. There are great restaurants close by and this location is a central jumping off point for many adventurers. I highly recommend a stay with John and Mirna. P.s. 10 days wasn’t enough time for us, so plan accordingly the more the merrier.

la playa es preciosa, muy privada, la casa muy linda, comoda y con unas vistas expectaculares!!! Glenda super amable y receptiva, la persona que nos recibio, muy dulce y amable! en general es un paraiso, sin duda repetiriamos mil veces esta estancia!!

Peaceful, secluded, luxurious, calm! Our family got everything out of our stay that we were hoping to. Lissette was very responsive to email prior to our arrival. Using GPS and a bit of deductive reasoning enabled an easy arrival. Minor confusion upon check-in that was quickly resolved. The grounds are spectacular and are actually closer to the beach than the pictures indicated. The pool was wonderful for adults and kids alike! Rooms were spotless and very accommodating. Do note: there is one restaurant fairly close by, but really not much else at all, and no food delivery options we could find. Bringing food to prepare meals is all but a ‘must.’ (Not an issue since we came prepared to do so.) Also worth noting that the property is directly under the flight path for the airport, and planes can be heard landing throughout the day - very manageable, but unexpected.

A hidden gem nestled in the heart of surf city. Conveniently located to fine dining and outdoor adventures. Fast access to stores, pharmacies, and other necessities leaves you with more time to adventure. The location gives you modern amenities, luxurious spaces, and privacy for a fair price. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and extremely welcoming and friendly.

Our stay at Paradiso Escondido was amazing, located just a two minute walk from La Playa Shalpa. It’s a private beach in a cove with a lifeguard on the weekends. Manuel was great with communication and Maria, the caretaker was so helpful with orienting us to the area ans helping us when needed. There is plenty of parking and the house is perfect for a large group. There was plenty of space to repax and enjoy quality time with family. The pool area is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Todo tal cual el anuncio. El rancho tiene lo ideal para hacer una estadía magnífica. Me gustó mucho la privacidad con la que uno dispone del lugar y sus comodidades. Larry fue un magnífico anfitrión y siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier cosa, así mismo fue muy preciso y detallado en sus indicaciones para facilitar toda la experiencia. ¡Volveremos pronto!

Ha sido un destino muy frecuente para mi familia y siempre ha cubierto mis expectativas, muy buena ubicación, instalaciones modernas, bien cuidadas y la playa bien cerca. Lo recomiendo 100%!
