Really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Was even given coconuts by Marina! Truly recommend this place to everyone. I’ve stayed at several ranchos before and this is the best by far because of its cleanliness, beautiful details in the anterior and exterior design of the home, and the convenience of the beach right behind the backyard!

Silvia's house is simply outstanding. The place is perfect for a long and relaxed stay and it literally has EVERYTHING! The pictures trully don't make justice to how incredible this house is. It is easy to find (if you are local) but navigation makes it even easier. The beds, the kitchen, the bathroom, everything was spot on, a place that makes you feel right at home with great decorations, all the amenities you might need and close to pretty much everything in the capital city. I will absolutely come back to this place for as long as it is available. 100% recommended.

Visitamos con mi familia la casa y nuestra estadia fue muy placentera, tranquila y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones coincidieron con las fotografías, muy limpias e ideales para compartir en familia. Las zonas comunes para comer, los sillones y la zona de hamacas fueron excelentes. La ubicación frente a la playa es ideal, solo a unos pasos y se puede ver un hermoso atardecer y por la noche, disfrutar de la frescura y luz de la luna, y si lo prefieren descansar en una hamaca cobijado por el sonido de las olas. La atención y amabilidad de Rudy fue muy grata y lo mejor de todo fue el horario ya que lo convierte en una experiencia ideal para compartir ya sea con amigos o familia de buenos momentos y relajarse. En definitiva, volvería a visitar la casa de Al 😊

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour entre amis dans votre résidence. L'espace extérieur a été un coup de coeur pour notre groupe. Le quartier est très agréable et tranquille, idéal pour relaxer. La proximité de la plage et des commodités ont dépassé nos attentes. C'était facile de se rendre dans des quartiers avoisinants pour davantage de divertissement. Nous reviendrions si l'occasion se présente!

Awesome place with plenty of room and proximity to the beach. Very close to highway and commerce. Bathrooms could have slightly better fitings and water pressure but other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny.

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

My experience at JB House was outstanding. The accommodations were tidy, cozy, and fully equipped. The host, Jose, was attentive and supportive during my entire visit. The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants and a mall within walking distance, situated in the center of San Salvador. Overall, I would strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to El Salvador.

This ranch was absolutely stunning and well kept. The host was very communicative and attentive to any questions I had. I came in a group of 13 people and it easily accommodated all of us. The place is right next to the beach and it felt private. The beach has people but each house/ranch felt like it had its own section/space. Overall, an excellent experience and would recommend to anyone visiting. P.S the waves were awesome too so for any wave enthusiasts this beach is a nice spot

everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

Me encantó. El apartamento muy limpio, buena ubicación cerca del centro. Al lado hay una pupusería muy buena (que solo abren sábados y domingos) y por fin pude probarlas, buenísimas!! El departamento está muy bien equipado con todas las comodidades. Si regreso a El Salvador me volvería a hospedar aquí sin dudarlo. 100% Recomendado. Aprecié mucho el detalle de los snacks, el agua y el café, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias!

Excelente opción para familia , estuvimos muy cómodos , el apártamento muy bonito, como nuevo y muy accesible la ubicación, Walmart queda a la par y super selectos a un par de cuadras

It was a nice place, my girlfriend and I had a great time. The hot water is great, the AC was good. Very clean. I do not have any complaints! Just a note for potential visitors. The apartment is not entirely difficult to find. Uber struggles a bit with the address. It had us go to a similar address, luckily, it’s basically across the street. The restaurant don pollo will be a good marker. Once the correct address is in Uber, it’s not a problem.

Gisselle was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting El Salvador after many years and everything went great! Gisselle was very attentive and asked if we needed anything. The apartment was central to everything we had planned on our trip. There are many food options within 5-10 minutes, the apartment complex is located in a gated community and the neighborhood feels very safe. The apartment was very clean and had a stunning view both night and day. We can’t wait to be back to this place and our beautiful country! 🇸🇻

El Airbnb de Franz cubrió nuestras expectativas de seguridad, limpieza, ubicación, comodidad y funcionalidad. Franz respondió de inmediato a todas nuestras inquietudes; los porteros fueron siempre amables y dispuestos a atendernos cuando se les solicitó apoyo. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero adaptado perfectamente al tamaño de nuestro vehículo. Disfrutamos, además un orquidiario que adorna esta área. Hay otros apartamentos, pero es un vecindario tranquilo. Caminamos tranquilos por toda la zona, hay restaurantes, panaderías y centros comerciales muy cercanos y buenos. Así que la zona también nos proveyó de servicios. Es altamente recomendable.

Es mi segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y me siento como si estoy en casa. Elena es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente del huésped. El lugar está bien limpio y acogedor. No hubo ningún problema. Las vistas al volcán son espectaculares. Es mi lugar favorito donde quedarme y espero sigan prosperando para poder seguir usando el mismo lugar cada vez que visite El Salvador. Muchas gracias!

Alcy was very helpful with allow me to do a early check in. She was very responsive and very friendly, and she was flexible with the late check out as well. Easy to get there. Clear and instructions. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a good view from the balcony, I would definitely rebook.

Beautiful 3 bathroom apartment very clean, private parking, I'll definitely recommend this place or use again in a near future, very close to Gerardo Barrios Plaza. My family and i had a great night at this place. You wll not be disappointed.

This apartment was in a great area, easy access to the Centro as well as Cerro Verde. The rooftop pool and lounge area were clean and had amazing views. The apartment is super safe with great guards at the main gate as well as front desk staff.

I have stayed multiple times at Miguel‘s condo and I truly enjoy it. If you love, peace, quiet, private, and outstanding views this should be it for you. Also, if you love going on runs, there is lots to explore in this neighborhood at any time. You will also see others going for a run and families spending time with their kids inside gated community park. You get a lot for your money’s worth, it can get bit complicated/confusing the first time entering the building because of a lot of security and terms but I prefer it this way helps me sleep better every night knowing I am safe as well as any family member I invite over.
