Beautiful place! Great view and amenities too. The whole staff was friendly and I realm felt safer knowing there is security patrolling the area. Ovi was good host and always replied fast. Such a great experience that I think ill be back for my bday pretty soon!

This property is not only spacious, accommodating 12 of us easily while allowing for plenty of personal space and no competition for bathrooms. Adults and kids found their little nooks and peaceful spots in the house and/or on the deck and balcony. The beach was incredibly accessible and we felt like we had our own personal pathway to it (even though technically it is part of the community, the way the house is situated makes it feel private.) It was so nice to just look out the windows or sit on the deck and see and hear the waves. We were right next to the security gate, which was very reassuring, and the guards were helpful and great resources for info about the community, etc. One potential thing to consider is that if you are planning on cooking a lot of big evening meals, the lighting in the kitchen is very limited. During the day it's fine! The house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We found almost anything we were looking for that we needed-- even a ball pump!

The location of Alex’s condo was perfect. Alex was very informative about things to do and places to eat. We had an amazing weekend and we would definitely recommend Alex.

She's incredibly responsive, super helpful, and can answer any questions you may have—whether it's about parking, late check-out, or other details. The apartment itself is spacious and feels homey. The tennis courts are fantastic, just show up, with lights you can control yourself. The resort is nice—nothing too fancy—but there's a swim-up bar and had a live band on Friday. You'll find plenty of beach vendors, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The view is truly breathtaking. It’s so easy to arrive: just pull up to the main gate, get checked in with access bracelets, and head straight to the apartment—no need for front desk check-ins or outs. The beach is a short walk away, the gym is nearby, parking is simple, and the whole place feels very safe. Our family loved it and would definitely return. It comfortably fits two couples, with two large bedrooms.

We loved our stay at this beachfront house! The home was surprisingly spacious and just steps from the ocean at high tide. The high-end appliances and well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the cozy couch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We especially appreciated the garage access and the use of the kayaks—such a fun bonus! We can’t wait to come back! The hot tub was also a spectacular touch!

Our family had a most relaxing stay. The view is a slice of paradise. Super comfortable beds, all the kitchen needs to cook meals at home, and soaked in all we could from the front patio. We can’t wait to be back!

This place was great for my family and friends. We thought the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bathroom soaps were a great addition to the condo. Although the beach is a little bit of a walk, it was nice to walk and enjoy the weather. Same with the pool and it being within walking distance and heated! Thank you for having us!

Home was gorgeous with plenty of space. Loved the margarita deck for sunrise and sunset with a beautiful view of the water! Neighborhood was peaceful,clean, and quiet. Walking distance to the beach! Andrew was responsive and very helpful with local restaurants, places to go, and suggesting activities. Will definitely rent with Andrew again!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

Great place to just chill and relax. It has a great view plus you don't have to walk that much to the beach because the house it's on the beach literally other than that I will come to this house in the future that's for sure.

Fernando was very friendly made us feel comfortable , he was very nice gave us our privacy . He answered the phone quick anytime i called i would defenetly stay here again if im in Rocky Point.

Very nice spot! It was roomy, clean and was nice relaxing stay. Loved the patio, was kind of bummed couldn’t see the ocean more from it but the 6th floor had a great view! Was nice that it was not far from Malecón. Walking distance from the beach and the beach was not packed at all. I would recommend having a couple extra towels because I ended up having to share a towel with my 2 kids because we had 3 adults and 3 kids (my husband, my sister and her son) other than that everything was perfect! Thank you Tammy for letting us enjoy a wonderful stay at your place!

Cleanliness is the most important thing for me when I book an airbnb and Sal's place was spotless. He was very communicative and made us feel welcome. His place looks just like the pictures and even better in person. We would definitely stay at Sal's again.

This is a great resort and location. About a month before we arrived we sent a message about the pool, it never had a response. The door lock was broken and did not lock when we left so we called maintenance. The first person could Not fix it, so we waited for another person and he got the job done! The place was clean and well equipped. No check out instructions so we tidied the place and videoed pretty easy.
