I consider myself lucky to have found this place, especially for the price! What a great value!! Alina is an incredible host. She is very attentive and does a great job of staying in communication. Her instructions do a wonderful job of guiding you right to the parking spot, into the building and up to the room. The building is very secure/safe and the location is amazing! Right on the beach! The rooftop view is breathtaking! I plan on being back; hopefully soon. My new home away from home when I come to visit Costa Rica. :)

Fabulous location right across from Playa Hermosa. Felt safe and secure. Great communication from the host and co-hosts, and a very cute little black cat to play with.

The property and unit is fantastic. Exactly as described in the listing. The building is new and one of best in Jaco. How cool to lay at pool overlooking the beach. Watch the sunsets from the ocean facing balcony, pool or rooftop. The security on site are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The unit is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and sofas.

Le condo est situé juste à côté de la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les installations sont bien entretenues (gym, piscine, aires communes). Le condo possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin et Yuri a été d’une aide utile pour faciliter notre séjour. Je recommanderais et j’y séjournerais à nouveau. Merci Yuri!

Had a great stay for my first Costa Rica experience. Definitely a great location and comfortable clean place to stay. Very pleased with the guide that Thomas sends made everything so much more helpful!

The was super helpful, met us at the property to welcome us. They answered our questions very quickly, and gave many recommendations. The property is nicely located on the beach with access to next door Crocs. Totally secure building, with very friendly guards. Clean space, very large, great AC, fairly stocked, washer/dryer, nicely furnished. This one will definitely stay on my list for the next trip. Highly recommended.

Waking up to sound of the waves and being able to walk on beautiful quiet beach was relaxing. The location of this place is great. 15 min (by car)from the Jaco downtown. And still very quiet and private. There are stores and restaurants close by. The place is well put together, clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable- restaurants and shops are within 3-10 minute walk (depending how far you go of course). It is spacious & comfortable w/ beautiful views. The parking lot and pool are gated which gives a better feeling of security. The amenities listed were great for our needs. There are pool towels as well as bath towels. My only notes are that the south building’s view is blocked by north one (as in the north one is closer to the beach; they are not even distances from it); the shower off the queen bedroom has poor engineering & sprays out into the floor if you don’t shower right up against the wall bc there isn’t a full door; the living room TV didn’t work well but hopefully that will be fixed after our stay. But all over very happy with our stay here! Would stay again!

This space was perfect! Exactly as described, easy to get around and extremely private. Rachel and Angelica were awesome! Both extremely helpful with any questions we had, recommendations needed and requests we had. Highly recommend staying in this space when visiting Jaco.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

Our stay in Playa Hermosa was perfect for what our group needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and still have comfortable living spaces for everyone to hang out in. Housekeeping came daily to clean up and take care of any extra cleaning needs. From start to finish, the house was always maintained neatly. The stairs are the only safety concern we had with our little ones who are newly walking. Ask prior to your trip for stair gates, if you're traveling with little ones you don't want near the stairs. Location is perfect! You're about a 5-8 min drive to Jaco if you needed a drugstore or nightlife. Hermosa is quieter and off the bear and path from Jaco, but still so easily accessible. Coffee shops and restaurants are all nearby. The sunsets from the infinity pool are magical. And the hosts were very accommodating! Highly recommend a stay here!

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Laura’s place for a weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The view from the balcony was incredible at sunset. The visitors guide was helpful and offered some great recommendations on restaurant. The beach was steps away and the area was very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends! Thank you for the hospitality, Laura!

We loved our 3 nights here. Two couples, we had plenty of space. Being steps from the pool was very convenient. Everything was just as described. Security kept a close eye on things so we felt very safe. Easy to walk to a variety of restaurants.

Leny is a fabulous host, quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. The condo is exactly as shown in the pics with great amenities, right on the beach. The pool was so refreshing and the patio area is a great place to cool down and watch the sunsetting over the Pacific. We had a great stay.

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.
