La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

La casa es preciosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una zona tranquila, la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre obtuvimos una respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas, todo muy limpio, las instrucciones para el acceso muy claras, todo funcionaba perfecto, la recomiendo 100%, la pasamos muy bien!

We had a great time in Samara! The book of local recommendations was such a nice touch - we loved visiting several of the beaches, restaurants, and stores. It was also lovely having the pool at the house to help with the hot temperatures!

So glad we found this place! We were traveling with younger children and it felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We were able to do some laundry. It was so helpful having a management company right there in case we needed them. We rented a golf cart since we didn’t have a car and it was great! Got us to nearby beaches and restaurants. Naomi was super responsive when planning. Everything was easy and smooth for our first international family trip! Thank you 😊

Stayed 4 nights...mostly was out doing adventure. Comfortable beds, cold a/c, we didn't use many amenities but all there. Didn't appear to get hot water in small downstairs shower but upstairs was perfect and spacious. Communication good with host. Close to restaurants (4 to 5 min), stores we frequented. Nice stay.

The home was stunning and exactly as pictured. I would have liked to be more walkable but we absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home and appreciated the Soda Tica and pickleball courts nearby.

When possible I do my best to rent properties that are only few steps away from the beach, this time I did an exception though and I don't regret it, Helen's place is in the top 3 of best airbnbs we have rented in Guanacaste, it's a nice and safe property with a covenience location and a very straight forward check-in. Playa Grande is not close enough to reach it out on foot but by car it's only about five minutes away, ah! and it is worth mentioning you can see the sea from the distance from the property's balcony!

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

From beginning to end, our stay was amazing. The house keepers, Philip and Tresa were so responsive when we text them, giving us lots of info and advice. The house was so clean. Lots of linens. Lots of towels - beach and bath. The pool right outside our bedroom doors was the highlight. It was so clean and refreshing. Waking up and having a cup of coffee at 6am while we had our feet in the pool and the kids swam and birds sang was exactly what we needed for some R&R. Kristy's ad was 100% accurate. There were no surprises. We would definitely vacation here again. Highly recommend this place. Easy to find. Lots of beautiful places to visit within easy driving distance.

This is the third time we have stayed at Diana’s place. As a host, she is incredibly responsive and friendly. The condo is perfect for families, the pool is outstanding and the beaches are perfection.

El lugar es muy acogedor, silencioso y espacioso. El área de la piscina y alrededores es bonito y tranquilo, está muy limpio y cuidado. Cuenta con buen en equipamiento en la cocina y en general bien equipada toda la casa, las personas que cuidan están muy presentes. La calle es de lastre y tiene huecos grandes que pueden golpear un carro muy bajo, yo tengo un sedan y si pude ingresar sin problema. El único punto de mejora es que los cuartos son muy calientes.

Great to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

MY WIFE AND 8 YEAR OLD SON HAD AN AMAZING STAY! THE LOCATION IS PERFECT TO EXPLORE THE MANY BEACHES AND TOWNS. THE UNIT WAS REALLY COOL AND JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE POOL AND COMMUNITY AREA. WE HAD A GREAT BBQ ONE EVENING AND ATE OUTSIDE, IT WAS PERFECT. LOTS OF WILDLIFE, WE SAW AND HEARD HOWLER MONKEYS - VERY NEAT!! CEDRIC WAS GREAT TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND A WONDERFUL HOST. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHER GUESTS.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so nice! Very secluded and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from town with the golf cart (big hills to get there so you need some type of transportation!). Communication with Marco and Todd was above and beyond, they made sure we had everything we needed. We hired the private chef for one night and it was amazing! Really loved our stay ♥️

I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a little oasis and just a short drive to Garza and Guiones. Mike was really helpful with anything I needed and I felt very safe and taken care of. The house is just beautiful and makes it so easy to feel at home and relax. Would definitely stay again !

Very nice stay at Gino’s. Comfortable beds, equipped to cook simple meals just fine, good air conditioning and shower. Safe place to park your car in his gated yard. Close to the beaches, a 5 min drive, Gino is easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions.

Este alojamiento es una joya! Desde la llegada pudimos notar que es súper acogedor, impecable y justo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. Está increíblemente bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitábamos para que nuestra estadía fuera memorable. La piscina es una deliciosa forma de como terminar el día. El jacuzzi es ideal para una buena tertulia con amigos. Los alrededores son limpios, ordenados y privados, incluso para una piscina que es compartida. Melissa fue la mejor host. Fue amable, servicial y súper flexible respecto a nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudó con todas las consultas y requerimientos. Un lugar maravilloso sin duda! Gracias 🤩

Lugar estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de todo en poco tiempo. Muy tranquilo y con todas las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar en la playa. Amparo es muy amigable y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se presente. Definitivamente regresaríamos

The view from the rooftop is great and it's an awesome way to close out the day. Close to everything including a grocery store only a stone's throw away, and many restaurants to choose from with a variety of food options. Kiki was great to deal with and responded to questions promptly. It was a very relaxing week in Coco and would stay there again.
