We had an amazing stay at Fabrizio’s house in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He was incredibly polite and attentive, always responding immediately to any request. The home offers privacy, safety, and breathtaking views, making it a perfect getaway. With a variety of beautiful beaches just 15 minutes away, plus Fabrizio’s great recommendations, exploring the area was effortless. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur. This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

This place was incredible. Awesome view of the town below. It’s the second highest one on the mountain so you really do feel like royalty. It’s Nicaragua so except some cold showers & power outages. You definitely need a 4x4 to get to the house but it’s nothing crazy and all bricked roads. Took us about 5 min drive to get to town. In unit laundry was helpful as well. A/C worked well, we only ran it at night as you are limited to how much electricity you can use. Parking is a bit tight but doable after a couple times of doing it. Thanks to Harry and his team for an unforgettable experience.

Todo estuvo muy bien! La casa es acogedora, cómoda, estaba limpia y está bastante cerca de la playa. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento.

El lugar fue increíble. Muy buena atención por parte del host, todas las dudas y peticiones nos fueron atendidas. La parrilla que tienen es con gas así que no es necesario llevar carbón, la piscina estaba algo sucia en un inicio pero la limpiaron en cuanto avisamos. La habitación principal tiene una vista hacia al mar 10/10.

Beautiful location with the beach essentially being completely private to yourself. I would come back here everytime i come down to San Juan del Sur

Nous avons adoré notre visite! Karen et Mario étaient toujours disponibles pour nous. La maison et le lieu étaient incroyables, les photos n'y rendent pas justice. Toutes les chambres sont munies d'air climatisée (que l'on ferme lorsque l'on quitte la chambre, la température se rafraîchit très vite quand on les rallume). Pour l'entrée et la cuisine, en laissant les deux portes ouvertes un courant d'air se crée et la température est confortable malgré la chaleur. Il y avait des jouets de plage pour les enfants. La piscine est toujours propre et parfaitement rafraîchissante et la terrasse incroyablement accueillante. La plage est magnifique et pratiquement toujours déserte. Il est facile de marcher pour se rendre dans différent restaurants/sur l'autre plage, ou même pour aller au marché. Nous avons loué une voiture pour faire des activités plus loin. Un 10% de rabais est offert pour le restaurant d'à côté, où il y a des cours de yoga tous les jours à 9h pour 12$ US. On a adoré, merci!

Hands down the best host I have evern encountered, so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything we needed. Had a wonderful stay with my family, beautiful place, amazing location and million dollar views. Could not recommend highly enough.

Jessica’s place is a perfect location if you’re staying in San Juan Del Sur. Everything is within walking distance and you really only need a means of transportation if you’re going to one of the other beaches. Great communicator but we didn’t have to reach out for much, everything was pretty straight forward. Would gladly stay again next time we’re in town!

We enjoyed staying at Toms place, it’s a full 3 bed/ 2 bath condo with ocean and pool view. The primary suite is very spacious with two closet areas a small safe in the closet. The bathroom shower hot water flow was intermittent but adequate. The WiFi was very fast. The kitchen was nice and clean, we made coffee in the morning which we purchased at the nearby store. It’s located in Rancho Santana which is secluded but beautiful place and the condo is walking distance to the main restaurant and the counter serve cafe where we ate our meals. There are also lots of activities that you can sign up for nearby at the front desk. It’s honestly a great space in a wonderful place!

Billie’s place was way more then expected, it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. billie was a great host, she met us there and showed us everything we needed to know. The pictures don’t do justice of just how beautiful and comfortable this place is, just steps away from playa marsella, catching the sunset and watching the stars from the balcony is a must! we had a great time and would 100% recommend and return again! thanks so much for having us here ! we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The on sight staff were amazing, Solidad took exceptional care when cleaning the apartment for us and was always helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again for everything!
