This was my second stay in this apartment, and it was even better this time around. I loved the new espresso machine, the AC in the living room, and the refreshed terrace furniture. The staff is as friendly as ever, and the entire property feels both beautiful and peaceful—plus the location is amazing. There’s a new spritz bar called Zipo right across the street, and plenty of great dining options nearby. One small note: if you’re picky about toiletries like I am, bring your own, because the provided ones aren’t the best. Other than that, I’d happily return!

Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

I absolutely loved the hospitality at this venue—it reminded me of a charming bed-and-breakfast. The staff was marvelous; they were incredibly caring when my husband fell ill during our stay, even suggesting some soup that was wonderfully soothing. Additionally, the location of the place provided a good workout, with its hilly setting keeping me on my toes. The nearby town was also beautifully picturesque. Highly recommend for those who appreciate attentive service and a scenic environment!

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y es muy cómoda, con detalles súper agradables. El anfitrión fue sumamente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera necesario. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría y recomendaría ampliamente.

La habitación impecable, con detalles hermosos y una vista del amanecer inigualable. Por si fuera poco agua gratis, perfecto para el calor que hace ahí. Estamos muy agradecidos y contentos de esta experiencia.

Staying at Caleb’s was easily the best Airbnb experience I (and my girlfriend) have ever had after over a decade on the platform. Ukiyo is a special place with exquisite attention to detail throughout. The moment you close the gate or your door: you’re “away.” No more is needed. The grounds are pristine, the apartment is gorgeous and impeccably clean, everything works perfectly and is fastidiously maintained. Caleb and his team went above and beyond at every opportunity before we arrived and during our trip, supplying recommendations and connecting us with locals and experiences. San Agustinillo is a great town, as are Mazunte and Zipolite. Don’t think twice about this. I’d recommend renting a scooter/ATV to get around as it’s a journey to Mazunte or Zipo by foot; otherwise, no notes.

Deborah was really friendly and quick to communicate. Her home is lovely. Pool was nice and cool which was good after a hot day. House was clean and quiet except for a nearby peacock who liked to squawk but I found it exotic! Steep driveway but it’s super short and wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay here again.

We had a few hiccups during our stay and Sarah was so quick and responsive and had great results within a good time frame. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends! The villa was clean and we felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The view from this villa was exceptional and so were the sunrises ! We LOVED our stayed there. Very nice place. Beautiful views from the house and the pool. Everything went smooth. Siobhan was very good with explaining things about the neighborhood, things to do and was very helpful with answering questions. It’s in a gated community and we felt safe. It was a nice walk to 2 different small beaches. Lots of climbing everywhere. It’s also very quiet and we liked that to get our busy minds back on track. Manuela the caretaker was very nice and helpful too.

Great place. We really liked the location, close to Puerto Angel, that is less of a touristy place. Just a little further is Zipolite, which you can find lots of action. It is best to plan on having a vehicle here. The beach is a bit of a hike to get to, but few people visit, which is nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Our stay at Casa Rosemary was exceptional. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet and scenic neighborhood that allowed us to easily walk everywhere, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was top-notch. Everything we needed was readily available. The main floor flex space, including the kitchen, patio, and pool area, was truly outstanding. It made gathering, eating, and hanging out so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group and provided a great space for relaxation and fun. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were very comfy, and everyone slept great. There was plenty of room for our group of six to be together or find space alone. The furniture and decor were beautiful and luxurious. The hosts were kind, responsive, and able to answer all our questions quickly, both before we arrived and throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, making our experience hassle-free! We enthusiastically recommend!

La casa es linda y con lo básico para una estancia cómoda: cocina equipada, toallas, cobijas, agua caliente y buena limpieza. El anfitrión fue atento; resolvió rápido un problema de agua. Aspectos a mejorar: - Asador: Revisar los quemadores rotos (podría dar flamazos). - Mantenimiento: Puertas rechinaban y regadera de arriba tiene baja presión, se arreglaron esos detalles. - Limpieza: Algunos utensilios con residuos; lavar antes de usar. Lo bueno: - WiFi, Aire acondicionado, lavadora y plancha funcionan bien. - Alberca en terraza con vista parcial al mar y amaneceres increíbles. - Espacio amplio Ubicación:Cerca de varias playas . Pueblo cercano para compras. Conclusión: Recomendable por comodidad y atención, pero verificar detalles antes de usar.

Brenda's house is beautiful and Playa Boquilla is so special. I particularly enjoyed a morning sunrise yoga practice on the rooftop deck (stunning view). One of the best parts about staying was actually Brenda herself. She goes well above and beyond, is so kind and is an incredible hostess. She offers help and support with just about everything. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources, has tips about things to do, how to get there, will organize this or get help from her awesome staff to do so. After traveling for 3 weeks I also appreciated that a laundry service was available via her employee. I will definitely be back as I love this home and Brenda!

Es un poco difícil llegar caminando pero el camino es claro, recomiendo rentar una cuatrimoto. La vista y la localidad fue muy hermosa. Regresaremos.

We had a great stay! Being on the beach made it so easy for everyone to do their own thing! House was great. Lived eating outside every meal. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back!

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)
