Increíble alojamiento, todo muy bonito y ordenado, los anfitriones siempre atentos y la casa muy espaciosa caben varios carros los cuartos son grandes y el patio con la piscina todo perfecto, la ubicación es la mejor parte cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y a 20min de Tamarindo y máximo 30min de otras playas, sin duda volvería!

Great stay at Matapalo located within Hacienda Pinilla. This modern home was perfect for us ! Just a couple of minutes to the Pinilla Golf Club and many surrounding beaches. Beautifully decorated with both a lovely pool and outdoor Chefs Kitchen where we enjoyed cooking some great meals There is also 2 different putting greens back and front included at this house We found this an extra special bonus where we got in some practice and a few laughs after a day of golf This home would be great for families or a group wishing to have a stay and play experience The hosts were extremely easy to deal with in assisting us to have a lovely time. In comparison to other homes in the area we found this to be good value, well situated, safe and comfortable home. Regards

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. Just an amazing stay. Very clean. I’m a little… bougie. But I was quite impressed with the stay and the level of cleanliness, which means a lot coming from me. Well maintained. Great time. Pool was cleaned daily. Jurgen seems like a straight up guy. We had no issues on our stay but I’m sure if we did he would address them rapidly. We were in need of batteries and he had them there within the hour! This is quite the hidden gem. Great value if you’re looking to either A) just sit poolside and relax Or B)treat it like your home base. Use the money you’re saving compared to other similar places that are double the price and not even as clean, and rent a car and travel all over The cherry on top was the groundskeeper, Jenaro. What an incredible human being. When you stay here, feel free to ask Jurgen or Jenaro about what he recommends. You can’t go wrong. Must stay place. No complaints 10/10

The view was everything! We loved watching the sunset every night and just hanging out in the backyard spotting monkeys in the trees. You definitely need a four-wheel drive to get to the house. But you get used to it. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. There was an adorable outdoor cat who liked to have company. Seriously the views are spectacular and you don’t want to miss out. So peaceful and away from everything.

The house is exactly as seen in pictures provided. The location was a little tricky to find at first but afterwards, was a breeze to locate. Very remote location if you're looking for a house away from all the hustle and bustle. Alejandro was very responsive and was very prompt at correcting an issue we experienced on day one. His willingness to help us in any way we needed was much appreciated. I would say, if able, try to stop at the local store for any groceries needed if you're not renting a vehicle. We frequented the local Soda Chevos for several meals and were pleasantly surprised with the options available. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will definitively consider booking again!!

EL lugar espectacular, ubicacion, privacidad super recomendado

Fui con mi familia, éramos 10 personas! Nos acomodamos muy bien. Las camas super cómodas para descansar, 4 baños, 2 con agua caliente, Exc para poder cubrir los necesidades de 10 personas, en la cocina encuentras todo lo que necesitas. La parrilla fue un éxito! La piscina super limpia, pasamos bastantes horas ahí. Y Playa Carillo super cerca, es bellísima. Hay otras playas cerca, como Islita que vale la pena ir. Definitivamente la recomiendo y volvería hospedarme aquí.
