The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Our stay from beginning to end was wonderful. The views from the balcony cannot be beat and watching the whales is an added bonus. You cannot pay enough money for the show they put on every day. Plenty of towels, Wi-Fi had no problems at all, and the kitchen was well stocked. We are grateful to have stayed here.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

Absolutely stunning and comfortable house in Corral Del Risco! It had everything we needed for a gorgeous week off from winter up in Canada. Can’t wait to return!

Great apartment in best neighborhood especially if you enjoy large selection of vegan options. Grocery store block & a half away. Buses & Malecon handy. The apartment is secure, spacious & quiet. I loved the windows out to the garden. Slept hard & sound every night. Mery & Jeff are the sweetest hosts. We would definitely return here.

The condo is as pictured. The pool and beach area are very nice. Any issues that we had were delt with right away. The person responsible for our check in made sure we were able to access the suite right at arrival and she was very quick to respond for anything we asked about.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Great location, walkable everywhere. Restaurants right across the road, El Jackos was very good. Also a ice cream store also. Luis was very quick with communicating when I had a question. Nice to have lots of condiments at the condo, hot sauce, sugar, coffee, etc. Also didn't have to buy water, there was 2 big water jugs and one smaller one available. Sealed food containers and cloth grocery bags were great for left overs and grocery shopping. The beach chairs and 2 umbrellas came in handy for shade on the beach. We had a golf cart but didn't need it. Everything was so close. We would definitely stay there again.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect, relaxing, and quiet time! The house is basic, very clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including the best water pressure in Mexico! The bed was very comfortable, and the house is just 2 blocks to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to town. Jez is an amazing host; warm and friendly, and was available whenever we had a question. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, and things to do. We will absolutely look forward to coming back!

Wow! This place exceeded all of our expectations. Sometimes it's hard not to gush when everything is near perfection. This was our second time in this complex but the first time in this new space. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views and the luxurious feel of the residence. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. Sebastian and Alejandra were very helpful during our stay. We received top-notch service from our check in to our check out. They even held our bags for us because we were a few hours early for our check-in time. The room was just as described with amazing sunset views. It had everything we needed and there was an abundance of towels to use. The best thing is, they are incredibly responsive (quick) and made sure everything was provided for a stress-free stay. This was one of the best vacations we have had by far, and we can’t wait to come back!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in Airbnb's all over the world and Gabriel's place is right at the top of the list. You will not be disappointed with a stay here. Cleanliness was top notch. We normally spend the first hour or two after checking into an Airbnb doing our own cleaning. This was one of the only times we took a look around and realized that we couldn't possibly make it any cleaner. The photos are accurate, no question about it. If anything they don't do it justice. The view is beyond words. An hour spent looking out over the ocean and you will feel relaxed. I doubt there is a nicer view anywhere in PV. Lastly, we really appreciated that the furnishings are geared towards actually enjoying the space. Not something that looks great in a photo but has no possible functional use. Comfy couches and chairs. Plenty of different spaces all over the condo for visiting or relaxing. Oh, and the beds were terrific! Just the right balance of soft and supportive. I would highly recommend this condo. It was lovely , the building was clean and secure. Short walk to the beach and shopping & restaurants. The Sunset Cafe on the rooftop is a great place to watch the beautiful sunset . The pool area was very comfortable, lots of comfortable chairs and lounge chairs, the pool was clean and warm . Lari was a very responsive host with many great recommendations. The condo was spotless, and very well appointed. The bottle of water and a lovely bottle of wine was very thoughtful and a nice touch ! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place.
