The place was pretty easy to find and matched the description well. We were happy we chose somewhere a little ways from the main town action so we didn’t hear bar noise or have a ton of people going by. There is a new building going up next door so the construction noise was a constant, but Jamie’s description mentioned it so we were ready for it. The town is easily walkable from here and we felt safe. The place was clean and private and Tony was very responsive. The info we received in the days leading up to our booking helped us prepare. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare simple meals. I would stay here again for sure.

Jeff’s place is a perfect private paradise just outside of the busy streets of Sayulita. This tropical oasis was comfortable, quiet and convenient and with the use of a golf cart you can get pretty much anywhere… Though the hill is pretty steep!! You can walk, but it’s a workout! Jeff is very friendly and approachable, always available and offered us with some wonderful recommendations! I’m already planning my next trip and will stay there without a doubt!

Great place to stay in Sayulita away from bustle but close enough.

I loved the little oasis outside the apartment. It was beautiful and so quiet even though you were just off from the main road.

Les extérieurs sont très beaux, entourés de bananiers. Les hôtes nous ont même offert des bananes fraîchement cueillies le 1er soir. Nous avons aussi eu l'agréable visite des ratons laveurs qui ne sortent qu'à la tombée de la nuit

Luz was a stellar host- prompt, friendly, patient. She went ouf of her way to help me out a couple times. The room is clean has everything you need including windows to the outside and natural light, a personal refrigeration, hot water in the shower, comfortable bed, large dresser, a desk and chair and hanging soft lights. I liked that it was on the darker side, as kept it naturally cool during the day and warm at night. The walk is perfect for a little exercise, yet easy access to center and beach and just a couple blocks from mini-super groceries, good restaurant, great community center with yummy vegan cafe and Bodego Teatro with large spaces for classes -and another great vegetarian cafe. Also close to the entrance of town, so easy to hop on buses to see the area. The spacious, open air community kitchen is nice option and place to meet folks. I extended my stay.

Great place - I’ve spent a lot of time in Sayu, and this little spot is perfect. Javed built this himself, and it’s got a lot of space with two beds, two showers, two toilets, and is a short walk to downtown. Totally quiet at night and we felt totally safe. Javed was a wonderful host and was super welcoming and friendly! He met us at the door. If it’s your first time here, I wish I knew in my first time that a lot of the “fancy” places (ie, the flashy hotels) have serious problems (plumbing issues, brown water, bad smells, rude staff). Learned through painful experience. This cabin is SOLID. Water pressure/temperature was great, no bugs, great AC, clean kitchen and lots of storage space.

Paty was amazing and Adrian as well. Very close to the beach. Very nice room and kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooftop eating and living space to see the sunrise, and hear the life of Mexico around us, dogs and roosters and all! Emily was helpful and generous with her time and local information .

I’ve been traveling and staying at Airbnb’s for years and this is hands down one of the best stops I’ve ever stayed! The beds were extremely comfortable. The linens were luxury and cozy. The hammock chairs were a dream for nightly star gazing. The pool was refreshing. The landscaping ambiance felt like an ethereal dream. They have an upgraded water filtration system so you can safely drink the tap water. The neighbors had construction going on but our host provided us with ear plugs even though it was quiet at night. The locals are so kind. The market and restaurants were a nice 7-10 minute walk (we had littles with us so perhaps it felt longer). Definitely wear comfortable shoes for the cobblestone streets and occasional steep hills. Super amazing way to balance a luxury stay with also feeling like you’re apart of the local life. The property is secure and stays locked with a gate code, even though the neighborhood was super safe. We will be back and cannot wait to visit again!

Darren was a wonderful host - accommodating and very responsive. We had a wonderful trip and hope to be back again.

Francisco was hands-on and very respectful. He provided great recommendations during our stay and even was helpful with relocation recommendations. His wife was also very helpful and watched our son so we could enjoy a night out. The location and pricing were accurate for a "shared space" type setup, please review the description of the "guest pool house", as it is part of a home that Host resides in. The view of the golf course made it fun to watch golfers on the green. We especially enjoyed being able to have cleaners come by several times a week, and kept everything very clean. There is a small kitchenette, which we barely used as there were many local-great restaurants, and food ordering through "Rappi" aka DoorDash, made it awesome to eat and order-in. The Security at El Tigre was terrific ensuring pure safety all around, it allowed us to let our child play around the home with little concern. The only drawback is pool was cold and jacuzzi was lukewarm, best in hot season.

This guest house was even better than the pictures, absolutely stunning! You can watch the sunset right in front of you from the hot tub/pool, and the stars at night are incredible. The space was well appointed, and super clean and very spacious. Enjoy your coffee on your patio or the nook facing the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was a really special. I can't wait to go back! Judy/Joslin were super helpful to arrange things like taxi to/from the airport, taxi in San Pancho and also a golf cart to get around. As the listing suggests, i highly recommend renting a golf cart, you can't have a view like that without being up a hill but it's totally worth it! Definitely recommend this piece of paradise!

El depa es un lugar espacioso y muy bonito, la terraza es muy cómoda y tiene una vista linda a las montañas. También el depa está cerca de la Playa lo cual resulta muy conveniente. Rebeca y Margarita fueron muy atentas y amables durante nuestra estancia.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way!! Right from meeting Carmen at the airport, and Dana showing us around the place. Amazing location, very private settings and unique outdoor living makes you want to stay “in” for days. Beautiful beach nearby and several nice restaurants in the area… Dana went above and beyond of being a good host, drove us to PV to see the Day of the Death parade, and few other places in the area. Paddling the canals with him was also an interesting experience, especially while being aware about the resident 🐊 living in the area. One last bonus for me was using Dana’s bicycle, as there is nice bike trail all the way to Bucerias.. or just go to Paradise Village for little grocery shopping. Overall 10 out of 10.

This home was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. Pool was awesome! AC was life saver for us, in all rooms. So nice to have smart TVs, washer & dryers. Felt very safe and at home! Laura is wonderful, maintenance guy Angel is wonderful. I can’t say enough about this experience. Would absolutely stay again!
