Great place. We’ve typically stayed in a 2 br place w our friends (this was our 10th Mexico trip together) and kind of enjoyed a little more privacy w the 2 apts. The pool was great w 4 comfortable loungers and warmer than typical and the little back porch was perfect for hanging out together. Silann was super responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend her place.

Perfect house for our family of 6! Cannot say enough good things. Loved the location, loved the view, loved the spaces...indoor and out! Host was very responsive with any issues we had. Thank you for an amazing stay! We love San Pancho and if we return with the whole family again, we will definitely stay here!

The listing is accurate. The condo is quiet and lovely. Diego is an excellent host, responsive, and trustworthy. Goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything. The location was fine for us but a bit far from groceries and restaurants. Also the beach in PV including this area, is not really swimmable. We might choose a swimming beach next time we come.

The unit is enclosed and that provided a sense of safety and privacy. The space was ample and allowed us to relax in comfort. We really enjoyed the smart TVs as my child needs to decompress after surfing. The HVACs were nice and kept the place cool, but that thankfully late March was very hot, just perfect weather. There are several places to grab coffee and food and about 10 mins walking distance from the beach. There was daily housekeeping which was an unexpected surprise. It was nice stay over Spring Break. While we heard noisy Spring Breakers at night the unit host was not to blame. We laughed it off, but bring your ear plugs if you are noise sensitive.

This newly built and gorgeous home with a private pool was absolutely perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Love the attention to detail including the custom tile on the outdoor stairs. We loved that each bedroom has its own patio and outdoor space- was perfect for our teenagers. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards that we used to enjoy other local beaches. We visited Lo De Marcos one day for the picturesque beach and calmer waters and a full day of ocean and beach play. The home is perfectly situated. Far enough away to feel private but only a 12 minute walk into town which is super accessible. One of our favorite experiences was the Tuesday market with local artisans, live music and delicious local food & drinks! We can’t wait to come back to Casa Lola!

We had an amazing stay at Teddy's house in Sayulita! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach and all the best spots in town. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Teddy was an exceptional host, always available and eager to help. His local tips and recommendations, especially regarding the best surf spots, made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Case Sofia is a masterpiece. The hunger in Sayulita to taste every bit of life inspires me. I will be back. I slept to the sound of crashing waves. In perfect proximity to town yet private.

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at Casa Piedras Blancas. Everything about this Airbnb was great: check-in, views, amenities, host, beds, etc. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this space to any friends traveling to Sayulita in a big group. We rented golf carts which was a must because this house is in the hills above town. Lovely home base for a holiday. Thank you!

This might have been the best trip of my life. Norma was amazing and the place was unbelievable.

This place was perfect for our group there for a birthday celebration. Everyone enjoyed having their own rooms with attached bathrooms, and all of the local cafes we could walk to in the morning. The location of this place is prime, and the place itself made us never want to leave. We will for sure be booking this place next year and make this an annual trip. Santana was amazing with all of our questions and his recommendations were spot on.

We were a group of three families (six adults and six kids, ages 4-8) and the whole Villa was more than enough space for us. The pool was a good size and the whole property was well-shaded and very cool. The Villa is in a residential part of the town, so the experience felt much more authentic than staying at an all-inclusive or similar resort. We walked quite a bit to get back and forth between places, but several local golf cart rental companies exist if mobility is an issue. The town of San Pancho is a wonderful place to visit. The waves at the beach are a bit rough for swimming, but it was still great to visit the beach and laze about. Ramiro was a wonderful host - answered our questions almost immediately, and helped arrange for the purchase of some specialty items that were not available in town. We highly recommend this rental property.

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Great and spacious facilities, comfy beds, towels and beach towels for all guests and beautiful interior. They even had camping chairs and parasols which we could take to the beach. Absolutely worth the money!

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.

This place is a gem, love the open concept surrounded by nature. Super safe and secure, and the lady Idalia was an amazing host. Hope to be back soon!

My group stayed here while we were visiting Sayulita for a wedding—we absolutely loved it! The place is nestled just up the hill from the main part of town, and everything is walkable. Palm trees and other tropical plants surround the home, which gives it a very secluded and jungle type of environment. We enjoyed lounging on the deck and taking a dip in the cold (yet refreshing) pool. We’d definitely consider booking Bill’s place in the future, should we find ourselves in Sayulita again.

Book it! This is a beautiful home. It is sure to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and right at home. The light coming in through the windows at sunrise and sunset is stunning. We stayed here with me, my husband, and our 3 year old. It is a great place to stay with or without kids. Do yourself a favor and book it! The hosts are wonderful and extremely responsive. I hope to stay at their home again soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Buena Vista! We were a group of 7 and the space was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the location. We were close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Very close to a beach and restaurants as well. Theo was very responsive and awesome at helping arrange transportation, golf carts and a private chef. This house was amazing and one of the rare times that the reality matched, or exceeded, the photos. We would definitely book this house again in the future!

Our host was most attentive and quick to resolve any issues. We loved the outdoor living space with private heated pool. Cleaning staff very trustworthy and friendly. Pool cleaned regularly. Close to small town grocery (water) laundry, tacos, bike repair, beer, butcher & pastry shops. Would stay again 😀

So glad we booked this place for our stay in San Pancho! Beautiful, spotless suite and the pool/courtyard area was the perfect oasis for enjoying a cocktail and escaping the afternoon heat. A quick walk into town and there’s a couple little stores around the corner for grabbing ice/snacks/basic groceries. Betsy was very friendly and the suite was equipped with everything we could need, including a beach umbrella they let us borrow for the duration of our stay which was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend!
